A wonderful inexpensive hotel, located a 7-minute walk to the sea, the room has everything you need. Good breakfasts, there is a children's room, a tennis table, a gym, billiards (60 batts). I definitely recommend it, for your budget 10 out of 10.

Excellent hotel. We rented two rooms on the second floor. It's a 20-25 minute walk to Kata Beach, a 15-minute walk to the market, and there's a 7/11, Lotus, and a laundromat nearby. Small rooms but decent location

We didn't stay long in this hotel, it was like a transit point for a few nights. I'll note the good location, there are plenty of different cafes and inexpensive establishments. The sea is also not that far, about 10 minutes. The hotel is clean. The rooms are small but everything is good. I noticed that there were many Russian-speaking people staying there.

Great experience with the staff, super helpful and well organized. The only problem with the rooms is the bad terrace door that lets all the noise through, get earphones or plugs for an easier good night sleep.

Not bad hotel, only the airconditioning is not very strong, so the room was quite hot. And not super clean. But you get what you pay for. It's cheap so dont expect super cleanliness. 

The staff were friendly and easy to talk to. I was happy with my room, it was clean and organized. They have an elevator so you don’t have to stress about climbing stairs with you luggage. The hotel is close to restaurants, pharmacies and it’s near to the beach. I enjoyed my stay.

This was not good. Chose it because it had a balcony showing outside views on the listing. The balcony was inside the building and opposite rooms look right into your room!!! Avoid this hotel.

We were lucky to get a good deal on the bungalow and my kids loved the pool. The staff were great. Location a 15min walk from the beach but great beach but quite crowded. Great night market in the temple area, get good here!

Prefect location. It’s just a walking distance from a department store and a shopping mall. Even the street is busy the room is quiet except strange sound from the air conditioner in the middle of the night.

I stayed here for 5 days in a Deluxe room and really liked this hotel. I think it would be my hotel in every time i come to Phuket. I feel like it's in the middle of everything. Great location for Kata Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, although you have to go around a bit since the direct path is blocked. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. Our room had a kettle, cups, a fridge, a wardrobe, a safe, and a large, comfortable bed (we slept three of us, including our child). The decor is a bit dated, but the price definitely makes up for it.

This is an extension of my stay at this hotel. Before this, I was in a room with two small beds. It's a shame I had to push to get the room from the picture with one large bed instead of the previous room they wanted to keep me in. I stayed at the Tulip Inn for 3 months mid Aug to mid Nov 2021. Room was large and very nice, great location, and room cleaning was excellent. I miss my morning walks on Patong Beach right outside the front door. The rate paid versus the quality of the room and location was high value. Don't let past reviews give you too much of a false impression. The place has recently gotten new management, and our stay in Tulip Inn was great! Nice sized, clean rooms. Fine showers, decent and well kept beds. Very short walk from the beach too. Only issue that some might find, would be the lack of an elevator.
