Nice hotel besides the night marked. We only stayed for one night since it is near the airport. Provide airport transfer (250 bath). But busy area and a bit from the crowded beach so the lokation in a holiday context is not what I would be looking for.

Location quite near to phuket town abt 15 mins drive. Note hotel is on main road. Try to get room facing the back of main road if you are light sleeper. Breakfast is only so so. No late check out. Amazing comfortable bed. Big smart tv with paid Netflix was a treat. They have a small couch in front of the bed for tv viewing. So much storage. Tons of drawers, closet and desk Hotel has an iron. It’s difficult to book taxis, the location is quite far, no convenience stores nearby, had to walk for around 18 minutes to reach the nearest 7eleven. The hotel amenities were ok and the staff friendly, they helped me exchange money. I didn’t like that I had to wait till 3pm to get my room. Most hotels do 2pm. The room was ok, but there was no tooth paste or toothbrush.

Stayed here with my boyfriend in March 2018 and we were so surprised at how clean and nice this hotel was! Our room was so cute, with a reading nook, a balcony, and a huge bathroom! The breakfast food (we paid extra for food) was incredibly delicious and the staff was friendly. The infinity pool was lovely to sit at and relax with a drink in hand. And to top it all off, the beach was literally right...

Close to BISP, love the pool access from the room and staff are always awesome.

Very good but needs to upgrade the tvs in rooms so they can have Netflix and others as no channels we could use.  Also the coffee machine and breakfast needs to be better.  Apart from this a very nice place

The staff are friendly, the hotel is beautiful, clean. However the shower is not hot. It is a little warm but more cold than hot. The restaurant closes early, around 15:00. It has a few restaurants around so it is not a big issue,hotel also offer drinks and snack to purchase . If you are planning to order the breakfast on basket for the pool, be aware that is only available around 10:00 so unfortunately...
