The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

This place is just a few minute walk to Rawai Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. It is gated with security and generally quiet. There are sometimes parties and music, but it’s not too disturbing. We definitely recommend staying here if you want your own private place central to all Rawai has to offer.

Good location, a few steps to the beach. Just outside the resort enough food options and 7/11 on walking distance.  A big plus point is that the resort is located at the more peaceful part of Naiyang beach.  The staff is very kind and friendly. This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. The staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean and lovely sea views from 3rd floor.

I stayed at the resort on my recent trip to Phuket. The place is of great value for money. It's in a quiet locality just 15 mins away from the main Patong area. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The cleaning staff were really good. The swimming pools are the best part and are constantly cleaned and maintained, my kids loved the pool. Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Not far from the hotel is Nai Harn beach and there are many shops on the main street which makes it highly accessible and convenient especially if you are riding.
