The hotel room a/c did not have a thermostat, once it’s on it won’t stop. We both got sick from this on our second night. The shower head in the shower was broken and falls off every time we turn the water off. Only points straight down. Very bad.. The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired.  Good location. Swim up room a bonus. The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds. After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

Have stayed twice. First time june 24 the pool pump expired and the pool went green. I didn’t worry these things happen. This time Dec 24 major waterworks all around the pool. I didn’t complain. Parked my motorcycle in the car park and got a very curt message sellotaped to the tank ‘This is a car park, not a motorcycle park’. So I complained at their lack of writing etiquette. The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

Great location. Staff are friendly and always available at the desk. I was very impressed with the restaurant next door where I ate breakfast daily. Downside it’s noisy. Surf bar across the road has extremely loud music from around 10am-10pm every day.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very comfortable with good rooms and service. The location is right next to bangla road and Patong Beach. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The rooftop bar was also great. Completely worth the money!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a few days for her birthday, the staff must’ve seen the date on her passport because when we came back to the lobby they surprised her with a slice of cake and a candle, very very sweet of them. We stayed 2 separate times within a week span and had a wonderful time. Pum and Yaya were super nice to our group. Would recommend this hotel to stay close to all the action and comfort.

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. At first it was very disappointing as the photos showed they had a lot more in the pool area, but it was still very nice. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, service was great and excellent location to get to money changers, 7/11 and party nights down Bangala road.
