Excellent place! Great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is right on Kamala Beach, situated along the beachfront road. It's very convenient to find restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The other side of the hotel faces the beach, offering beautiful views and a refreshing sea breeze all day. There's also a swimming pool, and you can easily access the beach for a swim.

It was just okay, basically a small family-run guesthouse with no real amenities. Not great value for money.

The room was fantastic, with direct access to the beach right outside! The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit old and creaked whenever I moved, but everything else was absolutely perfect! It was such a great value for money trip!

Super hotel, super location, not a single downside!

Not bad, the place was nice and away from the noise also my balcony had a great view, the only thing I would improve is the cleanliness and a pest control coz I had a leech in my shower, also the luggage storage it's just in the reception no dedicated room and anyone can basically walk in and take your stuff, luckily didn't happen for us, overall apart from that it was a great place 😁

It's hard to find a car in this location using an app. There are almost no online services for pick-up and delivery from this hotel. Breakfast has been the same for 7 days. The mattress is hard but could use some extra padding. The pool is right next to the entrance. The wifi disconnects almost every 2 minutes. Nice clean. Well working air condition. Everyday 2 free water.

The rooms definitely show their age, and the pool is just okay. However, the location is good, close to the city center and very near Monkey Hill. The breakfast is decent for the price, which is quite good for peak season. The shuttle bus to Phuket Airport is a huge convenience!

The amenities are good condition, except the lights along the corridor were not automatically turned on, a lamp in the room was out of order and the chair was not suit for sitting work.

Good location, room is very clean, I have book the room access to the pool and that’s good but the pool is not deep so this is very good for children to stay and swimming.

A pretty standard holiday hotel in Phuket. The facilities are plentiful and the rooms are well maintained, cleaned and comfy. However the compound is big and somewhat isolated so recommend people only chose this hotel if they have their own cars or scooter.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price! It has a large area and a spacious room. The room has high ceilings and a roomy bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, plus two sinks! It's also a nice touch that there's a coffee machine. The pool is superb, the locations are beautiful. The sea is a bit far, but there are restaurants and clubs nearby, which is very convenient if you have a car.

The service was good. They took us to rent a motorcycle and were very friendly. However, the room did not provide toothbrushes. It can only accommodate 6 people and the bed is very small. If there are more than 6 people, there will be an additional charge.

The room is generally good. The security guard at the door will help me open the door and park my car no matter how late it is. If there is any problem, it will be solved for me as soon as possible. The room is clean and the tableware is complete.

There were quite a few problems with the room I stayed in this year: the electricity was faulty, the water pump was noisy and had issues. They refunded me for two nights out of the nine-day stay, but overall, it wasn't as good as VIP Kids. Now, Lavie Central Villa is first, West VIP Kids is second, and this private villa is third.

I stayed here with several friends for three nights. The only drawback was the distance from Patong Beach and Old Town. Other than that, there were no other issues. When I didn't know how to lock the door, someone came right away to help me, and the housekeeper cleaned every day. Bottled water was replenished every day. I was very satisfied with the service.

I had no idea that they were going to come by and change our seats and clean up our room. Talk about secure and trustworthy? I left our phones, laptops and multiple items that could easily been swiped. But nobody did anything. We were so amazed and so thankful. I stayed in one-bedroom apartment A14. The room needs renovation, the plumbing and furniture are old, the appliances and dishes are dirty, and the air conditioner is noisy. Overall, nothing great except the price.

The apartment is great—it has a coffee maker, a toaster, a shaker, and all the necessary utensils. This place never disappoints. We have been coming to stay at this paradise of a resort regularly for nearly ten years.
