Truth be told, after reading the comments we were expecting a family friendly hotel. The hotel looked far from family friendly, more like a backpacking hangout. The place overall but especially the corridors were filthy. Rooms were very basic and not up to standard. Sorry but I was not impressed.

This is an apartment hotel with very spacious rooms. The front desk service was excellent, and having a motorbike parking lot was a big plus. However, it's quite far from the three main beaches, and there are traffic police checkpoints all along the way. If you plan to rent a motorbike and explore on your own, I wouldn't recommend staying here – you're guaranteed to get stopped by the police.

Another great stay with trh avenue. We were aware of maintenance work being done on the property but it would have been nice to have been notified that workers were going to be on our balcony on the last morning.

Truly a family resort experience. Excellent staff that is always smiling and there to help you with any requests. The furniture is quite old, but everything works and it didn't bother us. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy, especially the pillows are of very good quality. You get a small kitchen with a dining table, a glass separated bedroom, a very big bathroom. We didn't have the breakfast, but have seen that they have many items. The price is quite reasonable for the amenities we get, we paid approx 2000 baht (5500 rupees) per night.

Overall it's good, but the air conditioner is not cold at all and needs to be refilled with fluorine.
