Ratana Hill Patong in Patong

Amazing stay as usual, booked this second time. Very spacious rooms and you get good deals. Small water river flow just next to hotel, you can hear soothing sound from balcony. They have nice cafe as well. Keep up the good work.

Quiet hotel, friendly stuff, big room, everything very clean (pool+room), very nice view from balcony to the pool and palm trees opposite. Pool most of the time in the shadow, so nice to swim. Rooms with and without kitchen possible. We will come back 😁.

I have been to many hotels in Phuket and have never encountered such good service. First of all, I would like to thank Franck and Yoann, the owner, a good person who loves to help, and so do his staff. Exceptional service. Large and clean rooms. The hotel is of a high standard. We always stay at this place, it is very cozy and quiet. We recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are better than the pictures. Very spacious and updated.

Good HOT water pressure in the shower, and strong AC, which is all you can really ask for on an island.
The pool looked pleasant, although I never saw anyone in it.

Laundry was convenient and done in a few hours.

The location is walkable if you like walking a lot. Just be careful of cars and motorbikes.

The only thing I would not recommend is the food. My breakfast was served with cold bacon and sausage, like the meats had been attempted to be heated but the cooking time was too short and they were still cool in the middle. It was also very low quality meat. I would recommend to take a little walk down the road to find food or just order from the Thai menu.

If you stay here, I would recommend taking a walk up the road to the new elephant park. You will see it on google. It is truly ethical and only 15 minutes on foot from the hotel.

We stayed here more the a week, and I must say it’s one of the best appartement we stayed in, we booked only for 2 days, but immediately extend our stay for 7 days more.
The rooms are spacious, clean, very kind and great French owners, always helpful and kind to us. The resounding is very quiet and nature like, but near the busy centre. WiFi is perfect you have your own router at your room. I highly recommend this hotel apartment strictly you want regret it.

I stayed with Franck at the Ratana hill and also rented the bike with them. The stay was great, no issues at all. Also, i was late to return the bike by 3 hours but Franck didn’t charge me anything extra. Thank you!

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to all of my requests. The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean! Also very reasonably priced!
