The location was even better than l expected. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tidy. The staff were always polite

pool nice, location too if you wanna be in the center, you ll probably hear music from Bangla road all night long. Was one strange staff at night once, other staff were fine. Rooms not that clean.

We love the hotel and especially the receptionist ladies very kind and helpdup.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and attractions nearby. The hotel service is also great. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is not new but we chose it for its location. We couldnt sleep well on the 1st night as our room on the 4th floor was facing the Bangla night spots and the music was loud all night till early morning

The hotel staff was nice to change it for us the next day and it was much better. We could still hear some noise from the open air car park behind us. Our verdict is try to stay further away next time

There's a shuttle to the beach. The room deposit is 1,000 baht. There's a rooftop pool, so you can swim in the evening. Even though the room was next to a busy street, it was quite quiet, and I slept well

I liked the hotel; I wanted to stay at the Rawai. The room was clean, and they brought me water every day. Breakfast was delicious; you come in and order from the menu; I had several dishes

There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby (Lotus, 7/11, Tops). For the price, it's absolutely fine

Nice Villa Resort, the environment vegetation the design is very good, the pool design is also good, is the surrounding is not very convenient, the pedestrian area can be around the talk about countable.

Excellent hotel, clean, cleaning every day, breakfast buffet, although not big, but tasty, polite staff, the presence of a swimming pool is a huge plus, the rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, and there is also a bath!

I had a wonderful experience during stay here. All the staff are lovely and willing to help. The hotel has a pleasant, lush atmosphere and is well-organized. The surrounding conveniences are complete

The room we had was clean and comfortable. The location is nice and we rented a scooter. You can get to Bang Tao beach easily and a little drive to Surin beach. Nice pool! Nice kitchen in our room if you want to cook

10 mins of walk to sea or around 15-20 mins to Porto de phuket. Stable wifi, TV with YouTube and Google services, kitchen is ok as well. Cleaning is pretty well, landuary for 90 per 1kg

Construction site next door can be noisy in the mornings but I think this is reflected in the price being so low. Paid £150 for 7 nights here and it was very much money well spent

Bit far away from the main attractions in Phuket but if you’re up for a nice 30-40 minute bike ride it’s perfect

The pool is very small, we didn't use it

A minor issue was that the rooms were not well insulated, so some noise could be heard

as it can be quite loud! However - like I said - it didn’t bother me at all and I slept great every single night!

I had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The service was friendly and professional throughout my stay

We had ground floor pool view room which was fantastic, hopped into the pool from our room & enjoyed the sun lounges from our patio, listening to the waves crash & watching the sea, perfect ❤️

Doesn’t get much better than this. Near restaurants and other stores, and a short walk to the Kata Walking Street. Will stay here again if I come to Puket again. The staff were friendly and helpful

The beach is a little more quiet just down from the hotel and quite busy beside. From your sun-bed you can hear the lounge music coming from the beach club inext door which is nice

Some people to acknowledge that made our stay a memorable experience: chef Pra Mol (extraordinary cooking!), Fah from the restaurant which went beyond to meet all our requests and take care everything is perfect, Gang from the reception always attentive and careful

Beyond Karon We stayed at Beyond Karon for one week in January 2026 and it was wonderful. Staff so friendly and helpful in reception, breakfast and restaurant

There are two pools equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and I loved the pool bar, which allowed us to enjoy drinks right by the water while watching the magnificent sunset of Phuket

Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. Location is very good - near Patong Beach and bangla Street. The hotel has an infinity swimming pool which is nice. The staff decorated our room for an anniversary which was a nice touch

They organize events everyday for guests. For breakfast - not much is there in terms of vegetarian options. Cocktails at the Skyline Rooftop bar are nice. The towels were not replaced as part of daily housekeeping

We spent 7 days here, and would strongly recommend the hotel. The rooftop pool is a lifesaver for the hot days when you couldnt be bothered paying for spots on the beach

The hotel and rooms are decent. There is no view from any hotel rooms. The highlight is the roof top pool. Best place for infinity pool experience. You can also order breakfast in the pool

Water - only 2 bottles a day are complimentary. Check in and checkout was smooth

It is almost impossible to sleep because of an unbearable smell coming from the bathroom drainage. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation made staying in the room extremely uncomfortable

You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool

Close to Patong Beach. Breakfast is a buffet. The taste is good. You can eat as much as you want. Room cleaning seemed a bit poor. Disposable items were provided only after asking. The pool was clean.

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone

Delicious breakfasts, a great rooftop pool, and very friendly service. Unfortunately, the rooms have thin walls and can be noisy… But other than that, it's clean, nice, and pleasant

📍 Twinpalms MontAzure, opened in 2019, is a moderately priced hotel that still feels relatively new in most aspects. The rooms are apartment-style and decent in size, but the public areas are a bit small

White guests are allowed to use the beach loungers just by ordering a drink, but when I wanted to, I was told I had to spend a minimum of 3000 Baht

Been here very often, I would say that this is amazing. Friendly staff, exclusive location, accessible to the beach. The hotel itself not that big but cozy among the greenery

The hotel environment is generally quiet and peaceful. However, when checking out, they were unwilling to grant even a 30-minute late checkout

As for the Shimmer restaurant within the hotel, there's one waitress who seems to have a split personality. Her demeanor and attitude towards white guests and Asian guests are completely different

The most amazing hotel,location,staff,food. We travelled as a family of 3 and we absolutely loved everything thing about this hotel, we are very well travelled and we must say that this hotel exceeded ever expectation

They then offered us another room, and we appreciate the arrangement. That said, it was very tiring to move to another room late at night after we had already unpacked our luggage

Fabulous accommodation located in Kata beach. We stayed a week and couldn't have felt more relaxed and comfortable. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist Bam who had drinks and cold towels ready for us at 7

The first room assigned to us had a very strong and strange smell. It was unbearable — like a strong chemical smell after renovation, very irritating

Located on Kata Beach Second Road, it's a bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel service is excellent, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the ground-floor rooms have direct pool access! It's also not far to walk to the Cliff Cafe!

Great location, and it's pretty quiet at night. The night market and beach are conveniently close. However, there was a moldy smell in the room. The pool was nice, but breakfast was just okay.

The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy. The rooms with a view are much better. Road-facing rooms aren't worth the price. The cleanliness is acceptable, but the disposable slippers are slippery when wet

It's not far from Patong Beach, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle while still being very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied

The quality of the disposable amenities doesn't match a hotel of this caliber; they're really poor

The air conditioning temperature in the room was extremely low and didn’t change when we tried to bring it up, as if it was stuck, so at night we were freezing

I'm sure many germs live on them. 7) Ordering hot cappuccino and getting cold. 8) Smoking being allowed in public areas, even though the hotel sign says no smoking. 9) Cigarette butts floating in the pool

The room was clean and well maintained, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and regular top-ups of shower amenities, which was much appreciated

10) Load music at the pool area. Making it impossible to relax. On a positive note, the WiFi worked well. Would we stay here again, NOPE!

The location is quiet and peaceful, but the downside is that there isn’t much around the hotel. Getting to tourist attractions or shopping malls requires booking a Grab

We upgraded our room - one with a balcony, though it faced a residential apartment opposite, so we kept the curtains closed most of the time for privacy

I had a pleasant stay at Dara Hotel Phuket Town. The counter staff were friendly, patient, and helpful throughout our stay

The bed wasn’t comfortable , instead of getting a one bed I’ve got two joined together and as the mattress was suuuuuper thin as well as all blankets and pillows , I could fill the edges of two beds or my foot was stuck in between

Strange that you can get an ice coffee when you order room service but can get just a cup of ice for your breakfast coffee and you have to drink it hot as if it’s not hot enough outside

The gym was super hot and two of the 4 machines were not even working

The stay was okay, though I must say the rooms are a bit old, the AC was noisy and smelly ,tv is too small and weirdly placed

This hotel offers good value for a transit stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained pool, especially given the limited space

Perfect location, just about 14 mins walk from the beach. Service helpful abd informative. The staff member helped me with my suitcase.

This hotel is situated near Patong beach and the rooms are also very good and comfy. It also has a swimming pool on the roof and one can get a nice view of the city and the beach from the terrace

Bathroom amenities are regularly replenished, towels are available for rent, and the beds are comfortable with good-quality linen and privacy curtains

Food served here is excellent and they also have buffet for breakfast. There are many grocery stores and restaurants situated near this hotel

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. Very old hotel which lack of service

This hotel is simply wonderful! It has a beautiful view from the window, lovely sunsets in the evening, and a perfect location – everything is nearby. There's even an entrance to 7-Eleven directly from the pool area

The Not So Good: • Transport: Because the hotel is tucked away from the crowded main hub, summoning a Bolt/Grab can be a bit of a challenge and can be pricy. Plan your trips ahead of time

The Good: • Aesthetics: The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. • Location: You can’t beat being steps away from the sand. • Staff: Exceptional service; everyone was so welcoming

In the evenings, food stalls gather outside the hotel with a variety of food. The beach isn't crowded, and the water is clean in the mornings

Housekeeping is thorough, not just in the rooms but throughout the entire hotel property. The staff are genuinely welcoming, smiling, engaging, and helpful

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great

We love this hotel. There are lots of vegetation around the hotel. The layout of the room is great. The breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle provide the hotel to the beach was wonderful

The facilities were brilliant and included a bath tub. The shower had a rainfall option which was a great touch. We had a kettle, mini fridge and safe in the room which made the stay that bit more comfortable

On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired

Staff really attentive, maintenance arrived promptly to deal with hook off wall and light not working.  Definitely not a criticism but padded sun beds and parasol on every terrace would enhance people's experience

It was stressful to find a place to work and they made it so easy. Doesn’t get too crowded, and lots of clean equipment

The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds
