This is my second stay at this hotel, so I'll give some honest feedback. On the first day, there were no face towels provided. I called the front desk and asked for a 'facial towel,' but they sent hand towels instead

The lagoon pool is beautiful for a relaxing afternoon, and the daily 'Chocolate Hour' was such a sweet, unique highlight of our stay

It’s close enough to the Patong action to be convenient, but quiet enough to feel like our own private sanctuary. Highly recommend for couples!"

The location is excellent next to Patong beach have a free shuttle bus to the town with free chocolate to eat nice staffs

Clean hotel with an excellent location, but it is not beachfront. The staff were friendly and helpful.

One issue is sunbeds, get down to the pool after 9am and towels left out but no one visits all day. Staff try their best to manage this but unfortunately a lot of the hotel residents were very selfish and rude

If it weren’t for the exceptional assistance and dedication of the staff — especially San and Tanu — we may not have given this a five-star rating

The hotel staff were all very nice,very polite and very attentive. The hotel is right on the beach. Rooms are large and cleaned everyday

Almost had to climb out to see the ocean, because we could only see the pool from inside

However, we were initially placed in a room with a connecting door, and unfortunately the soundproofing between these rooms was very poor. We could hear everything from our neighbours, which made it uncomfortable

The rooms are spacious and comfortable; choosing a direct pool access room offers even more privacy. The staff are warm and attentive, the breakfast is delicious, and the spa experience is very relaxing

This hotel is perfect for a couples' getaway. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores

The hotel itself has a peaceful and elegant ambiance. The oversized pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and enjoying a drink by the pool in the evening is incredibly romantic

Just a 7 minutes walk from the left side of the hotel entrance will take you to the main road and a 2 minutes walk from the right side will bring you to a small night market where it is quieter, easier to find a seating place and not that hot

We love sitting there in the morning for a cup of coffee and at night when we are back from dinner/supper with a nice cold drink or beer. This will definitely help to keep guests cool during the hot months in Phuket

Really nice place to stay if visiting phuket. All the staff members are amazing, everyone very kind and they always made sure everything is ok. The hotel is at a nice location

Food is very good and very reasonable. 3 great pools, plenty of places to relax. Very easy for kids to entertain themselves. Enjoy what Centara has to offer, everything is here for you

Good location near Kata night market and walking street. There are three swimming pools and hours are reasonable. The room is clean although the facilities are outdated. There are no electrical outlets near any bed side

For me, this hotel is worthy of a 5-star rating. The service is excellent, and it's very convenient for trips and getting around because you can book transportation through the hotel. The car arrives in just 5-10 minutes

Especially in the evening, the light is very beautiful, making photos come out soft and lovely. The hotel offers massage services with promotional prices as well, providing a very relaxing experience

The resort is quiet and off from the main street. Beach is not swimmable but beautiful view from room. Staff are very helpful. Clean and big room. Oil massage made my stay wonderful.

The location is quite convenient for island travelers because it is close to Chalong Pier, with many nearby halal restaurants offering both Thai and international cuisine

But i still think the structures were bit moldy, because most of the mornings my throat was sore and my wife got flu for half of the week while being there. Pool area was nice and in couple different pools in layers

The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly and make a real effort during your stay. It is on a hill but a regular free taxi shuttle service down into Kata is great. Would recommend this hotel in Phuket

Returned to the hotel for the second time. We were here last year. I love the villa. The view there is gorgeous.

The rooms are very clean, definitely up to the high Thai standard. There are five pools and several restaurants serving a Variety of dishes

This hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is relatively less crowded. We specifically chose it so we could spend a leisurely day lounging on the beach chairs. The overall service was pretty good too.

Best hotel in Phuket! We had fantastic experience at Intercontinental Phuket. The location is great ,not to busy

My room was sparkling clean,bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious (special thanks to Khun Yodmai and team) The concierge team (I don't remember his name) was very helpful and friendly

It was very late, so I didn't press the issue. The next morning, a different young man at the front desk told me that members get discounts at two restaurants: the one by the beach and the breakfast spot

Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was beautifully presented and tasted good

The scenery is absolutely stunning. Kata Beach's sea and sand are much cleaner and more beautiful than other beaches. The private pool in our room was amazing, and even though it was a pool villa, we still had a sea view

Facilities: The attention to detail is impressive, perfect for couples. I absolutely loved the heated pool. Environment: The unobstructed sea view is incredibly beautiful

The oversized bathroom and room layout were very comfortable. There are also good restaurants and a 7-Eleven conveniently located near the hotel. My favorite spot was definitely the breakfast restaurant

Special mention to the Thai restaurant which serves delicious and instagram-able food and the private chef dinner experience at the Kissing Point which was the highlight of our stay

It was semi-buffet style, and the à la carte items took ages to arrive, same with coffee. They couldn't remember what we ordered and would come back to reconfirm our coffee choice. This happened twice on the same day

The hotel can clean toilet, linen, towel and comfy bed

It's next to the main street of Patong but to get to the hotel you have to go down a street about half a block away. They don't allow visitors unless you pay 500 baht for them to come in

It's close to Jungceylon, and right across the street from a Patong durian stall. Other than that, it's nothing special.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The water pressure was good and the water was hot, though the temperature was a bit unstable and needed constant adjustment. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit

Otherwise this place is transactional, deposit in cash only and they will return cash upon check out. The massage at level 1 of the hotel builiding is good and budgetable

Like the location super near Jungcelon, repeat stay because of this reason. We took the suite room which is quite comfortable for 3 pax, added bed in the living space

The only small downside is that the hotel is not wheelchair accessible, and there’s a steep hill to conquer on the way up from the beach – but once you’re there, the view and the feeling almost make it worth it

The resort’s facilities are top-notch! The swimming pool area is serene and well-maintained, and the spa offers one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever experienced

The pools and grounds are fantastic. The location (despite the hill), is very good. The food has always been on the ordinary side, but as breakfast is fine

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The villa was very spacious and impeccably clean. They also provide a wide range of amenities, so even if you forget something, it’s not an issue

I appreciated that housekeeping checked the pool water quality daily, which made me feel very comfortable using it. The turndown service was a lovely touch as well—they leave small gifts, which felt unique and thoughtful

It can be a bit inconvenient having to take a buggy to get to the lobby each time, but considering everything the hotel offers, it felt like a reasonable trade-off

All of the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. Tip: The hotel gets quite busy from Friday to Sunday, so if you prefer a quieter experience, staying during the weekdays is a better choice

Is the best vacation ever!! I have the best time to relax and stay there. Also the have the bike you can use them 24/7 also the hotel is next to the beach you always can go any time. Also not far from the airport

Friendly service. Great breakfast. Food a la carte also great. Close enough to centre of Phuket providing free taxi service. Room not smoke free so a bit 'smelly' room. Rooms good enough for Phuket visit.

Best property of phuket, sea view property. Near by patong beach and near to all tourist attractions. 7-11 100m away from hotel. Lovely stay with cooperative staff. Clean room and bathroom.

Hotel is nice, staff all friendly and room also clean and very near with old town

The room was spacious and well-equipped. It offered a 180-degree view of both the sea and mountains, including a glimpse of the Big Buddha. It's very close to Old Town and within walking distance of Saphan Hin Park

Near the market there is also a big supermarket, GO supermarket if you need to buy some groceries. The swimming pool and gym area is nice

Room Is cozy, comfortable and spacious, good mountain view, room amenities complete. Breakfast is extensive but adequate. The gym is very impressive and pro, exceeds most hotel gym standards

This hotel is great! It is located near the city centre. You can just walk for 10 minutes to town and to iconic places like the clock tower, and Phuket museum iconic building

I stayed at three hotels in Phuket this trip: a 5500 baht per night pool villa, an 1800 baht local specialty hotel, and the SIS. Personally, I found SIS to be the best value for money and the most satisfying of the three

The hotel's service, room size, and overall environment truly justify the price of just over 1000 during peak season. The breakfast and pool, in particular, were absolutely fantastic

The slope leading up to the hotel entrance is quite a trek, really works your legs. The private pool in the room was a nice touch, and the open-air restaurant was surprisingly good

The only minor inconvenience was the uphill walk back to the hotel after exploring the surrounding area, which was a bit strenuous. Also, the rooms facing the road were a little noisy

There's an adorable black cat near the front desk that you can pet! The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Most of the guests staying here seemed to be Caucasians

Me and my wife came for almost 3 weeks holidays in this hotel! We have been there before:) Wonderful team of staff members maintains this place in a great condition, after 2 years - it’s still nice and clean! The only constructive feedback I would give to Oceanfront is to replace their pool lounges as they are a bit on the weathered side but otherwise a fantastic experience and we were incredibly pleased with our spacious room!

We had an amazing stay at Oceanfront Beach Resort! The facilities are amazing🙌🏼Saw someone write about outsiders taking up sunbeds, but we didn’t see anything like this

Well located to Bangla Road but you don’t get the noise. Staff really friendly and helpful - I kept locking myself out and they helped me instantly. Get your washing done here - very cheap and all comes back perfect

The room and location are good, but soundproofing is terrible, and noise control by the hotel is very poor. If you’re a light sleeper or value peace and rest, I do not recommend staying here

My room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything in Patong. Unfortunately, I was given a joined room with a locked door connecting to the next room

There was also a strong cigarette smell coming into my room, and even worse, I could clearly hear *** ****** through the wall. I wore earplugs, but they didn’t help at all

For the price point, location, and amenities we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The room was large with a nice sofa bed. There are 6 different pools that our young kids had fun playing in

Had a wonderful stay at Sunwing Bangtao. We have a 2 year old toddler and it was the best decision to book our stay here. With 3 4 pools and super beach access it was simply wonderful

There is a largish water slide that is fun and a small little kids slide that is good for toddlers. The beach is steps from the pools with free beach toys available to play with

Lovely family resort with several pools so there are options to go to when the main pool get more crowded

There are also a TOPS minimart and a few nice restaurants just outside the resort. Nana Massage is also a short 5 mins walk away. Overall, we had a fun n relaxing time at the resort

Unfortunately, the photos are a little misleading — it’s essentially a seated area within the pool rather than a true swim-up bar. You can still order food and drinks poolside from the restaurant, and the food was good

The cocktails, however, were average. It’s also worth noting that you can’t charge poolside purchases to your room unless you’ve already deposited cash to your room account, so make sure you carry cash

We’ve travelled in Thailand quite a bit and this was the first time we’ve encountered this system. Our kids enjoyed the pool and waterslides and were happy to spend most of the day there

The only downside was that the pool closes at 8pm, which felt quite early. Especially when walking back from dinner in the heat, an evening swim would have been perfect

We did attempt to book a tour through the hotel, but unfortunately the staff member assigned to this role that day didn’t speak enough English for us to complete the booking, so we ended up organising it online ourselves
