We spent 7 days here, and would strongly recommend the hotel.
The rooftop pool is a lifesaver for the hot days when you couldnt be bothered paying for spots on the beach. The staff is friendly and extremely polite - typical of Thai hospitality. We particularly thank Anya from the reception team who gave us fantastic advice and support.
The breakfast options are good. I got bored of them on day 5. ;)
We also got a floating breakfast and a candlelit dinner date, both of which were managed efficiently by the staff.
The location of the hotel is handy - essentials are within a short (2-4min) walk but you aren’t in the chaos of Bangla road etc.
(We were a same-sex couple travelling from Australia. The staff were always respectful - and in fact often warm about it :) )

Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. Location is very good - near Patong Beach and bangla Street. The hotel has an infinity swimming pool which is nice. The staff decorated our room for an anniversary which was a nice touch. They organize events everyday for guests. For breakfast - not much is there in terms of vegetarian options. Cocktails at the Skyline Rooftop bar are nice. The towels were not replaced as part of daily housekeeping. Water - only 2 bottles a day are complimentary. Mosquitoes can be an issue. Check in and checkout was smooth.

After my review below, the staff apologised and offered to upgrade our room. It was our last night, and we agreed as we truly could not stay in the original room any longer. The new room was so much better, more spacious and, most importantly, it smelled fresh and pleasant. Thanks to the reception team, we were able to enjoy our last night at the hotel.
I really hope the drainage issue in the original room gets fixed, as the overall experience here could easily be excellent.

I am currently staying at this hotel. My first impression was great as the hotel looks new and well presented. However, the experience quickly became very disappointing.
It is almost impossible to sleep because of an unbearable smell coming from the bathroom drainage. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation made staying in the room extremely uncomfortable. The smell was so strong that I wanted to leave the room as soon as possible.
On top of that, our room faces a very busy road, so it is quite loud. Normally I could tolerate the noise, but combined with the constant sewage smell, it became unbearable. I ended up sleeping with a Thai inhaler next to me all night just to cope.
Unfortunately, despite the nice appearance of the hotel, the conditions made the stay very unpleasant.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Upon arrival, the reception was adequate and the staff was courteous.
However, several aspects affected my experience.
On my floor, there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway. There was also a lot of noise in the corridor: people were talking loudly and shouting, and these disturbances were clearly audible from my room.
In the room, some basic items were missing, such as tissues.
After my check-out, a front desk employee showed me her card with a QR code so that I could leave a review. I told her I would do it and went to sit down to write my comment, lowering the brightness of my phone. Despite this, she stood behind me and observed what I was doing on my phone. Even if the intention was likely positive, this level of proximity and intervention was not appropriate in this context, as it is important to respect guests’ personal space and privacy.
Overall, the establishment is acceptable and the staff remains welcoming. With a few improvements, the experience could be more pleasant.

Top of the line hotel. Everybody is super nice right from the front desk when you first arrive. Ultra clean. Smiling and helpful staff. Great location. I would come back here anytime in the future.
Special mention to the nice guy who helps tourists cross the street risking his life while smiling doing his job! He deserves a tip from tourists!

The hotel and rooms are decent. There is no view from any hotel rooms. The highlight is the roof top pool. Best place for infinity pool experience. You can also order breakfast in the pool. The location is good as you can walk down to the market in 10 min.

Sadly I can‘t recommend this hotel. I think the staff did their best.. but still: most hotel floors are not airconditioned, so the hotel is like a big sauna. Gym is very poorly equipped (few treadmills, and weights not over 20 pounds), roof-top has a pool but not a single umbrella or shade-sail, ergo; when it‘s 35+ degrees you get fried up there, breakfast is a bit.. well.. let‘s say on the cheaper side.. they do have some selection and the food quality is not perse bad, however, it feels a bit off.. staff capability of speaking/understanding EN near zero.. and, hotel is too far off from beach/city..

We recently stayed at this hotel, it was an amazing experience. Hotel is on prime location, rooms are really nice, staff was really friendly and nice. Special thanks to Mr. Bright and Ms. Nadya at reception. They both are very helpful and so nice, I don't remember other staff names but all were very helpful and super friendly. For sure will book this hotel again.

Pool was amazing with great poolside service- food and drinks were awesome and the views were 10/10.
Great location, only a 10 minute walk from Patong Beach and Phuket nightlife.
Rooms were very modern and clean.

A great place to stay for a reasonable price (we've made use of the special offer). The rooms are clean and are kept that way daily, the beds and pillows are excellent. We had a balcony to dry our things on the railings of, but it doesn't have anything else, like chairs or a table to sit outside. Small tip: if the shower starts acting up, just pull the plug out - it's the lid, not the drains. There is a rooftop bar with a pool, but it closes at 00:00 sharpish, and you can't access it anymore after that. All in all, though, a great stay.

+ The stuff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean, breakfast was quite good, the rooftop pool was amazing.
- The fitness room needs some basic equipments, there is no sauna or jacuzzi, the hotel sends you to a spa nearby, which is a good option for massage, but the hotel should have a free sauna and jacuzzi for their customers.
