The pool area desperately needs refurbishing, with many broken tiles. Cleanliness was also an issue; we noticed dust on the TV and plates left outside rooms for long periods

We checked in after 10 PM, and the front desk staff was very welcoming, offering us a welcome drink. The check-in process was smooth. The breakfast was also excellent; it changed daily during our 6-day stay

Wonderfull and beautiful hotel. The ambience and experience on top notch. Greet by the Thailand hospitality during checked in. Most important, the breakfast is halal certified. Muslims most welcome to the hotels

5 minutes walking to the beach and worth it for the beautiful Surin Beach. 3 minutes walking to 7-11 and Massages centres. In front of hotel have taxi station. Can use Grab or Bolt if you want

Since our child was small, their breakfast was included at no extra charge. The main advantage is that the hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and the environment is quiet

We stayed in a suite, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was too noisy, so we turned it off while sleeping and used the living room's AC instead

You have to live out of your suitcase. Housekeeping does make up your room every day, but they dont really clean. The same hair or dust partical will stay at the same place during your stay

My room was watching the road side, which was noisy but did not bother me. Aircon works good and is quiet. Overall I was happy for the price I paid

We were not provided with a robe, and slippers had to be specifically requested. Also, only two small bottles of complimentary water per day are provided, with a charge for any extras, which feels low for this tier

Additionally, the log-in system requires a completely new username and password every 5 days, creating an unnecessary hassle for guests staying longer. ​Deposit: The required 2,000 THB deposit is cash-only

If you want to be in the center of the action with everything you need right outside your door, this is the place. Everyone was friendly, genuinely helpful, and tried their best to assist with any request

​Parking: Parking in Building A is extremely difficult due to stiff maneuvering spaces, presenting a high risk of damage (e. , pulling out the bumper), especially for standard-sized vehicles

The hotel has a total of 8 buildings with various room types, including sea view, pool view, and standard rooms, all at different prices. The breakfast is abundant, and there's a Western, Japanese, and Thai restaurant

Excellent food and very friendly and caring service. I have visited before about 18 months ago.. so good to be back we have eaten 3 days in a row here....Superb.

A lot of stuff are nice but you’re odd one can be pain sometimes other than that good spot to stay pool is perfect.

This hotel stay is excellent with all the attentive staffs catered to your needs and request! Especially when they see I teaching my baby daughter swimming in the pool, they bring a kid life jacket for my baby daughter

Great location, possibly the best end of patong beach. Massive pool, with pool bar, street bar and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was fresh with great selection. Staff so friendly and helpful

We stayed in a renovated deluxe pool view room and it was stunning! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the facilities, food and staff are incredible!! Special shout out to one of the chefs, M and also Sarah

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the bus station, and the special airport shuttle is more convenient than a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful

My partner and I stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas for the first time

They were also good to provide hand towels and wash clothes however I’ve never had to ask for any hotel to provide them after checking in. They were expected to be there already. The hotel provides shuttle to Patong

Located on a hill with no footpath either side of the road so you need transport to go anywhere but they offer a free hourly shuttle into Jungceylon Mall until 5pm daily

Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about

Jacuzzi looked dirty so was never used. Staff were great with the exception of one of the porters who was quite rude our whole trip and we complained about

This resort is at a fair price point in my opinion as of when I made my reservations. Now for the details: Cleanliness - good but not great

Not sure where they were coming in but somewhere in the half bath to the point that I would not go in to use it at all

We booked the panwa lodge for the bridal party accommodation and it was beautiful. Others stayed in the 2 bed villas and standard rooms and no one had a single complaint (or if they did they didn’t tell me)

The food, drinks and views were absolutely amazing on the day. Big thank you to Aom, the venue coordinator, and her assistant for helping to make the day run so smoothly

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Cape Panwa will always hold a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back

We chose this resort because it combines luxury with that authentically Thai down-to-earth vibe. If you prefer western, modern and sleek it’s not for you but we loved the fact that it was rustic and charming

rooms are spacious but we had a serious problem with air con as it was blowing humid and smelled strong mould. they tried to resolve it immediately but didn't work out well

Stayed from 3 to 5 November 2025 Room type: Deluxe Pool Access Location: Island Escape by Burasari – Coconut Island We visited as part relaxation and part inspection trip since we run a travel agency, and honestly this resort exceeded our expectations

The Deluxe Pool Access villa was simply amazing. Two levels, direct access to the pool, strong air conditioning everywhere (6 AC units in total), large TV in the living room and another one in the bedroom

The infinity pool is beautiful with great views and nice drinks at the bar. There are restaurants and a lounge nearby outside the resort as well. The team was very responsive by email even before arrival

Night, was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He even gave us an easy way to contact him anytime we needed to go to the restaurant or infinity pool. Within 5 minutes he was always at our door

Great location right on the beach. 4 great pools with plenty of sun beds. Reasonable prices at the bar and message. I think the only problem is noise in the uploading area next to building #1 side facing the sea

The breakfast was full of selections of food choices , coffee teas and juices. Will definitely come back again Thank you to all the staff but especially “Way” who always greeted us each morning at breakfast

We had a room there (1302) and it was very noisy at night and morning , but the stuff changed us for another room straight away after our complaint

This is an amazing getaway with 5 star service. The staff are always willing to help and the facilities are world class. The restaurants have incredible food at reasonable prices. I would recommend it to everyone.

My only minor complaints are that the AC can only be turned on or off, with no temperature control, which is a bit inconvenient as it gets too cold when on and too warm when off

Also, there's a slight issue with the shower's temperature control; it's almost impossible to find a middle ground between scorching hot and freezing cold, so I ended up having to angle the showerhead as high as it would go

I highly recommend the Pad Thai at the Talay restaurant in the lobby – it was the best I had on this trip out of three different places! The sea view from the room is beautiful

They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance

That's a surprisingly strict rule for a hotel near the sea that also has four swimming pools🧐 On a positive note, our room was VERY clean. It was serviced daily, including mopping the floor and changing the bed sheets

They only let you borrow one beach towel a day. You can’t take two, and if your towel gets wet, you can’t exchange it

It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well

This hotel was really great! They have a swimming pool bar which was really nice. I can’t swim so it’s nice that it’s located at the shallow end of the pool. The food from the restaurant is very tasty

The rooms aren't new, but they're very clean. There's a large, clean pool on site. There's a very good massage parlor on site. And most importantly, the best restaurant on site

We had a wonderful stay at Baumanburi Hotel Patong! The staff were extremely kind and upgraded our room for our honeymoon, which made our experience truly special. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

It’s a 10min walk to Patong Beach with many restaurants and 7/11s around. The housekeeper was so nice! The room was nice and the bathtub was very clean

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. Beautiful room (we had Spa room with ocean view), friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amenities

very clean & well kept with two great swimming pools where towels are provided for guests using the area. Our room was of a decent size with air conditioning, doorbell fridge/ mini bar /snacks

To help with this there is actually a shuttle service which constantly operates from reception transporting guests to & from those higher rooms where acsess can only be made by that steep incline

Beautiful location and staff at Diamond Cliff. After a long flight, the welcome drink lifted our spirits right away. Our Jacuzzi room overlooked the ocean, was spacious and incredibly comfortable bed

We are just back from a fabulous Two week stay at Diamond Cliff. The Hotel is situated high up off a busy road opposite the beach & just a short walk from the main promenade

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and there are even Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. The hotel's facilities are standard. The pool offers a beautiful view

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the swimming pool. Since it is located on the rooftop, there is very little shade during the day, which makes it a bit difficult to enjoy swimming under the strong sun

Central to everything in Pa Tong. 2 minutes to Bangla Rd, 1 minute walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choices and different everyday. Room is spacious and family room is located at ground floor

I enjoyed the stay here! The hotel's massive, with 2 giant swimming pools. Food options are amazing but only for breakfast. The lack of vegetarian options during lunch and dinner were so less that we had to eat elsewhere

Had a great stay with Novotel! Though slightly far away from old town (around 15 mins walk) the room and service was impeccable. The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. Great place for a quiet sleep

Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though Breakfast buffet was decent and coffee was pretty aromatic.

The direct pool access room was perfect for families with kids – my children didn't even touch their phones after we arrived! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the staff were warm and attentive

Don’t really like the service. Specially deposit ( only cash is acceptable ) And has towel cards things make guests feel inconvenient and do not trust to guests. Plus the hotel is kinda old as well.

The public areas weren't huge, but the pool was spacious. The beach is right across the street; even though the sand isn't the best, it was nice and uncrowded, even in peak season

The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB

While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient

The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice
