Its a pleasant stay in The ***** Patong Phuket. We have a great trip, the hotel is comfortable and the location is superb. It is very near to two shoplots of 7-11s, we always can get the stuff we need convenienly

The food was absolutely exceptional — delicious, beautifully presented, and with a variety of options to suit every taste. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making each meal feel special

Highly recommend to everyone and definitely to stay again. What I most like is the cleanliness of room, quiet, and best selection of street food at decent price

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. They have a good swimming pool. The breakfast buffet has variety of options. And this time when we were checking in, they upgraded our booking to a suite room

The original price listed was 3900, but we managed to haggle it down to 2000 per person. As for the hotel itself, the swimming pool is quite small and narrow – definitely not worth spending time on

We stayed at the Anantara Layan Residence in a six-bedroom villa with a private pool, a small gym, and a spa all within the villa. The facilities were outstanding

The hotel’s spa was lovely, and there are plenty of activities available, including clay modelling, skating, archery, tennis, and climbing. We tried the archery and had a great time

We had two butlers, Sao and Eye, and the service they provided was exceptional. The chef’s food was also delicious

The hotel was so nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. We went to the spa for facial , it was so good. The main swimming pool at the beach house is just located near the beach, so beautiful.

The entire property is very clean, and the swimming pool is lovely and peaceful. My room was spacious with a balcony overlooking either the sea or the pool

Nice quaint little hotel with large swimming pool. Cozy bedroom but infrastructure is generally old with old technology. Purely location wise in Patong it is a great place! It is right on Patong beach north end

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Its location is excellent—just cross the street and you’re right on the beach. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety, including several egg options made to order

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was not working very well and could use proper maintenance. However, aside from that, we had a very good experience overall

If you choose the sea-view room, there can be some noise from the cars outside, but once you close the balcony door, the room is well-isolated and quiet

I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again

We spent most of our time beside the pool, which was always clean and attended to. A special mention goes to the pool staff, Tae, Ohm, Jay and Glove

They were always smiling and made outstanding Cocktails! We were in the Junior Sweet, which was spacious and comfortable and overlooked the pool

It is often the small things that go the longest way, and these three collectively made us feel very welcome and special. Finally, if you’re looking to book here, I’d recommend booking the deluxe room with the jacuzzi

They always had big smiles on their faces, and we shared some good laughs in the mornings. I didn’t get the name of the cleaning lady, but she was an absolute boss. She can make the bed in seconds

The hospitality here is truly top-tier. I want to give a special shout-out to three staff members who made my stay extra special: Aya and Meji at the front desk, and Aom from the restaurant

I did encounter one issue during my stay, but management took immediate action to resolve it and I was properly compensated. I really appreciated their quick and professional response

The policy states that food and drinks purchased outside the hotel and brought into the hotel will be subject to a “corkage fee of THB 2,000. There is no dryer or balcony, so there is nowhere to dry things

All staff are very friendly and about breakfast, it's okay there are some options, but always the same things ( it's okay as it's not really matter for me) I definitely recommend! Thank you

Everything is good, I liked everything. There was a Russian-speaking hostel at the reception. Breakfasts are delicious, a large variety of dishes. Minibar is cheap and has everything.

they put 2 packages of instant noodles without any price tags; these noodles are not listed in the price list. When checking out, we were asked to pay for the noodles

You'll love this place if you * appreciate quiet neighbourhoods * beautiful gardens * big swimming pools * corteous staff * splendid sunset views from many of the rooms, and if you don't get that, no problem

Wonderful hotel situated in a nice, quiet part of Phuket. Very helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious and comfortable rooms. Plenty of nice local restaurants and a few shops within walking distance.

You can't take or leave towels at the pool, or ask for a dry one there. You can only swap it from cleaners, which is inconvenient and cheap for 4* hotel

The staff prepared a birthday surprise for me, it was a total surprise and they organized so well that it was seamless!!! The hotel is perfect in the noisy and busy patong area. They have restaurant, spa, gym and pool

This was an amazing hotel that had a lovely atmosphere and wonderful facilities, I loved the pool area and the pool bar was a delight

Reception could not do enough for me, they were so accommodating. The pool bar staff were so friendly and helpful too

Good located hotel, close to Bangla rd and Jungceylon, but hidden from street noise. Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. Complimentary massage in spa was excellent. The only problem hotel has is a "towel" issue

Pros: perfect location just in a middle of everything, but in the same time its cozy, quite and peaceful. Cons: no walk-in shower in room, only bathtub with a rather inconvenient and even dangerous entrance (see photo)

I go to Phuket every year, and this hotel had the most bugs I've ever encountered. However, the kids loved it because they'd find insects at night. The pool slides are also great and safe for children

The unique thing about our room compared to other hotels is that the toilet and shower are separated as well as the sink, which is great for privacy but there is no space in the shower for the towel

The breakfast spread was also really good. You get three pools to pick from: our daughter loved the waterslides and the kids pool. The staff, especially Bettie, Aki and Sasha, were great with her

They utilize an app which makes service easier. Staff escorts you to your room upon check in and provides a tour of the amenities. The pool is lovely with their swim up bar

The service was great and we have fun with the kids swimming pool. Almost 98% is foreigners not Asian,so the buffet breakfast is more to western likes breads, salad,oatmeal and local fruits

I stayed with my family for three nights in this wonderful property, and our overall experience was truly memorable. We arrived a bit late in the evening, and for the first night we stayed in the Superior Ocean View room

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We spent 5 incredible days at the Holiday Inn Resort Karon Beach, and everything exceeded our expectations! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained — from the lush gardens to the sparkling pools and the relaxing beach right across the road

We stayed as a family of five at Holiday Inn Karon and it was a truly magical and wonderful time! The children were overjoyed with the activities and the children's pool located conveniently opposite the playroom

The kids really enjoyed the pools and the kids activities. The food including the breakfast buffet were pretty decent

But the best part of the trip was the incredible staff. Mint, who worked in the playroom, was simply amazing. Endless patience and affection for the children, always with a smile on her face

We felt so taken care of and Holiday Inn should be very very proud of them! Breakfast was great, Karon beach directly across the hotel and it was a quick 2 minute walk to the main town area

It’s full of screaming kids and babies and there is no control at all. Chaise Lou he’s are 90% Python but people are just leaving g their towels and leaving for several hours. So, u can’t have a spot of relax

The rooms with pools are amazing. The breakfasts are amazing. The best view of the Buddha and the sea.

At check-in, our 16-year-old was charged as an extra adult despite being declared during booking, which was disappointing. The pool access room was nice, but the pool itself is very small—more for dipping than swimming

Sugar Palms is a beautiful hotel. A quick 5 min walk to the beach which is amazing!!! The pools are wonderful with different bed/chair options. Breakfast has an assortment of different options

Pool Access Room The location is convenient, but our stay had several inconveniences. The slope up to the rooms is extremely steep, so we relied on the buggy service (5–10 mins wait each time)

Breakfast was 350 baht per person with limited variety. Overall, convenient location but the steep hill, extra charges, small pool, and average breakfast affected our stay

Excellent! Service is polte and quick. We stayed in the villa with pool. Such a refreshing retreat from cold winter back home. They also have great excursion bookings and well

The rooms are gorgeous and I loved the stand alone bathtub and the natural materials used. The pools are beautiful and the SPA is amazing! The choice of restaurants is very good and breakfast buffet has a great choice

We had a fantastic experience at The State. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do more to help. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the food in general. The rooms were absolutely incredible

The multiple pools were a real highlight! The cold towels, fruit skewers etc throughout the day by the pool too were amazing! Overall we really enjoyed it and would definitely return

The only downside was that the adults-only pool was almost always full, so it wasn’t easy to enjoy a quiet swim. The only thing that left me a little disappointed was the security guard at the beach gate

The hotel has a pool, which is really nice. My husband swam for about half an hour every day, and then he'd lie on a lounge chair and nap – he loved it! They also serve breakfast

The location is great — not far from Patong, so it’s convenient to travel around, yet still quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool area is beautiful and well designed, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view

Cleaned every single day and changed our towels everyday. With a smile! Service was great, whenever we needed anything or had any questions they were there to help straight away

The rooms are beautiful, very clean and spacious with stunning views. Heaps of fantastic restaurants to choose from and the spa is a must. We also enjoyed the onsite activities as there’s loads to choose from

It’s close to everything — you can easily find tuk-tuks nearby, it’s very close to Bangla Road, and getting to the surrounding beaches is quick and convenient

The hotel is close to the beach, so it was a bit humid. The room facilities were complete, and the hotel has its own swimming pool and gym. The price was a bit high, possibly due to it being peak season

Very central and so many places to eat within walking distance. The beach is right at the door step. We booked pool room and the  pool was freezing cold. We didn’t utilise like we thought we would

The room decor feels a bit dated, and things like the faucets and outlets aren't working very well. The direct pool access room is nice, though it's a bit long and narrow

The room doesn't feel overly humid, but clothes don't dry easily. The pool water is quite clean. The front desk staff were pretty enthusiastic

When checking in, the front desk lady was very gentle and even offered pomegranate juice, which was delightfully sweet and sour. She also provided wet wipes for our hands, making for a truly excellent experience

The hotel is quite good, there is a free transfer to Kata beach side. 10 minutes to Karon beach. The only thing is a small swimming pool and engaged beds near.

We had a lovely stay, staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Online it says they have laundry facilities but when checking in they said they don’t

The breakfast is good but lacked a variety of protein- loads of vegetable and carbohydrate choices. The shower also had lukewarm water at best, a hot shower was missed after a day out in the sun

The hotel is a little walk away from the beach but the location is perfect because it’s away from the Main Street and all the noise

Despite all the minor problems, our stay was really nice and I would stay there again

It’s peaceful, fun and the view by the pool side is breathtaking but if you are on the go and exploring Thailand, it’s a bit far from the center of the attractions hence I moved to patong but other than that, I enjoyed my experience, it was chilled

Wow! Absolutely incredible. Selina Serenity is a lovely place to stay at. They organize a lot of activities which you can join and the view at the pool is just a 10/10. Definitely gonna miss this place.

It’s got a mix of hotel resort and hostel vibe so you can do your own thing or you can do activities each day and make lots of friends.  It was really perfect for a solo traveler

Located in the south, it's over an hour's drive from the airport if there's no traffic. Breakfast was decent, and it's a good spot to spend some time with young friends.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and will 100% be back. It’s a bit far from the airport but once you get past that you’re in a great location

They've renovated it, it's very nice now. The cocktails at the bar are delicious, as is the coffee. There's a 7/11 and Tops nearby. Our cat friend wasn't there this time; her owner took her

They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb. The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night

So there is loud sound that may disturb you if u are a early to bed

Location is not bad and not great either. The hotel is a bit old building, but the rooms are really spacious and that's the best about it. Really noisy thanks to the many bars at the bottom.

Excellent location for party freaks and nightlife enthusiasts. If you don’t mind noise and loud music till 3 AM, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket

Location plus point & walking distance to everywhere, Huge room, nice bed & pillow. Down points is too noisy with music from lots of bar downstairs.

Not sure if Karon Sea Sands Resort have their own small piece of the beach? During our stay they were busy with upgrades and the pool was a no go area, that left only the sea to cool off

It's great to see that the hotel management is focused on service, not just money. I especially want to thank Grace at the front desk. I will always remember this hotel for her smiling face and high-quality work

Had a meal at the resort's Irish bar, excellent food and atmosphere. Great value for money, and I recommend for families looking for a safe, well located and friendly resort

A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. There was renovation work going on when I arrived, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. On the contrary, I was very pleased

Fantastic staff, friendly well spoken. Rooms are nice but try to stay on the top floor if possible, the floors have hollow sound to them and if upstairs or next door walk it is disturbing

The beach is right across the street but you have to rent the beach chairs at 200baht
