Modern Living Residence Phuket Patong in Patong

The hotel was ok.service was ok but too much noise from the street and the pool wasn't also so clean

We got the room connected to the pool and it was nice to have that but honestly we didn’t get a chance to use it. There is renovations going on in this hotel so there was some periods were it got a little noisy. The room was kept clean by the cleaning staff. The bed was very hard and not very comfortable. The Internet was abit hot and miss and so was my phone reception in this hotel for some reason. And to give context I have a Thai mobile sim. The location is great opposite the beach and a short walk to Bangla Road. There was restaurants near by and massage places near by and tourist shops. The last morning we stayed was abit noisy as we were woken up to a ladyboy in hallway at about 5am fighting with a customer for not paying her for their special time. So that pretty much woke everyone up on our level. The breakfast was not worth paying for and the kitchen area was so so. They did have a small gym there and sauna. Overall not really my cup of tea. The front reception staff though were very friendly.
