This hotel fully lives up to its name - Hell is the place. To be fair, I'll point out the pros: 1) 2 good elevators 2) clean rooftop pool 3) working air conditioning 4) mountain view (I asked for a chocolate bar) 5) comfortable bed, good linens and decent towels 6) daily replenishment of shampoo, gel and water 7) always hot water 8) location: close to the market, Big C, Bangla Road, 10 minutes to the beach, crossing 3 roads. In general, the hotel is right in the center of the "sabbath", if anyone likes that. Cons that negate everything: 1) angry, dissatisfied staff. The cooks ran after my son and counted how much he ate. 2) disgusting breakfasts. Meager, tasteless. Nasty tea and coffee, more like sewage in appearance and smell. Cucumbers with a chemical taste. A fried egg was one piece per person))) They should have handed it out in individual portions and not embarrassed themselves by calling THIS a buffet. Only the fruit was good. 3) No tea and coffee in the room, even though it was advertised. 4) Terrible housekeeping. They mopped the floors and made the bed. That's it. The bathroom wasn't cleaned even once in 10 days; the plumbing and floor were in terrible condition. 5) Noise! ​​There's a street scene right next to the hotel where they sang really, really loudly, albeit cheerful songs, until very late. Closing the windows and hiding under the pillow didn't help. 6) The room smelled incredible. Maybe I was just unlucky. It smelled like sewage, and the bathroom was covered in black mold. Airing out the room and letting the water run for a long time had a short-lived and weak effect. 7) The hotel has no grounds at all, the entrance is through some massage parlor's backyard. 8) And I'll say it again: the staff is extremely unfriendly. Thailand is called the Land of Smiles for nothing! I chose the hotel based on its proximity to the calm Tri Trang beach and the very, very low price right on the day of my departure (82 thousand rubles for two). Only under such conditions is it worth trying to live in this hell. If you're looking for basic comfort and friendly service, definitely look for another hotel.
