Great stay! The location is central and just steps away from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and 7/11 stores nearby.There is a coffee shop right next door which is perfect for breakfast. The hotel offers great value for money and feels much better than price. Staffs are friends and helpful too and they provide fresh towels everyday.

The room rate is reasonable for the area. It's close to food options, but there's no hotel parking; you have to park on the street outside, which isn't far. It's also close to Patong Beach, making it easy to get around.

Everything was pretty much as pictured. The only slight drawback is that it's close to the road, which is very busy even at night. However, you get used to it after the first night. Also, a heads-up: don't book a room on the 6th floor. While it's higher up, pigeons run around on the roof, and it sounds like they're in your room! Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel is in a very good location and the price is reasonable, so it would be a mistake to expect too much.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Sunshine Patong hotel in Phuket. The staff are truly lovely, attentive, and very kind. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is simply perfect. A fantastic place that I recommend 100%.

I don't recommend this hotel. We booked a transfer at the hotel for 4am. When we got down, it turned out no one had booked anything; they'd just ripped us off for 1,200 baht. We ordered a taxi through the app. There was only one receptionist who didn't know anything and barely spoke English. They cleaned well, but that's the only positive. It was a fine stay for a short time. Location is not so central but a grab ride gets you to your destination in 10 minutes. Swimming pool could be cleaner.

This price, 380 per night, is not recommended at all. It can only be said that it is at the level of domestic guesthouses. The price of Phuket hotels is really outrageous. The service is satisfactory. The swimming pool is very small, and it feels like it is just for children to play.

Technically this is a really good hotel. But the receptionist is miserable. The food is really really good, until they try to put extras on your bill and try to have a full argument with you when you tell them you didn't order it. They tried to charge me for cheese...... We stayed for one week at the hotel during August 2013. For the price you pay everything was very good including the breakfast . The staff were all very helpful and friendly and will definitely go back next year.

Extremely noisy, we had to sleep with earplugs in. It was dirty, and the plumbing was out of order. The mattress was incredibly hard. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Overall, not bad. Good location, spacious rooms, and excellent internet with a dedicated router in each room. However, the Deluxe room with a city view was very noisy and quite run-down. It had a jacuzzi, but I didn't use it. The showerhead holder was broken. To top it off, the staff wasn't very friendly.

The hotel is inexpensive, and the room is naturally a 3-bedroom. There was a window, but opposite it was the hallway of the neighboring building. The sun didn't reach my room at all. Water bottles were in the glass. Which is very disappointing. That means the water is on tap. Not safe. The elevator was dirty and smelled terrible. Like someone had died. The location is not bad. Charming hotel across the street from the beach. Staff are lovely and helpful, our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Patong is a noisy beach with traffic all night, so bring your earplugs. We stayed here for 2 nights while passing through Patong Beach. The female staff was very kind from the time we checked in and helped us choose the room that suited us. The view from the mountain view room was special. I also liked the breakfast. It was mainly a little Thai food and Western food. The cleaning was done at the facility.
