Stayed there in 2019. Had the entire hotel to ourselves !

Newly renovated, fresh. But hard to find.
Small hotel with 4 rooms. You checked in with the tourist office outside the hotel. Or with the cafe 1 block away that the owner also owned. So no staff at the hotel so we took care of refilling water and toilet paper ourselves for 3 days.
However, a little hard to find as the address was not correct.
Newly renovated and fresh. And a decently large room. Balcony.

+ Only because it has direct access to the beach .
- 1- old hotel, rooms need renovation 2- located in noisy area some times you can't sleep at night because of noise depends on your room location . 3- no life guard at the pool . 4- some staff may miss guide you . In my case with tour selection . I waste my money and time . 5- breakfast below the average . 6- again rooms needs more lights . There are too many hotels in Phuket , and I don't recommend this hotel at all . Unless you want to have a direct access to the beach at Patong Beach . Remember too many hotels provides shuttle to the Patong beach and with access to the beach at different area To conclude , if you can get a hotel any where in Phuket with beach access and they provide you with shuttle transport or you can have your own transport example car or bike , then stay away from impiana hotel .
