There is high humidity inside the hotel, the furniture is old, and there is an odor.

It was a nice hotel and they was friendly it was also pretty smoothly going patong is a bit smelly but this my personal opinion it was fun tho and the hotel was overall great

The experience was great staying here. Its budget friendly and I recommend for people who don't want to put a dent in their pocket. Its clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its location is great easy to get around...RECOMMENDED A+++

This property is located centrally in Patong Area within a minute walkable to Bangla Walking Street, Jungceylon Mall, Central Mall. The hotel provides basic amenities like shower gel, Shampoo, water bottles, tea/ coffee kit. The rooms are spacious however, have very dim lighting, giving a 90’s era feel. The room Lights will start to irritate you after some time.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel has a small cafe attached to its reception area serving Coffee. Though the rooms are spacious, however the vibe isn’t that great. Please note that, the hotel is filled majorly with Middle East Guests. This also applies to most of the hotels in the lane.

Overall it’s a budget hotel for a short stay.

Location is excellent, there was a problem with the room we booked and what we got, jacuzzi not turned on so after 2 nights moved to another room which was just a bath with s crack in and not jacuzzi but the staff had tried hard to sort it out so didn’t raise it as an issue. It was a cheap price so we would stay again but based on the second room we had we think some of the rooms could do with some maintenance or an upgrade

Unfortunately, the room has bad smell.
This is very bad.
I don’t recommend in future to reserve this hotel.
And we found cockroach.😫😫

It was bad. Very noisy from the street the whole night. There was no hot water in the faucet, just warm. The hotel is very old. Renovation is needed. The price is too high. Not recommended.

The hotel staff were amazing, really helpful and lovely. The hotel was in a great location close to everything such as the beach and bangla road. However… found two cockroaches in our bathroom… our aircon leaked about 2 times and the noise in the morning…OMG… was like waking up on a building site (hammer drills)

This hotel had a lot of Chinese guests, so I think my review might be helpful. I brought my shower filter to every hotel I stayed at, and it worked fine at the previous ones. This was the only hotel where it filtered out so much dirt. I ended up with an allergic reaction when I got back; I was so itchy on the plane. I also noticed that their towels and duvet covers are brought in from outside, possibly from a central laundry service or outsourced. So, if you're a sensitive traveler, definitely don't book this place.

The location, however, is excellent, very good.
