The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. Indian breakfast options are also there.. not great but ok ok.

This hotel was really great! They have a swimming pool bar which was really nice. I can’t swim so it’s nice that it’s located at the shallow end of the pool. Great location, right next to Patong Beach. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just across the street downstairs. Patong Beach is just a short walk across the road. They have a gym downstairs and a 24-hour laundry room (for a fee). It's close to roadside food stalls and bars, so it can be a bit noisy, but the soundproofing is decent enough that it won't keep you from sleeping. The pool is very clean

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . The twin room with a city view was terrible. It was on the first floor facing north, with another building just a few meters away that looked rundown and dirty. The air conditioning unit outside was buzzing loudly, completely ruining my holiday mood.

Good located hotel, close to Bangla rd and Jungceylon, but hidden from street noise. Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. Complimentary massage in spa was excellent. The only problem hotel has is a "towel" issue. You can't take or leave towels at the pool, or ask for a dry one there. You can only swap it from cleaners, which is inconvenient and cheap for 4* hotel.

Everything was great! 👍 It would be perfect if they had self-service laundry. In Thailand, washing clothes every day is the biggest challenge, and drying them is also very inconvenient. I suggest they learn from domestic hotels like Atour.

Great place, very comfortable to stay. The beach is just across the street, a 5-minute walk away. The hotel provides free beach towels.The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

Wow absolutely recommend this hotel, what more can I say, the service from Daniel and lulu was amazing. We stayed 8 days and wanted to extend our holiday as we enjoyed every moment. The buffet breakfast was amazing , all the staff in the hotel were helpful knowledgeable, caring and a pleasure to deal with . Location right on patong beach, bangla rd 15 min walk. Would come back again and again

We loved our stay at the hotel! Our Deluxe Sea View room albeit a bit smaller was very cozy and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea-beach which is right next to the hotel! Clean and comfortable hotel, great location. There is 7 eleven nearby, massage and etc. More over there was seafood market called Malin or smth, really great location, definitely worth the money

The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds. The room itself was generally fine and clean, but the air conditioning on the first night was very loud and noisy. The second night, after moving to a room at the back, it was much better.

Best location to go anywhere in patong beach. I recommended this hotel for families or couples .
