Consists of two 7-storey porpuses.
The hotel has 125 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (3 coastline). Umbrellas, sun beds: free.

Walkable distance to Patong beach
As for the hotel itself, the swimming pool is quite small and narrow – definitely not worth spending time on.
Check in on 21/12/2025 and checked out on 23/15/2025
Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were informed that our originally booked room was unavailable due to a blocked toilet. As a result, we were given a different room with a view of scooter parking, despite having booked and paid for a pool-view room. At check-in, we were offered free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience.
However, the replacement room also had a blocked shower, which was only resolved by maintenance at around 11:00 PM. The following day, we were moved again—this time to a suite. While this initially appeared to be an upgrade, we soon discovered that the jacuzzi did not work. The staff had no information about this issue, and after further investigation, it was eventually confirmed that the jacuzzi motor was missing entirely.
Despite being moved multiple times, we were later downgraded from the suite to another room yet again. Throughout the entire stay, there was a clear lack of communication among staff, poor room maintenance, and no proactive effort to resolve issues properly. Apart from the complimentary breakfast offered at check-in, no additional compensation or sincere acknowledgment of the repeated disruptions was provided.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and we would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service and organization we encountered.
