The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

This is our go-to hotel in Phuket every year. The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Jungceylon, and Bangla Road. The nearest 7-Eleven is just a five-minute stroll away. While the facilities are a bit old, the location truly trumps everything else.

Considering both its location and facilities, I'm generally satisfied with this hotel. I stayed at the resort on my recent trip to Phuket. The place is of great value for money. It's in a quiet locality just 15 mins away from the main Patong area. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The cleaning staff were really good. The swimming pools are the best part and are constantly cleaned and maintained, my kids loved the pool. Stayed at this hotel for the fifth time. Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Spacious rooms with large balconies and great city views. Decent breakfasts and a small rooftop pool. The resort itself is really pleasant with spacious rooms and a lot of privacy but I was a bit disappointed that the resort was hidden behind a very horrible road and was not secluded in the countryside as I had imagined.
