Ab wann checken into my room I realized there was an power available. The repairman was sent to try and fix the problem, which only temporarily provided power. At 2 in the morning in the middle of my sleep I heard a loud popping sound and I immediately knew the breaker had blown and again no power, no air conditioning. I requested they moved me to the new room immediately. The room they moved me to had low water pressure as well as I could hear a very annoying sound on the other side of the wall every 30 seconds. It sounded like a ventilator flapping against the wall, preventing me from getting a good night's rest.
The next I asked to be moved into another room. Each room has two umbrellas. I took one of the umbrellas from the previous room out in the rain and returned it to the front lobby to let it dry. When I came back down a few hours later that umbrella was gone. Some other guests must have taken it. And the same person from reception kept telling me that an umbrella was missing from my room, even though I repeatedly tried to explain to her what had happened.
I felt she was not very accommodating or perhaps did not understand English very well. The one person that did help me there was a male who I believe was the assistant manager. His help is the only positive review I would give this hotel.
Poor front desk service and unfriendly staff with limited laguage communication. They sound like rush you to check out despite not till 12pm checkout time yet.
Stingy breakfast meal.

I checked in on the evening of November 14th. The front desk attendant was super enthusiastic and nice. If you follow them on Instagram, you can even get a room upgrade. I requested a second-floor room to avoid humidity.
However, when I checked out around noon on November 16th, the front desk attendant was very perfunctory. So, it seems to be an issue with different staff members.
The room was spacious, and the facilities were decent. The hygiene was also okay, but our pillows had a strong sweaty smell. I checked, and it wasn't the pillowcase; it seemed the pillow core had absorbed sweat from previous guests… The pillows were also very high, so I didn't even use them.
The deposit was 2000 baht. They'll return it upon checkout after checking the room. Remember to keep the handwritten deposit slip.
I absolutely loved the hotel's style; it's genuinely beautiful. The staff were also quite nice.
For someone who isn't overly picky, I'd say it was a satisfactory stay.
P.S. If you don't speak any English at all, I'd recommend not staying at this hotel.
