Patong Heritage in Patong

Considering both its location and facilities, I'm generally satisfied with this hotel. It's in a quiet spot but still close to the action – just a short walk to the main road where you'll find a 7-Eleven. The cleanliness was also decent, and the breakfast offered excellent value for money at this price point.

They were nice and the facilities were good and clean, but they forgot to clean our room one night, other than that it was good, they were friendly.

Everything was perfect about the hotel, very good service, very clean and tidy, rich breakfast, nice swimming pool. Nothing to complain. Not very far from the beach, many restaurants around and 7/11 shop just opposite the street. Walking distance to Bangla street.

## Environment:
The location is super convenient, everything is within walking distance, and there are massage parlors right outside. The hotel lobby has a very tropical vibe. My room had a sea view. The only downside was that I was given an end room, even though I had specifically requested not to have one when I booked.

## Hygiene:
The hygiene was decent, with dedicated staff cleaning daily. However, sometimes after cleaning, there would still be long female hairs on the floor.

## Service:
The service was quite friendly, with attentive greetings and farewells. The front desk staff were also very clear when I inquired about things. During my stay, there were also various dance performances and complimentary drinks. The breakfast was excellent, definitely worth a shout-out.

## Facilities:
These were quite old-fashioned. Wooden doors, round knob doorknobs, large key fobs, and traditional old keys. It felt like you could kick the door open. In my room, 1115, the bathroom sink faucet was tiny, making it difficult to wash hands. The balcony had old-fashioned sliding doors that rattled loudly on windy nights.

Cleaners were so hardworking and all other staff. We had a great time in this hotel especially when it rained so much when we went. Away from the busy road so its quiet at night. We got a nice room too facing the mountains/pool.
