Dinner is very pleasant (although would avoid if there are already a couple of tables taken as understandably their kitchen doesn't quite have "restaurant capacity". Again, overall very nice place!

The owners are lovely and always responsive on the hotel Whatsapp. They have set times for shuttles into town at the famous "gondolas" but have been fantastic at being flexible with those times

In February, most local shops are closed, although there are still a few restaurants and mini marts open nearby. The hotel and room: Our room is warm, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is phenomenal

It is true that the kitchen setup is extremely basic. You are provided with glasses and cups, a cooker, and a fridge, but there is no kettle, no pans, no cutlery, no plates, and no washing up equipment

I am confident that cooking and washing up equipment could also be provided if requested. The bathroom includes shampoo, soap, and shower gel, but there are no vanity kits or conditioner

We requested a kettle along with plates and cutlery for ourselves, and the staff member was very accommodating and asked what else we required

There are also no complimentary refreshments. That said, if you ask at reception, they are happy to provide what you need

It's near the ski lift and the restaurants etc, but set back just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. There are studio apartments, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments

The apartments are all privately owned by individual owners. There is a management company that rents out a few apartments. Its a great location to own an apartment

I've given three stars for the rooms as I haven't seen every room and so I can't comment on their condition, but in reality the studio apartment that I stayed in (108) was lovely. It was on the ground floor, so no stairs

Many facilities including pool table, pinball machine, Olympic style swimming pool, sauna. Jacuzzi massage parlour, bar and restaurant. There is also a FREE shuttle bus service which runs constantly throughout the day

Christmas meal which was supposed to be special, actually was not. The pool was clean, at good temperature but with too much chlorine (it smelled more than usual at least)

We stayed 2 nights. The distance from Bansko Gondola is about 10 km. The room is so huge. But the bed is low and soft. The breakfast is enough and also hotel lobby and bar arw so cool.

The location of the hotel is great and everything is clean and comfy. Free transfer to and from the gondola with Mak Mak who is a great guy. Kids are very loud at the pool area and the jacuzzi is occupied for very long

Third time in this hotel. Excellent lokation, they have shutlle bus but you can walk to gondola in 5 minutes. Rooms, stuff, food, spa, everything was very, very good. We hope to come again next year.

First impressions were good although there is no reference to parklands hotel and pool, which is what we booked, it's actually parklands aparthotel. The rooms are really great no complaints at all so far

Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition

It’s hard to understand how guests are expected to use the sauna without functioning showers, people were going straight from the sauna to the pool while still sweaty

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower wasn't tidy, and there was water everywhere in the bathroom. The resort itself is truly magnificent.

We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.

The resort is great, and our accommodation, the lake house, was very nice, it had great views, but the bed was horrible, very very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise, it is time to change it

Not realy a 4star hotel. Rooms are very small, with small closet which can never fit your and your family's skiing gear (jackets, pants...) breakfast is good, so is dinner. Spa is decent.

Spa: the spa in the hotel is the main attraction. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature, it has several saunas, jacuzzi and other stuff, and it was perfect

The breakfast they server is fantastic with vast variety but the breakfast room is a bit overcrowded; the same stands for the new spa centre and the swimming pools which most of the time are overpopulated which is a bit bothering

10 mins walk to the gondola if you cut across a bit of a track through some wasteland (cars, taxis and pedestrians all use it). 5 mins from the Main Street with Amigos et al bars and restaurants

Shuttle is available to and from gondola but is a small 9 seater bus that fills quickly in the morning, less so in the afternoon. Rooms (we had 2 bed apartment) were excellent and very clean, and kept so all week

There were some disappointing things like the hotel states sound proof rooms but it wasn't as we were woken at 6am every day by shouting and banging from next door and upstairs

Stayed as part of a Balkan Holiday ski package. If you need to walk to the gondola this takes around 8 minutes

Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel several km from Razlog and Bansko. There is parking just infront of the hotel. There is not even one light on the road to the Hotel for 3-4 km. Spacious rooms but Sofa bed it's far from comfortable

I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were using a hand towel. Kitchenette was really useful

Breakfast was very comprehensive and the hot food items varied day on day. Pool is a fab addition/bonus and we really enjoyed the 2 saunas. Bathrobes provided also great

They left us only 2 bath towels and we were 3 people, so I went to the reception (it was in late afternoon) to ask for the missing towel and the receptionist said that I can get it the next day, because the cleaning staff has finished for the day

The pool is very small and nobody is supervising what's going on, so every day there were a bunch of kids playing water-polo (together with their parents!), jumping and splashing

The room was very cozy, equipped with all comforts and with a balcony. The hotel does not have parking but opposite there is a public paid car park until 18:30 and then it is free

The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us
