Went here with Bulgarian friends, we are from the Netherlands and the UK. An amazing family run hotel, where we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and have a great view of the mountains

The guy at the bar spoke great English and was always happy and friendly. 2 minute walk to small supermarket one of the best feature whcih isnt mentioned so much in reviews was the spa

Did not expect it to be as good as it was l, although it didnt get busy at times. Great trip to Bansko, wouldn't hesitate coming back to Bulgaria

We had wonderful views of the mountains from our balcony and the slopes were a short walk away. There was also a really useful minibus which took us to the slopes every morning

The spa is clean and well maintained with lots of saunas to choose from, hot tile beds, hot tub, Roman bath and pool

It was also very handy that my daughter aged 11 was able to use the spa also which meant we could enjoy it as a family. There are also plenty of loungers around the pool to relax on

The heated pool and the sauna are open all day long and every room poevides you with a bathrobe and slippers! The food is good and it has a buffet with both sweet and savory choices, hot and cold too

Very good hotel. The stuff is amazing. They have a driver that took us every morning to the gondola and back to the hotel after the ski. There ara two saunas and hot swimming pool.

This is a picture from the pool in Chateau Vaptzarov. The place also has a gym and spa. The food is also good, especially the breakfast where you have a lot of different kinds of food at your disposal

Our room was nice and clean, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Every day, we just told the hotel what we want to do and they made all the arrangements/bookings and provided us with a driver

The food is excellent! and breakfast is laid out till late, as is supper: so no need to get up early or rush back to the hotel. 10/10 would definitely come again

Not all blocks have lifts and the light switch timers on the stairs only last long enough to go one or two floors, which is dangerous at night. The pool is large and lovely

The lady at the reception speaks french fluently and is even ready to share with you how she loves the city by offering a guided tour of it. To make a long story short, I had an excellent stay !

The negative the hotel is in need of a little tlc just a tiny bit for example the back was missing off the remote control for TV the heating seemed to be permanently on as the thermostat had buttons missing the room was clean and tidy unless you looked under the bed and the mirrors in the bathroom were corroded all very minor issues but together don't give the best impression

I booked my first ever skiing holiday here and was trying to keep things as cheap as possible and this hotel actually surprised me how good it was and I have a lot of positives and a few negative the price was amazing the location is literally perfect with a very short walk

The drinks here are very very cheap at under €3 a pint if I was the manager I'd add a euro to the beer price and buy some bathroom mirrors would I stay here again yes without a doubt as it location is perfect with such a short walk to gondola

very bad/no wifi connection in the rooms; the towel in the bathroom was dirty; the spa and pool are opened only from 10AM to 8PM.

Even though the gondola was not operating that day, they managed to arrange a refund for us. Since we decided to leave one day earlier and skip dinner, they kindly refunded that as well

We rented a apartment privately but did stay in the hotel for 1 night in a studio which was ok, however no kettle cups ir anything like that, we had breakfastthat 1st morning and it aas ok just not to my kids taste as they are fussy eaters, Pool is lovely only thing I could possibly fault is no outside toilets by the pool so a bit of a pain with a 3 year old so had to take her in and out to the one...

In February, most local shops are closed, although there are still a few restaurants and mini marts open nearby. The hotel and room: Our room is warm, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower is phenomenal

Breakfast: Breakfast is not buffet style. It consists of cooked options or muesli from a set menu. It was fine, but nothing particularly special. Tea and coffee: Black tea and instant coffee are non existent

It is true that the kitchen setup is extremely basic. You are provided with glasses and cups, a cooker, and a fridge, but there is no kettle, no pans, no cutlery, no plates, and no washing up equipment

I am confident that cooking and washing up equipment could also be provided if requested. The bathroom includes shampoo, soap, and shower gel, but there are no vanity kits or conditioner

Only herbal teas are available, and coffee is from a machine in the restaurant. I would recommend bringing sachet drinks from home for your room or be prepared to purchase them locally

This hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere.. A really cosy vibe! I just love the bar/shisha area beside the pool, so chilled and relaxing after a long day skiing! I really recommend this place!

I would describe it as a beautiful small hotel in Kos. It has very good food and breakfast, as well as a swimming pool and a sauna with a spa that you can use

We always stay in a villa, which is very convenient: plenty of space, a large bathroom, a terrace, parking right next to the villa, and a beautiful mountain view. The resort has a very good spa complex with mineral water

Great place to stay with a pet We were happy to find a place near Bansko where we could stay with our dog. We booked a villa, which was perfect – spacious, comfortable, and with easy access outside

The SPA area with mineral water was one of the highlights for us. The pool is warm and very pleasant, and there is also a separate children’s pool. The kids loved the playground and the kids’ room
