Our stay for our honeymoon was amazing. The staff upgraded us to the most incredible room, and every single staff member is extremely kind and friendly. The all inclusive food was delicious and plentiful. Staff helped us set up taxis and direct us around. We came at the very end of tourist season, so it was exactly the quiet yet adventurous trip we were looking for.

Palmera Beach Hotel was beautiful, clean and stylish. We had a problem with our first room, due to my disability, but the manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had the best time at Vasia Boulevard. The staff were amazingly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and fresh bedding supplied everyday. The breakfast was perfect, so much choice! The hotel is well located with a huge amount of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and lovely places like Koutouloufari and Stalis just a short distance away.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had amazing service throughout! They allowed early and late checkout for us as we had difficult flight times, called us multiple taxis to get around the beautiful island and were just helpful start to finish. Photos are misleading, if it's in the summer you're likely to see some cockroaches in the hallways. Staff is kind + you can pay a little fee for breakfast at 8AM local time. Beware that the air conditioning only works when you put the keycard in a specific box near the door and bathroom, only then will it work.

We didn't have big demands, the room and the hotel were fine, we asked the staff where to go for a bath and for food and they pointed us to the best locations, we stayed 3 days. Everything we asked from the hotel staff was done immediately, for example toilet paper. The food was buffet style and you could choose from a wide variety of meats and vegetables. We were delighted!

You cannot fault this hotel ,the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

A True Gem George and his fantastic team make for such an amazing holiday. The service is superb and they remember returning guests with a genuine touch. The Blue Moon restaurant which forms part of the hotel serves high quality food incl a made to order breakfast incl fruit, yogurt, honey, eggs etc.

Inclusive resort with many activities to keep you busy. Stunning views in the honeymoon suite. Staff service was impeccable and even offered deluxe suite after checkout as flight departure was extremely late. Staff offered another room for convenience instead of kicking us out.
