Rome, Via Andrea Ferrara, 33 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
I posted this previously but it wasn't loaded? Not sure why. Went for sports event with friends, but the hotel description is misleading. It resembles student halls of residence and rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast ok and bar and staff great. 15 minutes walk to metro station but on the right line for everything.
Good rooms, staff was very courteous.
Clean room, bathroom with super comfortable shower. Restaurant with excellent value. There are plenty of spaces in the lobby to relax. Book corner and ping pong table.
Great hotel outside city center Great hotel with good facilities and friendly staff who were willing to help with any need we had. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable!
Family friendly Family friendly hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast, children’s play area, and pool. We especially appreciated the family room for two adults and two children (many hotels have a maximum of three in a room) and friendly, helpful staff. The location is quite a ways from the city but good walkers or those with a car can manage fine. We drove to a big parking garage...
Good service attitude and complete facilities.

Conveniet location close to airport and easy access to town.
The hotel is close to Rome Finnicino Airport, 25 minutes by car, and close to the Vatican, 20 minutes by car. The room is also large, the soundproofing is slightly worse, but the price-performance ratio is very high
I really like the attention of the front desk staff and the cleaning crew. Also the coffee is really good
The room was okay, bathroom is big. Check in and check out was quick
the service was wonderful i like it
I picked this hotel because the pictures looked really good and it was within my price range. I really wanted a hotel with a pool, however, due to the time of the year that we came there are no pools available in Rome. I also picked it because it had a breakfast included. The breakfast was pretty good and it is a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. The selections were quite varied but not...

It's a serviceable hotel in a good location. Not much more to say about it. Service was average to bad at best. A couple of actively rude staff. Only reason it's not a 1/5 is because the bar staff were friendly. Other staff made mistakes, like saying we hadn't paid tax on the room when we had. Perfectly understandable, mistakes happen, but it was said in a rude tone and they became argumentative when...
Great hotel, amazing renovation, good service
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing after long days out exploring the city. The breakfast was another...
Excellent location with convenient parking. The hotel facilities are mostly complete, and the overall layout is elegant and unique. The hygiene is good, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great!
The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed. Different bus routes go to the hotel, some are just one stop away....
Very good hotel. Nice personal at the desk office. Room was big and nice. At the restaurant I need to book a table ab front. , but wasn't that busy. Location ist good.

Good and clean hotel. Location is near Vatican City. As Asian, it is common to encounter ****** in Italy so here is the same. Don’t take it to heart when people are beneath you. Other than that, good hotel to stay.
This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.
The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.
Very nice hotel with super service. Location is a bit out of the Centre, but accessible via Metro
The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.
Cool style hotel, all new and clean. Highly recommended for a couples weekend, not so suitable for families. Very comfortable beds, large TV etc. GYM is also fine. Great rooftop and good food in the hotel restaurant.

We loved the design of the hotel! 100%of Rome design was totally surprisingly! The breakfast was so so not variety of choice. The location is good 👍
What a misleading ad! The price isn't cheap, and the facilities are old and run-down. So disappointed. The room is tiny, nothing like the pictures. Such a letdown, it's so small... Seriously, don't book old hotels. I passed by so many new and better hotels nearby that weren't even listed on the app. So strange.
This time, I stayed at a hotel that seems to be a popular choice among Chinese travelers, and my overall experience was pretty good. The only downside was the front desk staff's attitude – they were consistently cold and indifferent. There were no greetings when we came and went, and even when we initiated a hello, we only got dismissive responses. What was even more frustrating was the rather large...
Tge location is great.  But the hotel room is very dated.  The room smells so (air vent) so I wouldn’t want to stay there again.
Great location with bus service right in front of hotel and also close to Metro. They are plenty restaurants. Great service
The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, but the hallways were quite dusty, and the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, especially that elevator that looked like something Li Hongzhang himself would have used back in the day.

Gret hospitality, everything is clean and calm Quite far from the city center but it is good value for the money
Pineta Palace Hotel in Rome lands squarely in the “average but workable” category — the kind of place that gets the job done without ever trying to impress. It’s a practical choice if you’re looking for simple accommodations outside the city center and don’t mind trading convenience for value. The rooms are straightforward and clean, with the basic comforts you expect: a decent bed, adequate space...
Hotel in a quiet part of Rome, 15-minute taxi ride to the Vatican for €15. Large room – junior suite on the 7th floor (711) with a view of the whole of Rome. Perfect value for money! Breakfast with delicious coffee served by the staff. I recommend it.
Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I had to extend my stay at this hotel for three more nights because I had a fracture of my right elbow during sightseeing in Florence a couple of days ago which was diagnosed only in Rome. I was looked after so well by the the hotel staff particularly Antonio of the front desk during my extended stay. Unforgettable experience.
The hotel is located in a residential area, so shopping nearby is inconvenient. The environment and cleanliness are very good. There is 24-hour security, so safety is guaranteed.
Antonio at the front desk was truly an angel for my father. After my 72-year-old father had an accidental fall while on vacation in Rome, Antonio took exceptional care of him. Being so far away, we were extremely worried, as my father was all by himself, but Antonio went above and beyond his duties - he arranged the hospital visit, ensured my father was well cared for, and supported him throughout...

We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is also fairly close to the train station which worked well for our family for visiting Rome.
Pulito, ci for the ppl, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione ottima e varia 👍

This hotel is a typical hotel for groups and people travelling for business reasons. Located on the Metro C corridor (makes travelling to the city quite easy), the Hotel is really far away from anything. A very basic but busy hotel. Lots of tour groups coming through and only 2 very small lifts to carry a lot of people checking in. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is in a decent location not far from Trastevere. I got an older room clearly not like the ones the hotel is promoting. It had a small kitchen. But had nothing for it, not even some utensils. The room was big but dated. Wouldn’t mind staying again. My room was by the road and was a bit noisy at times from the road.
Great hotel great location great service Only downside was that the mattresses were very soft and quite old, however we asked for them to be replaced and it was done!!!
The hotel was fantastic overall! The staff, the huge room, the cleanliness, the amazing breakfast, and the unbeatable location. I would definitely stay again!
The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. Routine maintenance work is rough, with obvious paint chips and smudges. The room was quite dirty, especially under the bed and on the floor. The electrical system needs updating.
The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers. All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again.
Nice hotel with a modern vibe. Good breakfast. If you’re looking for a crash pad in a good area then stay here. The staff couldn’t care less if you’re staying there. They don’t even bother with a greeting, let alone a smile. It’s quite bemusing as I live in Europe and travel a lot, especially to Italy.

This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. It's about an 8-9 minute walk from the train station, which is its only real advantage in terms of convenience.
Overall, the room was decent. It's very close to the train station, and there are plenty of food options nearby, which is really convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. This hotel is worth considering.
Very close to Rome termini, but shower has quite mediocre water pressure.
Just a few minutes' walk from Termini Station and the metro, this hotel is conveniently located near several attractions, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are warm and professional, offering helpful and thoughtful assistance. While the hotel has some age to it, it's well-maintained.

The hotel was generally good. It's on the outskirts of Rome but very well connected.
My three-night stay was a terrible experience. The room maintenance was appalling. On my first night, two of the three towels were filthy (I don't know if it was blood or feces). I specifically called the front desk to have them replaced, but when I returned the next day, one of the towels was still stained. It was disgusting. The shower drain also had problems; it was repaired twice but the problem...
I expected a much better experience from a hotel advertised as 4-star, especially since it was booked through our tour company. The property is far from the city center, which we did not expect, and the surrounding area isn’t very appealing.

Walking distance from train station and attractions. Room qaa veey clean and looked exactly like what was described while booking. You are able to have a good breakfast. Very good buffet options or you can order from the menu. Spa on-site is an added bonus.

Location: The location is excellent, close to all attractions and within walking distance of the train station. Facilities: The room size is quite large for European standards, and the facilities and cleanliness are decent, meeting the expectations of a four-star hotel. The hotel's staircase and elevator have a unique honeycomb design, which is a nice touch. Would recommend to others.

We spent 5 nights at the Hoxton for our first ever trip to Italy. It is a very nice hotel withe modern rooms, a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating.
