The room is quite spacious and very close to Termini train station. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the large showerhead was very comfortable to use. They strictly enforce the 2 PM check-in policy, so you can't get into your room earlier even if you arrive ahead of time.

Actually everything is good, the furniture is just a bit older, so it's not particularly modern. On top of that, we only had one power socket in the whole room, not even in the bathroom. The bar in the room was empty. Breakfast was cold, there wasn't much choice in terms of hearty food, just boiled eggs, omelettes and potatoes with sausage, the bread was hard, there was only sausage and cheese toppings...

A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time...

this place has both pros and cons. the service is very polite and the amenities like breakfast are great, but it definitely leaves some things to be desired. our bathroom was claustrophobically small, and when we had laundry sent out it came back much later than they told us it would, causing us to miss a whole morning of scheduled plans (notably they did not refund us for this). decent for the price...

After requesting a quiet room and having a really bad experience in a vrbo in Rome, we found hotel Isa, a family owned hotel, great experience from the beginning, everybody at the front desk was extremely friendly, profesional and helpful as well in the breakfast and housekeeping. The surrounding is very quiet, the room is spacious, the bed is big, there are slippers, the overall light is relatively dim, there are many mirrors in the room, the sleeping room and the entrance have separate doors, which can be closed at night. Everything is perfect. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor, a welcome drink, and great wifi. All the staff are friendly. The heating works well, so it is even hot. If I go to Rome again, I would stay there again. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the subway. But everything else is great, so I would stay there again.

(About 7 minutes walk from San Giovani Station) Because of the expensive prices in Rome, I had to stay in a slightly remote location, but I think I will stay here again next time I go! The most memorable thing was the friendly staff, and it was even better because it was quiet and there weren't many people.

Fantastic hotel, located two metro stations from the central station. The room was small but clean and everything you needed including the mini bar and water. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was my favourite including pancakes, cheese and meats, traditional bakes and fruit salads. Please be aware the hotel is not fully accessible, the lift starts one staircase up.

We actually loved the location further away from the typical tourist traps, and closer to the gardens. The room was a little small but the cappuccino was the best one I had all trip! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooftop bar restaurants was great to return to at the end of the night

A very pleasant experience! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and to my liking. The baked basil tomatoes were exceptionally well-made and delicious.
