Service Quality: The front desk staff and hosts are always welcoming with a smile, offering flexible assistance with tourist information, booking hot air balloon flights, and arranging transfers. Facilities & Cleanliness: The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, equipped with comfortable amenities. The water pressure for the shower and toilet is excellent, and the room comes with a supply of coffee...
I was traveling for business and needed to catch an early train from Central Station, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me! Aside from the slightly dated room facilities, the overall experience was cozy and comfortable. The area felt very safe, and the service was excellent. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. It's great value for money, and I'd consider...
The room is very spacious and conveniently located near the central train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby.
The location was good and it was clean. The air conditioning and drainage were a bit disappointing, but it didn't seem to be a major issue. I would like to stay here again!
The room is quite spacious and very close to Termini train station. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the large showerhead was very comfortable to use. They strictly enforce the 2 PM check-in policy, so you can't get into your room earlier even if you arrive ahead of time.

Room sewer system for strong scents come up to the rooms. The living room is dark not enough lighting. The location is the only thing that’s a good thing.
I stayed here for 4 nights; such a beautiful hotel. Fantastic location! The hotel room was spacious, clean with plenty of toiletries and topped up daily. Tidied our room daily! The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and the bar and services were excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and polite, helped us book experiences last minute! Nothing was ever too much for them and welcomed us with...
Excellent location and elegant vibes. I can't comment on the rooms, because I didn't stay. However the service I experienced while I was there for a meeting was exemplary. Special thanks to Simone the bar manager. I enjoyed a glass of excellent red wine- cesanese while waiting for my meeting to start. The hotel is well-placed for Piazza Barberini with a numberof galleries, important churches and high...
This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for peace and quiet. Located in a very calm neighborhood right in front of the American Embassy, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to Francesca and David, who welcomed us warmly at check-in and supported us throughout our entire stay. From start to finish, they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with a smile...
Highly recommend for its convenient location within walking distance of shopping and major attractions of Rome. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Dinner options were delicious. Nice room but not enough USB outlets for electronic devices.
This hotel was the last stop on our tour and it did not disappoint. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Check out is a bit later and they were so gracious when asked if they would keep our luggage, as we could not depart for almost 4 hours. The beds were very comfortable and there was a cute supermarket right across the street. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an elegant...

Excellent location, very suitable
The room itself was fine for a solo traveler, clean and comfortable enough, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. Some of the basic amenities listed weren’t actually provided, which was disappointing. The real issue was with the staff – they broke my luggage and then denied it, which was incredibly frustrating. I also found the front desk team not very accommodating or helpful when I raised...
The hotel is near the Vatican and you can walk to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum. It is very convenient to queue up early in the morning. The room has a bathtub to relieve the fatigue of the journey.
This is a hotel that has been here for many years. The room I stayed in was small but it was fine for one person. The breakfast bread was delicious.
Great hotel. It's very close to visit the Vatican and St. Peter. The rooftop is so beautiful. Breakfast is almost the same as the Italian ones. Bread, coffee and ham. The only drawback is that there is a slight shaking due to the train passing underground.
Overall good but no service to deliver our luggage to our room

The hotel's location is decent, close to the train station, about a 10-15 minute walk. However, the facilities are quite old, and there's a strange smell in the hallways. Breakfast was okay, and there was staff to take your coffee order! Overall, the environment is really subpar! Don't trust the pictures, I repeat three times, and don't rely on the ratings, they're very misleading! In Italy, the service...
Everything was wonderful. The hotel is close to Termini Station, but in a quiet area. There are embassies of various countries on all sides, so it's peaceful, and there's always security. The hotel was clean, and towels were changed daily. The single room was small but comfortable. There was a kettle and a refrigerator. The bathroom was nice, quite large for Italy. The breakfast was standard: omelet...
True to its ancient Roman style, it surprisingly comes with a whirlpool tub. The B line of the subway is quite close. Be aware that some rooms might have bugs. There's no electric kettle in the room, so you can't make tea.
Wonderful hotel, close to the train station, lots of restaurants and cafes
I booked two rooms, one twin room and one single room. The twin room's bed was very small. The single room's bed was okay, but the room itself was very small. The single room was very noisy, facing the street, even with the blinds, windows, and skylights closed. The elevator runs from floor 0 to 4 and can carry 5 people. To get to the 5th floor, you have to transfer to another elevator, which can only...
1. Room is small but it's expected as this is for a single person. 2. All amenities are there. A kettle was also provided. 3. Room cleanliness is top-notch. 4. Expect 10-15 minutes of walking from Termini. 5. Breakfast is so-so. I can't praise anything. 6. Will I choose this hotel again? Definitely yes.

I had a great time. I especially want to compliment the staff, who were very kind and helpful.
Slightly away the termini which is a good thing. Cafe in the area are more local, neighbourhood friendly. Way cheaper than termini tourist trap. Feel safe in this area and this hotel. Would prefer stay in this rather than at termini area.
The overall style is old school (not in a negative sense), and the room facilities are adequate. The way the duvet and cover are folded takes some getting used to. The attic room on the top floor feels a bit stuffy. Overall, the experience was acceptable.

Nice room, functional bathroom, excellent breakfast
Actually everything is good, the furniture is just a bit older, so it's not particularly modern. On top of that, we only had one power socket in the whole room, not even in the bathroom. The location is very close to the train station. The only downside is that there were a lot of people passing by and it was close to the shops, so it was noisy at night. The room was very spacious, there was a cycle bike, and I remember the room as having a clean and nice bathroom.
Excellent hotel for a reasonable price. All the sights are within walking distance. I'll stay here again when I'm in Rome.
Our last night here at The Glam, best experience ever!! Nico is so accommodating, and the rest of the staff treated us with 5 star experience. Amazing location, surrounded by shopping, Trevi is and Colosseum are both 10 minute walk. Sexy vibe here, highly recommended
We had the most amazing stay at the Glam Hotel in Rome!! The hotel was waking distance to all of the major sites, clean, and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing! Nicolo and Mario are THE BEST, made us feel right at home with their superior hospitality and friendly banter! Will definitely return!
The location is excellent. The historic sites are within walking distance, and the bus and taxi stops are right in front. The breakfast was also satisfactory. The staff always smile and strive to provide excellent service. The open-plan suite is perfect for a family of four staying for sightseeing.

The staff wvery helpful and friendly. Jordana, who checked me in, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Fantastic hotel, spacious and very clean room. Highly recommended.
A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time...
Staff at hotel zone. The staff were very helpful and the food was very nice the waiters were excellent.

I have stayed 3 times at the Hotel Mozart and have recommended it to friends and family who loved it as well. This was just a super easy experience for a solo tourist, English speaking, driving a car and check in was super easy, everything I needed for a short trip to and around Roma was perfect, couldn't fault a thing, super freindly an easy service
Hotel rooms could be a bit better as rooms require improvement. Housekeeping service is good. Gentleman at hotel reception was super helpful. Free parking is useful. Well connected by public transport to Central Rome and Vatican by bus and metro.

Historic hotel, very well-maintained. The room was small but spotless, cozy, and had a fantastic shower. The breakfast terrace offers a spectacular view of St. Peter's.
Very nice hotel in old Italian style. Recommended. Stayed here for many times
The hotel did its job as intended. Good location, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good (not a five star restaurant but it exceeded what I expected based on what I was going for). I say this and gave my rating on cleanliness knowing it would not be the standard of what we expect in America, no shade thrown on Italy, it is just the truth. I wanted a hotel I could be at for 8 hours a day...
minus: - mold in the bathroom. - location on the mountain. - the breakfast is not very varied or tasty - thin pillows

Very nice hotel and room top terrace , great location and great staff and good accommodation
The Service is the best, really, best personal in every area of the hotel. Amazing expirience. Rooms just a tiny bit old but very elegant. And sometimes a lot of noise at night.
Loved the hotel. The room and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The garden rooftop gave great views . I would rate higher, but our shuttle to the airport was very late. They kept making excuses. We ended up getting a cab, which was cheaper.
The room was terribly small and the two beds were placed vertical to each other at the corner, which was weird. The interior design of the room made it feel not clean. Same for the washroom. Breakfast was great. And the staff were very friendly.

I had a lovely stay at Leon’s Place! The room was beautiful with high ceilings and very comfortable overall. It could get a bit noisy at times (thin walls, I think), but it wasn’t a huge issue. Excellent hotel. Great breakfast. Prime location.
Everything is perfect. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor, a welcome drink, and great wifi. All the staff are friendly. The heating works well, so it is even hot. If I go to Rome again, I would stay there again. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the subway. But everything else is great, so I would stay there again.
The location was good and the transportation was convenient. (About 7 minutes walk from San Giovani Station) Because of the expensive prices in Rome, I had to stay in a slightly remote location, but I think I will stay here again next time I go! The most memorable thing was the friendly staff, and it was even better because it was quiet and there weren't many people.
Center of ancient Roma. 20 minutes walk to Colosseum and other attractions. Full breakfast everyday 7am-10 am. Helpful staff. Taxi service affordable. Bus 86 also goes by. Shops and restaurants all over. Shower was amazing ( hot and good pressure)! Happy hour nightly from 6:30 pm- 9pm, complimentary.
Fantastic hotel, located two metro stations from the central station. The room was small but clean and everything you needed including the mini bar and water. The shower was fantastic. The breakfast was my favourite including pancakes, cheese and meats, traditional bakes and fruit salads. Please be aware the hotel is not fully accessible, the lift starts one staircase up.
If you're looking for place outside of the typical tourist spots and traffic, this is the perfect hotel to stay sat. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their complimentary breakfast is also amazing and made fresh every morning!
