NH Collection Roma Giustiniano Hotel, Rome1 / 30
8.5
Rome, Via Virgilio 1 E/F/G (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This was our first stay at an NH hotel, and we were very happy. The hotel's location is particularly convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center and the Vatican area, which is great for a walker. It's only about 3 kilometers from the Colosseum, which we could easily walk there. The surrounding area is safe, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the service was also very good...
Fresh breakfast and comfortable room, very good location close to top attractions
Overall it's not bad, the location is good, walking distance to the Vatican, normal business hotel services, all in all it's not bad!
The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions. The breakfast is good with a wide variety. The hotel service is also very good. The overall feeling is very good.
The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating. The hotel's own underground parking lot is closed and quite safe.
The room is spacious, it is a small suite, and the bathroom is also very large, which is unexpected in Europe, especially in the old town. The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich. The croissant is very crispy and it falls apart when touched. The customer service...

Rome, Via Giuseppe Moscati, 7, Trionfale (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
A bit outside of central Rome, so traffic wasn't an issue. The stay was very comfortable, and the hotel is new.
The room was upgraded for free, which was great. The room was large, clean and tidy, and the breakfast was great. The train next to it is very convenient, and you can take it directly to the Colosseum. Dinner is also available, but reservations are required. Carrefour supermarket next to it is very convenient for shopping
Good service, rich breakfast, shuttle to the city center, the location is a bit remote, but the transportation is convenient. There is an executive lounge. High cost performance, recommended!
Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.
We stayed 1 night @ the Courtyard by Marriott, Rome Central park in September 2024. The hotel was very clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful when we arrived. There's a paid parking lot right across the street in front of the hotel. Parking isn't always available at hotels, so if you have a rental car, make sure the hotel you stay at has parking! Our room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom...
Clean room but small bathrooms. No USB plug outlets. Must bring own changeable adapters to ensure one can recharge devices. Accommodating staff. Offers buffet breakfast which is great. Would love it better if they could offer some variety every day to the buffet menu. Gets quite boring after being in the hotel for a week, eating the same thing every morning. Close to train station, which is definitely...

Great and family hotel a bit far from the city but it's easy to get to the city from the train station metro 15_20mins
Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly too. We had issues with AC unit temperature adjustment, and even after asking 2-3 times didnt get much help, but manageable.
My parents and i absolutely loveð the aesthetics of the room, lounge and breakfast, and dinner room. We enjoyed the facility of the shuttle bus, and we thought that was very efficient. A minor drawback was the quality of the dinner food as it wasn't as good as we expected. Things occoured such as pasta was a little uncooked. However, I loved the red majito cocktail. It was refreshing as it was beautiful...
Great location, excellent service. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Facilities: Well-equipped.
Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area (no crowds, just lots of apartments and condominiums around). Though the location is not near shopping or restaurant areas, they have an on-call shuttle that takes you to the nearest train and bus station...
The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are...

Hardly 4 stars The connecting door to another room is REALLY BAD I can hear the conversation and someone snoring every night The bathroom consists smells like sewage Long wait for lift Fair breakfast Very noisy street ( but convenient) Rooms aren’t that clean
A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early.
This hotel is close to Termini Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. **Accessibility:** It's a 6-minute walk from the station, making it easy to get to the Vatican and Colosseum. **Service:** The staff were friendly, but I had booked a twin room and was initially given a double. I had to go to the front desk to get it changed. **Cleanliness:** Everything was satisfactory, including the bed sheets. ...
Clean and strategic location, very near to the metro while the breakfast are good with lots of varieties, it was nice to having your breakfast at the outdoor area, there are nice views there
This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It's fully equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, and slippers. The breakfast spread is excellent.

The hotel service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which made traveling much easier. The location is excellent, very near to Termini station, so it’s convenient for transport and getting around the city. Overall, a comfortable stay and highly recommended.
In general a great place to stay, close to the train station and only a short walk to central Rome. There are local facilities, restaurant, bar, supermarket etc when you dont want the central Rome hustle and bustle. The breakfast does get a bit samey samey after a few days, and the staff in the canteen are not very helpful or friendly, always just too busy to help if you have a question ! Some of...
nice hotel and friendly stuff, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting rome
A very basic hotel near the termini that serves your overnight needs without the frills. Not difficult to locate the hotel. The aircon was very noisy through the night, the staff was prompt to resolve the issue but I guess it was just an old unit - the noise improved slightly but would return again.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was undeniably convenient—close to Roma termini and easy to access—the overall experience left much to be desired for travel comfort and carry the travel bags. Room Comfort: The room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights and the room temperature was 26.5 Celsius...
I booked with Reali Hotel Archimede, but when I wanted to check-in, the receptionist told me my booking wasn't registered/found in their system. Arrived for 4 days post cruise- was wonderful - better than expected! Breakfast buffet was beyond fabulous, staff extremely helpful, great accommodations.
Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautiful hotel, immaculate cleaning, and wonderful staff. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member we were given a very nice upgraded room and treated very well. The locations is very good, walking distance to everything in central Rome and yet still in a quiet corner.
Our family of three stayed comfortably for five nights in the oval room, which had a wonderful balcony to enjoy. We slept very well as the area is quiet at night. The pull out bed mattress was not quite as comfortable as the bed, though it did not keep our teen daughter from resting well. Located very close to the Villa Borghese and U.S. Embassy (a good landmark for taxis), convenient to everything...
I don’t understand what the bad reviews are about. Great place! You know you’re not going to spend much time in your hotel room while visiting Rome except to sleep. I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this one, by far, was the most quiet in a big city. Rooms are a little older, but nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar was better than the 5-star pantheon iconic hotel. Concierge...
We debated this hotel or the Excelsior down the block but chose here for the rooftop bar. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Allessio and Nickolas were so charming and attentive in the bar and restaurant. And Hannah was great at check-in. We love this area of Rome. Much quieter and upscale - less touristy too. We went to the rooftop almost nightly to enjoy the view and sunset. ...
Location is nice. Hotel is clean. Front desk is professional but surprisingly not friendly. Upgraded to a suite but not worth it given size of suite. Friend stayed at Westin a few minutes away and upgraded to a beautiful large room. Breakfast adequate. Gym is below average. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.
Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is so so.
The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .
Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists. The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. The rest of the meals were so and so. The towels were kind of stinky. Although the room was big and comfortable. The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for getting around! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities. The breakfast is abundant and nutritious, and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. It's a fantastic hotel, highly recommended!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were also well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food, and the staff were okay. The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station, which is very convenient. Oh and they provide trolley to carry our luggage.
Hello, Following my stay at your hotel, I have numerous bites that appear to be bed bug bites. I would therefore be grateful if you could check for bed bugs in the mattresses or elsewhere in the establishment. Thank you in advance,
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)...
Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are old and we had to change 2 rooms until we god a reasonable one. The smell from the room is very suspicious.... We came from Novotel Genova to Rome Est Novotel and we had a big disappointment. The reason we booked...
Not a bad hotel but really poorly located, especially if you don’t have a car. Food is decent, although they don’t change up their breakfast at all. Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks. Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.
it was quite far away from the central. Room was a little bit hot but it was clean in overall.
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.
Clean and modern hotel a bit further away from the city itself. All the basic amenities and nice facilities.
The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.
Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient if you're driving, as it's outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
The room was clean and came with disposable cups, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They also provided a complimentary bottle of water. What was really bizarre was that the housekeeping staff threw out our disposable toilet seat covers. When I talked to the front desk, they said, "We usually don't do that," so who did? At least they promised to remind the cleaning staff. The next day, they didn't...
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. Pretty good. It’s near the train station so it’s convenient.
Close to the train station, but the street-facing room was very noisy. It's convenient for catching trains, and there are airport shuttle buses nearby. I just didn't expect the room to be so small, it can't compare to rooms in China.

The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. However, travelers planning to walk to the train station with luggage should allow extra time, as check-out can be time-consuming and the side streets can be difficult to navigate. The service and environment are also very good. Very satisfied
The room was very close to the Colosseum, about a 5-minute drive away, and there were many tourists walking there. The room was clean and tidy, and the water temperature was just right. The room was new, and it was obvious that it was a newly renovated hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to explore the ancient city of Rome on foot. The breakfast was quite generous and highly recommended. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The only downside was that they didn't provide water on our second night.
This is an exceptional hotel! First, the location....... We came to Rome for a 6 day family break to see the sights and the location of this hotel was perfect. Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Overall passable for a single night if you need a stop over near the station

Its location is within walking distance of excellent shopping and restaurants. I'd stay here again.
