This was our first stay at an NH hotel, and we were very happy. The hotel's location is particularly convenient, within easy walking distance of the city center and the Vatican area, which is great for a walker. It's only about 3 kilometers from the Colosseum, which we could easily walk there. The surrounding area is safe, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the service was also very good...

Overall it's not bad, the location is good, walking distance to the Vatican, normal business hotel services, all in all it's not bad!

The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions. Although the hotel rooms need update, overall the property is well maintained. The front desk service is customer focused. Two front desk staff, Annalise & Lali, are head and shoulders above their peers. The restaurant service and food quality are fair. Although the facility is distant from main Ancient Rome attractions, access is facilitated by a somewhat reliable 30-40 minute tram.

A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. A very basic hotel near the termini that serves your overnight needs without the frills. Not difficult to locate the hotel. It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.

Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. It’s not the newest hotel but give you the experience of it. Excellent ubication not in the center and fantastic well comunicate by buses to diffent points of the city. Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. The hotel is nice, though dated. I told my wife our room was like staying in a spare room at grandma's house. That said, it has everything one needs, especially if you don't plan to stay in your room too much. The breakfast is outstanding.
