Rooms clean and tidy. Hair dryers are bit old, along with shower batteries. Food is good. Neighbourhood really peaceful.
Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Comfortable room and toilet. Breakfast buffet was ok. Though hot water for tea pr coffee not available in the room. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Located in a peaceful, residential area.
Bathroom had mold in grout of tiles in the bathroom. Also some grout on outside of shower was crumbling. NO ICE! I know European hotels don't have ice as available as American hotels - but you couldn't get ice even if you would pay for it! Ihad to walk 10 min (each way) to buy ice. Breakfast had bacon that would chip your tooth and runny eggs. It is so far outside of city center it isn't even...
This was my second time at this hotel. I was there last year and everything was fine. This year, there was a crack in the window and a few other things that we didn't like.
The staff is very friendly, and the parking is excellent. It seems like a good hotel for travelers who rent a car. However, Wi-Fi access is rarely available on higher floors. If you're using a laptop for video conferencing, you'll likely have to connect from the first-floor lobby. Therefore, it would be nice to see improvements to the facilities for business travelers.
In a quiet residential neighborhood, close to a metro station, reasonably priced, spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, and friendly staff.

The hotel's location is good, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate for two people. The Western breakfast was delicious.
I had a wonderful stay at Marcella. The hotel is beautiful with old world Italian charm. The room was quite nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were also wonderful! The staff at Marcella was always attentive to our needs & upon arrival, the gentleman working the reception desk recommended a casual restaurant right around the corner, where I enjoyed a delicious pasta...
Very good hotel in an ideal location, roof top bar is lovely. We had a city view room it was a bit noisy with but we were in a big city, it didn't stop me sleeping. Plenty restaurants/bars in the same street, a chemist and grocery shop over the road and around the corner 2minutes away. The hotel is very clean our room was a standard double and had a large very comfortable bed. Bathroom was also very...
The hotel we stayed at was located in the heart of Rome's old town, and we stayed in a suite. The hotel's classic décor was a delight; everything in the room, from the vases and paintings on the walls to the vintage cabinets, was a pleasure! The classic decorative details blended perfectly with modern comfort, and every corner exuded a sense of history. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making...
It's a little far from the center, so it's not too noisy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat.

Even though the hotel is not in the central area, there is a bus stop in front of hotel and a near metro station which make it very convenient. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing is the air-con which doesn’t seem to work too well but since we travelled in cooler season, windows in the room work for us. Overall, it’s with good value!
I chose the Hotel Pulitzer Rome for my business trip, and it was incredibly convenient. It's just a three-minute walk to Marconi metro station, and getting to Termini train station was also very easy. The breakfast had a great variety, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was well managed and room was clean and spacious. The location is a little further from attractions, but its value for money.
It was very expensive for what was offered. The photos were misleading, as there was no pool.
Recommended hotel. Clean and excellent breakfast.
We had a great big room with a balcony which was spotless. The hotel itself is located nearby a metro station which is 5 mins walk. It is only 5 stops to Collesium metro station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel too.

I mainly chose this hotel for its location, and it didn't disappoint. It's super convenient, within a ten-minute walk to several major attractions. The facilities overall are also pretty good, though I'd say it's not the best value for money.
About six days before my stay, I bought some discounted chocolates on Venchi's website. I provided the address as H10 Hotel and emailed the hotel to ask them to collect and hold them until my check-in. The hotel replied promptly, confirmed my request, and delivered a large box of chocolates to my room on the day of my arrival. A special thank you to all the hotel staff! Beautiful and clean! Located in the city center, the stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming; the front desk and bellhops made me feel right at home. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Rome.
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service is warm and attentive. I'm very satisfied with choosing this place when I came to Rome.

I had a great stay for 4 nights. What I liked the most was the staff — their hospitality made the experience one of the best in Rome. Their customer service and attention should be a standard for hotels. Look for Francesca — she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. 😁 Cleanliness was 5/5, the food was good, and don’t forget to try their orange cake — it’s worth trying. 🧡 The location is a bit...
I really enjoyed my say here. The staff is very helpful and go extra mile if you need assistance in navigating the city. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities.
wonderful stay! Staff is very friendly, helping, good guidance for Rome/ Vatican sightseeing. Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking.com! Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.
The entire staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Especially Jarka who made us feel at home during our stay. This helped our vacation start off on the right foot. Many thanks and happy holidays.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Domidea! The room was large, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location is great – close to a bus stop, which makes it easy to reach the city center. The staff were amazing – very friendly, polite and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ms. Jarka, who was always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
Everything is very good except the location. It's quite outside in the city but anything else very good.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. Excellent service, friendly staff, who also spoke English, and a really nice breakfast! All at a very competitive price. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a one or two-minute walk from the subway station. It's only two stops by metro to Termini Central Station, or about a 25-minute walk. A simply flawless stay at the Hotel Imperiale Omnia in Rome. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional down to the last detail, and the manager is truly fantastic: you can feel their passion for excellence in every gesture. We came first time to rome and this place makes you feel so at home thanks to Andrea he was so accommodating and welcoming It's important to come to unknown country and to get such a nice quite hotel out the way We got taxi or bus to city great place amazing shopping centre nearby the staff were so accommodating. Breakfast was good and we were overall happy
The room is clean and comfortable and have all needed amenities. The breakfast is great and with a lot of options. The hotel is far from the center area but bus station is located directly beside the hotel.
Great hotel with busstop on the street! The rooms are luxury and nice bathroom. Only the airco doesn’t worked very well for me. But the breakfast and other stuff was really nice!
The hotel was very nice, and so was the staff. The restaurant was top-notch and reasonably priced. The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city center if you're not driving, as the buses don't work very well in Rome. And getting from the airport to the hotel was an odyssey. But everything else was 10/10.
The breakfast had a large variety of authentic Italian dishes. The people working were very helpful in figuring out the day’s itinerary. The room was comfortable with an AC made the room perfect temperature. They ordered a taxi for us and gave us breakfast to go when we were in hurry.

Had a great room for our Rome trip. Within walking distance to many of the enjoyable sites of Rome and the proximity to the train station was perfect. Very friendly staff
What a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. The room was clean and well layed out. We were able to check in immediately. The front desk agent on the day we checked out held our luggage in the back to ensure we were safe from pickpocket, while waiting for our taxi. The breakfast had a large variety of food. The fruit was fresh and the coffee did not taste like regular cheap hotel coffee.
Good location. Friendly service. Shower water pressure not strong. Breakfast is good but the same everyday. It will be nice to have a slight variety. Will be nice for those who stay more days
Hotel is very good, well maintained,.walkable distance from central train station. Staff are very courteous. We arrived in rome early and reached the hotel in expectation to drop our laugage and start exploring the city but the reception desk staff provided an early checkin which was really useful, many thanks to them. Breakfast was very good.
Great location next to termini train station for early flight out of Rome.
The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious and the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was good. However in my opinion, the breakfast needs A LOT of improvement. For a 4* hotel the breakfast was extremely weak. Barely any warm food, the cold meats and cheese selection was very poor and actually all the rest really needs an upgrade.

This hotel is part of the Barcello group, which is always good. It is very hard to get a 5 out of me but I would rate this location 31/2 to 4 it is average to above average, nothing made it "pop out". It was a very nice property and was incredibly clean. It was a good stay. Jen at breakfast as well as front desk staff and housekeeping were all very helpful, easy to speak with. My only issue was the hotel shuttle. My second time at Atlante Star. Excellent hotel.
Very nice accommodations close to Vatican. Hotel staff was pleasant and rooms were immaculate.
Very clean and great location! Near Vatican and restaurants/shops. Easy access to Metro.
Very helpful staff and convinient location
Superb stay! The attention and services are exceptional, not to mention the food and the beautiful garden terrace! The hotel is very clean and located across from the Vatican. We took a taxi to the Piazza del Popolo and walked to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, and the colosseum. We ate at very fine restaurants and felt very safe. LD
Easy, walkable access to the majority of tourist sights in Rome's center, shopping and dining. Definitely need some renovation and better use of the room space (the shower was terrible designed and installed). Be prepared to use the stairs as the lift is small, slow, and only one.

Room is clean and bright. The hotel location just 7mins walk from metro. The station is really closed to the main attraction like the colosseum. Those it is near the metro, it is very quiet as there are no restaurants 200m from it. Not much shops in this area. The only one bad comment is the breakfast. Not much hot cooked food. Only cheap hams. Mostly are bread and fruit. It cost 14 euro.
Roma was very good and this hotel close to the historical places.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were extremely helpful, it was also only a short walk from the colosseum and had a great little gelato place just down the street. I would highly recommend staying here
On arrival, we were greeted by an abrupt Indian staff. Poor customer relations skills.
Overall, the hotel locations were excellent. We were able to reach the hotel from the train station by bus, followed by a short walk. Conveniently located very close to Rome Termini station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the window opened onto a corridor, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. A big plus, though, was the provision of disposable slippers.
Excellent location. The breakfast was quite average, and the options were the same every day.
The hotel was very close to the train station. While the street appeared noisy, it was extremely convenient for dining and transportation. The location is great, clean, and even though the hotel is old, the staff was friendly, answering all our questions, helping with restaurant reservations, and ordering taxis. I stayed here for one night in transit between destinations with my family and my only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer. Prime location - sights are within view or a short walk. The hotel is absolutely beautiful - perfectly captures the vintage charm and aesthetic. Without hesitation I would stay again when back in Rome.
Visiting such a historic city, I wanted to stop in a hotel that was historic. I didn't want a "run of the mill" chain hotel. Hotel Forum is exactly that. It's great in the pictures but so much better in real life. The ambience of the place is amazing. It feels "nostalgic" but still has the "mod cons". The location is one of the best in Rome. Great location, good staff and lots of options for meals nearby
The room size was just right. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. There were no strange smells from the bathroom or anything. The hotel was also very responsive to our needs. The service was genuinely excellent.
The hotel is located in the embassy district with guards at the intersections, which made us feel very safe. However, it's a bit of a walk from Termini, not particularly close. The room was on the smaller side. It's a good option if the price is right, but I wouldn't recommend it if it's too expensive. The service attitude was good, and they have 24-hour front desk service.
This hotel is situated not far from the main railway station. From the hotel it’s very easy walk to the many sites of Rome. The hotel allowed us to check in a little earlier which enabled us to use the hop on off bus
