Rome, Largo Domenico De Dominicis, 4, 00159 Rim, Latsio, Italiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
It's not worth the price as the location isn't great and the room or service aren't good either. I wouldn't stay here again.
Very decent , very basic, no tea coffee amenities, No Kettel. They shut down the electricity at 1pm and charged us 15 Euro for 1 hour Late check out, inspire informing them about my kid not keeping well all night
The Hotel was immaculately clean and very cozy. It is what we need after the whole day of touring around Rome. The location is a little bit far from the most visited sites. The rooms are big compared to hotels in the city center. It has spacious elevators, air-conditioned rooms, a bar and a restaurant on site. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to bus stop and 15 minutes walk from the train station. With...
The walking distance from the bus station is not too close, you can take the bus directly. It is close to the street and the noise may be a bit loud at night. The room is clean and the balcony is spacious….
A hotel that is clean but has noise problems in its rooms. I had a problem while checking out.receptionist giovanni was very angry. I have never seen such a hotel employee. I hope he does not continue to reflect his unhappiness on visitors.
Good facility with reasonable access to the city. Nice staff and super clean rooms.

Great hotel, 7 min walk to station. Good location to reach areas like Trevi, colosseum, airport etc. staff friendly.
Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro station. Helpful and very polite staff, and a very clean room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. As a downside, there was no heating in the bathroom. However, there was hot water available 24/7.
The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge....
Small space but not too far from the Metro Line A which is all you need to be near to visit Rome's biggest attractions. Very clean and modern as well.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the shower door was misaligned and never fixed. The lift was not working on the first day, though a porter helped carry our luggage for free. Location is about a 9-minute walk to the bus/metro station. There was no free twin room option and the upgrade was mandatory, as split beds were not possible for the room we booked, which was disappointing...
They let me pay 30 euro extra for earlier check in as well the bathroom in the night had a strong sewage smell. The place is not connected to metro station

New hotel. A bit far from city. Nice TV, Breakfast, Bed. Bath tub with movable glass screen, a bit slippery. I fell when I was bathing. Need a 15 min walk to the train station. But hotel cleanliness is decent. Rome city hotel are too expensive. This hotel price is worth.
I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large. For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations. The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.
Everything is fine for this price.
The place is extremely well serviced with a courteous and helpful staff. My experience was very positive. The location is dependent on your purpose for visit. If for business, it is perfect but for tourism it is quite far from the city center.
We chose it because it’s close to the airport . It’s just an average Novotel hotel . Nothing special
Little far from the turist places, so who would like to rest in a quiet place this is perfect. The internet was not working during our stay... At festive holidays restaurant is not open!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Rome I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Nazionale during my trip to Rome with my spouse. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the historic center and just a short walk from the beautiful Pantheon. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with many great restaurants, cafés, and historic landmarks nearby. One thing we really appreciated was how safe...
The vacation was wonderful. Nice hotel, nice rooms, absolutely loved everything. Thank you 😊
My husband and I stayed here as part of a two week anniversary trip to Italy. We booked a superior room and were very happy with it. The room had a nice view of the piazza and was a nice size, though the shower was a bit small. The location is excellent- very close to many of the major sites, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Though we were pleased with the hotel, what made...
We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nazionale Roma during our short trip to Rome. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, and the rooms were just as comfortable and well kept. The staff were always friendly, incredibly helpful, and thoroughly professional. The only minor drawback was that street noise carried into the room more than expected, which could be a bit distracting at night. Otherwise...
The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, had a safe, and was elegantly decorated. However, the air conditioning system didn't heat; guests checking in after mid-November and those who are sensitive to the cold should consider this. I woke up freezing at night and had to get out of bed to put on thermal underwear/add a spare blanket to feel warmer. I stayed in room 201, which had a bad location...
Excellent service from staff member Loretta Brunetti, who was incredibly helpful and professional, went above and beyond, prompt attention, and excellent communication was greatly appreciated. I was very impressed by their dedication and the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service truly enhanced my overall experience. Nice quiet hotel remodel from a covent. It has a nice court yard, good selection of breakfast, clean room, just that our room is like in a basement outside of the main building, which is a bit inconvenient.
One of the most amazing experiences. The staff were friendly and nothing felt too much. Rooms were gorgeous and everything was so special. This is our definitive space to stay when in Rome!
The hotel has its charm due to previously being a monastery, high ceilings, large halls, marble statues. It’s very well maintained and in the heart of Trastevere. The garden is beautiful and the rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view to the central part of Rome. Had a very pleasant stay and recommend it definitely.
We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone...
The building is very beautiful and the hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast buffet in the garden was wonderful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious. The staff were very kind and listened carefully to any problems I had and helped me out.
If I could give them more than 10 out of 10, I would gladly do so! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Amenities lack toothbrush and toothpaste.
Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, would have loved to stay longer. The room was excellent, location 10 minute walk from Stazione Termini. We could walk to various attractions within 30 minute walk, this was a bonus. We loved the outdoor set up including the pool. The room was available even though we arrived just before noon. Highly recommend the hotel.
Comfortable but rather dark room. Bathroom in a terrible state! No changing room for the pool, the water was cold. The restaurant was rather average! In short, disappointed, for a 4-star hotel.
Lovely hotel. Piano player in lobby. Pool was a nice touch considering it was 36 degrees. Younger members of staff had an amazing work ethic. Only dissapointment was no kettle in the room and no room service thus no hot drink when you need to leave early.
Hotel Was ok ok with basic amenities and location was central
Lovely hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Rooms are small and few things needed attention, such as shower head and shower screen. Would be nice to have tea n coffee facilities in the room. Good location as near metro and walking distance to the train station. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away.

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.
The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!
The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was better than outside.
The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.
The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.
This hotel is far from the subway station, but there are many ice cream shops and steak houses next to it, and it is also close to the Vatican. It is very convenient to live here.

The hotel’s location was ideal for our travel plans. The room was spacious, and we especially loved the large balcony with a beautiful lemon tree - a delightful touch! We only wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely space.
I appreciate that the hotel worker with me to resolve an issue. They ended up upgrading us, and were very amenable to helping us. The location and service was great, would 100% return again.
Hotel is very clean, breakfast was great with lots of variety, they do have a rooftop bar where you can get great views of the city at night. Walkable to various shops and restaurants.
We paid for the larger room but did not get it. Hotel refused to refund the difference. Our reservation was made some time ago. Not sure how they did not have the correct room.

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China. For drinks, there were only two paper cups, and the bathroom only had one glass for brushing teeth. The whole room felt very old, and the soundproofing was terrible, making it quite noisy.
Due to jet lag, I woke up at 2 AM on the first night and couldn't fall back asleep. It was probably breakfast and coffee time back home... but it was the middle of the night in Rome, and the hotel breakfast started at 7:30 AM. I was on my phone in bed until 4 AM. Very safe location as it was opposite the parliament house where the police would patrol. Location was also very convenient and near to many tourist sites. Superb and friendly, very very clean room!
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The hotel is not located downtown. It is in a residential area surrounded by apartment buildings. Despite requesting it multiple...
Hotel very nice and clean. The location is convenient to the city center and close to train stations.
The location is great and the service was good. We had an issue with our room, and the hotel staff did their best to solve it. When they couldn't solve it, they transferred us to a different room the next day. In general, the hotel is very clean, with excellent bedding and an amazing breakfast. We recommend staying in this hotel.
The decor is really nice, with very pleasing colors. I absolutely loved the scent of the toiletries. Breakfast was also delicious, and the coffee was surprisingly good for a self-service buffet. The only downside is that the transportation is a bit inconvenient; you have to drag your luggage quite a distance after getting off the subway.
Honestly it’s a great atmosphere. The staff are lovely, especially Jessica she’s amazing. However, I wouldn’t suggest anyone purchase the breakfast, it’s not nice - the taste is off and makes you feel queasy. It looks like they’ve tried to make an English breakfast but it’s super off. If breakfast improved, and all staff were more friendly it would have got 5 stars.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. The location is good, and the breakfast is nice. However, in my opinion, the management quality has declined significantly.
