Very nice hotel. Staff excellent. The we were given was cold so we got moved to another room where the heating worked. There is no heating in the entrance or the corridors that were cold. Also no non Italian stations on the TV
Room was very clean, but small. Very quiet and a great location. Breakfast was quite nice!
If you love history and beauty and if you treasure superb customer service, you must book this Palozzo overlooking Piazza Navona. Once the family residence of a Pope, this 16th century structure connected to a church and a museum is now a beautifully updated elegant Hotel. Close to a wealth of restaurants including a wonderful and romantic eatery on the 4th floor of the hotel that is open for lunches...
Staying at Eitch Borromini was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of history, art, and modern comfort, right in the heart of Rome. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Piazza Navona felt like living inside a painting! The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every detail, from the beautifully restored...
Such a fantastic hotel. In a former palace, the entire facility is beautiful and charming. Each floor is a separate art gallery, worth walking through the central staircase and exploring each floor. We had breakfast everyday on the incredible terrace overlooking the piazza and surrounded by the incredible architecture of the attached church! There is even a secret room the Pope used to spy on the...
A world class hotel experience in one of the most beautiful places in Rome. Location is perfect for any activity. Walking distance to all major destinations, and spectacular service. Don’t miss the perfect rooftop bar.

The location was amazing and the hotel was very decent and very well organized
Great location and friendly staff. A hotel worth recommending for next trip to Rome.
The hotel is located in the heart of Rome, making it super convenient to get around. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room facilities were very new, clean, and tidy, though the soundproofing isn't great – you can hear noise from the hallway, but it's tolerable.
room is very clean & location is quite convenient, recommend
The room was quiet and clean. Parking was also convenient.
The accommodation was great. The bed was soft and comfortable, and it was very clean. The staff provided excellent service. It's centrally located near various tourist attractions, with good restaurants and bars around the hotel. Buses pass by constantly. Overall, it's very good, although you might have to walk a bit.

Both are great. The environment is excellent and very clean, and the location is superb, making it convenient to go to any attraction.
Breakfast was not included with my stay and was a little pricey but well worth the cost. The rooftop bar doubles as the bar at night and it's lovely to have the view of Rome while you are eating/drinking. The hotel is right across the street from the Palazzo Barberini, an oasis in a hectic city. My room was very nice and very well laid out. I enjoyed my stay here very much
The location is fantastic and when you have a location that good, nothing else needs to be great. The rooms are fine. The service and amenities are fine. The rooftop bar situation could be amazing, it’s just fine. They should put a nice espresso/coffee machine in your room but you’ll get a cheap motel style instant coffee maker that makes cheap motel style instant coffee. It’s fine, everything...
Terrific location and wonderful hotel and staff. Literally everything was within walking distance other then Vacation. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Friendly staff, clean room and though quintal was very quaint. Our room had a small balcony that was an unexpected bonus.
Our room small but nice. Had some dust on the coffee cups, outlet in bathroom didn’t work, outlet next to one of the beds hardly worked and the blow dry you don’t turn off and on you have to hold the button down while you dry.

Amazing staff, and outrageous location! The rooms are very small, so are the bathrooms, so what I’m not gonna stay very long in the room I want to be outside all the time. I could walk to such major attractions as the Spanish steps, The fountain, Took a taxi to the Colosseum, did the hop on hop off bus, and all of the major designer boutiques, ridiculous location, location, location!!! I was there...
our stay at the hotel was great the hospitality of the Italians people is very good especially Yacoubo at the reception and all the staff I would like to return
The good: Staff, especially David at the front desk. Daily complimentary breakfast with delicious espresso. Location was close to multiple shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Walking distance to major attractions. Rooms were restocked and cleaned daily. Elevator from the 1920's was charming and surprisingly reliable. Stained glass windows throughout the hotel were beautiful...
Staff was extremely friendly and gave good tips on restaurants and cafes where to go (and those places were good, we tested quite many). Excellent location in the very center of Rome. You can walk everywhere.
The room we stayed in was way too small for 2 people, had a double bed taking up most of the room space, the bathroom was super uncomfortable and got way too hot the second the shower was on, the mini fridge didn't cool the drinks properly so they were room temp, AC was too noisy on the highest setting and not cooling enough on the middle or lower one. Staff really saved it as they were very accommodating...
We knew the room would be small, but the prime and safe location, and service made it worth it. Only wish all guests had access to the rooftop. First visit to Rome and Jacobo and David were really so helpful, informative, friendly and provided great recommendations. We didn't have to worry about anything! Would definitely stay again, just in a larger room.

The facilities are so-so. The hotel's negative aspects are offset by the friendliness of the staff.
Good hotel near the A24 exit. Full breakfast, but it's a shame the room had a drain problem in the bathroom.
Excellent. It also has an underground parking lot, making it a great choice for those arriving by car.
A beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean resort. The only inconvenience is that if you return after midnight with your car, you have to leave it outside and then walk to your bungalow. However, you can also avoid walking, as an electric vehicle will take you there.
Always the top, they never disappoint

Highly recommended. Stylish place with great breakfast.
We loved it. Fantastic service beautiful room, great bedding and guest supplies. Located perfectly for visiting all interesting places Rome has to offer. Only a 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Thanks once more to breakfast staff. Excellent service. Great variety of fresh products and also a la carte options. Loved it all the way. Thanks to the entire team Till next time.
Quiet, luxury hotel tucked away from the crowds and tourist. A bit of a walk but worth a little effort for a nice getaway from the city. The beautiful modern rooms were well designed to clearly contrast the tone of the city. As soon as you enter the gates to the hotel you can tell right away that it is unique and special. There was a vacancy on the day we stayed, so we stayed there. Our favorite restaurant was only a 4-minute walk away, so it was the perfect place for us to stay. The location is quite good, but walking distances can be up to 30-40 minutes. For those coming by car, the nearest parking lot is 350 meters away. The hotel is clean and institutionalized. It is more than enough for a cultural tour and the hotel's restaurant is quite successful.

Excellent quality boutique hotel. Location is great. All staff are super friendly, attentive and professional. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is fantastic. 5 stars rating!
First of all, the hotel is very conveniently located on the famous Corso Street in Rome, and most attractions can actually be reached on foot. The hotel is small and beautiful, and the service is very friendly. Our return flight left the hotel at 6 am, and the hotel prepared a very thoughtful big bag of breakfast for us. I won't say much about the room hardware, it is very modern and comfortable.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean, however, underwhelming. The bed was firm and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The blanket was thin. Would’ve liked a thicker blanket especially that it was cold and rainy outside.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. This hotel is close to the train, a 10 minute walk. There was a grocery store at the end of the block with a wine bottle opener in the room and wine glasses. The pillows were amazing! They have a wonderful breakfast with lots of options. The front desk workers spoke English well and were very helpful!
Overall good stay. Wonderful reception staff, great central location for sightseeing, breakfast is decent, housekeeping is good, but soundproofing is not good. Could clearly hear other room occupants opening and closing their doors, their footsteps, talking and even blow-drying their hair.
The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was quaint and close to the subways and everything we wanted to see. It was nice to have an elevator as well.
Rooms were of a good size as were the showers. Smaller than US standards but good size for Italy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel room clean. Staff accommodating. Breakfast mediocre.
We had a wonderful time. Hotel Britannia is located in a fantastic neighborhood near the Opera house, shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the major historic sites of Rome.

We stayed at Albergo Ottocento twice during our 2 weeks in Italy, the location is great close to main sites and the metro. The staff all friendly and helpful. When we came back for our 2nd stay, the front desk person said “welcome back” ! Great to be remembered with all of the people staying there. I would recommend Albergo Ottocento to anyone.
The staff our outstanding in this hotel, they couldn’t have helped us more on our trip with our baby. We arrived at the hotel before check in and they had the room ready for us to get a sleep before exploring Rome.
The rooms are a little tired and could use updating, bed is very hard. No robes, slippers, coffee or tea in room. I did not appreciate the note on the fridge asking guests not to use it for "outside" food or drinks. Staff were mostly indifferent.
Room was a little tired, no coffee or tea, slippers or robes. Did not appreciate the note on the fridge that indicated not to put anything in it, that is only for hotel mini bar items. Staff were mostly indifferent although not rude. Breakfast was good.
First-class environment: in the core area of Spanish Square and Bernini Square Facilities: relatively old, there is only one available socket in the whole house, which is unacceptable. The shower room is also relatively old. The breakfast is very limited. Hygiene: very good hygiene, cleaning is also responsible Service: The front desk service is very good, the gentleman and the lady are very friendly
Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Safe location near bus stops and metro. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps.

Quaint from the outside with modern touch in the inside. We stayed at their family suite. We love this hotel and will definitely stay here again, when in Rome.
First room wasnt great but then they accommodated us and the second room was really nice. Some rooms have better natural lighting. Service and location is great. There is access to a spa but it is a bit of a walk.
Very happy with our stay. Our family suite was spacious and beds were comfortable. Perfect location for sightseeing and dining. Basic but tasty breakfast. Especially the coffee was outstanding.
The junior suite was very large and comfortable. The floors were not carpeted, which is what I prefer. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. There was a sofa and two windows, which was great. The bathroom was large and clean. No bathtub. The only recommendation I would make to the hotel would be to improve the breakfast experience. It was very small and not very appetizing.
Rooms are larger than most European hotels. Good location Friendly staff and very helpful Breakfast was included in our booking, it was OK Great Coffee. We had a large shower but no view from our room. Looked out to a.wall
This is an excellent property in the centre of the city. You can walk to many of the attractions and lots of dinning options in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Structure that should be enhanced with a nice "refresh". for the location (exceptional) I think it deserves some investment. small rooms (we knew) and a bit noisy (this was not known) being on the street side. We were so tired that ... but we collapsed at night. impeccable and abundant breakfast.
A small hotel in the center of Rome. Very interesting design of the rooms - "antique". Extremely polite and competent staff. Many little things that show concern for guests: a rotating TV stand, a rubber mat in the shower, etc. However, since the hotel is small and located in a historical building, there is a lack of free space: a small restaurant, a small elevator. Soundproofing is not ideal. Overall...

We stayed for 1 week at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the location, beauty of the hotel, breakfast and Peter at the front desk. Amazing service and advice of tours and what to do around town outside of our plans already. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend staying here for anyone. This was our first time in Rome and we are extremely satisfied with our stay here.
Hotel bolivar was a quaint hotel in a very remote area of Rome, located close to all of the Roman attractions. Like the Coliseum, Treivi fountain and other shopping districts. The front desk manager (Peter & Max) was awesome and helped us in transportation both to and from the Airport and to and from our cruise ship and in other parts of Italy, this was one of the best stays overseas we have ever done
We prefer the hotel Bolivar whenever we stay in Rome. Its location is unbeatable in terms of easily reaching attractions by foot. It is right in the heart of it all, yet it also enjoys a privileged location set back off the main streets, which reduces road noise and makes the hotel a peaceful oasis. A unique and solid place to stay near the Vatican This is my favorite place to stay in Rome. Right next to Saint Peter’s Square, clean rooms, very friendly staff, and breakfast is perfect. It's just an average business hotel with a great location. Many attractions are within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining. It's close to the US Embassy, with good security. The facilities are average, the breakfast is average, the service staff are friendly, and the cleanliness and hygiene are good.
Breakfast is unsatisfactory and lacks options.

The room was quite comfortable. The staff was helpful. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street very close to a number of major attractions. And the price was reasonable.
Yet another fantastic stay at this spotlessly clean hotel. All staff are wonderful, friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect for visiting all the major attractions and close to bus and tram stops. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Lots of places to eat in the area, to choose from too.
The lady was real grumpy, not friendly at all. I was showing her recipes for 2 rooms booked but she kept saying that i had booked only one room.
I 100% recommend this accommodation. I came alone for 3 nights and was treated wonderfully, from the receptionist who recommended the best pizzeria I've ever eaten at in Rome, to the breakfast buffet waitress (a real charmer), to the housekeeping staff. Dulani was sweet, friendly and helpful from our afternoon coffee to bringing prosecco to the room. Ludovica was always pleasant and greeted us with a smile at breakfast. Gabriele, a kind man, worked hard with our many bags...
Even when we woke up late the staff allowed us to eat the breakfast which was AMAZING! Fulani and Heidy made me an ice coffee that was amazing even though it isn’t traditional in Italy. SUPER NICE STAFF!
