In a great location. Supermercato is just across the street. Roma Termini is just 5 minutes walk. Comfy beds and pillows. Quite. Very hospitable staff. Breakfast is very good. Hop on/off bus stops are also few minutes away. Their advert pictures are what you would expect to see. I would advise friends to stay here.
The rooms were small, as advertised but the location was perfect right by the main train station. It was easy to get around the city: to catch a bus or a train or a cab. My only problem was the shower was tiny. I could see over the top of the closed doors. Other than that, it was great having breakfast included, a clean room with great plumbing and good Wi-fi.
The location is good, but everything else is just average, especially the room which is so small. It's hard to pass people even if you put your suitcases in it. There's nothing you can do about it. Hotels in Europe are expensive and small.
This hotel is a pleasant surprise accommodation right next to the Termini Train Station. It’s a little different from most hotels I’ve stayed at in Rome and very affordable. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was served in a very comfortable setting and lots of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome
Good location comfortable room. Good breakfast but it would be nice to have fresh fruit

The room was very nice and spacious, the breakfast quite rich and good.
Hotel was ok for the price. There's a small shopping mall right next to it that comes in handy.
Just the night receptionist was rude when we arrived at night. He got upset because we couldn't find the room and had to send someone else to show us.
Not our fault that the room numbers are all messed up.
I don't remember his name but was a tall guy I think from Argentina.
It is not bad and worth the price
Nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good selection at breakfast and very fresh food!
PROS: The hotel is clean and inside a commercial complex with supermarket, shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable.
CONS: Quite far from the center and touristical attractions. Very poor breakfast with limited options and no fresh fruits

We enjoyed our stay at the Metropolis. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very modern and clean. We were able to walk alot of places, with the Vatican being about a 30 minute walk.
Very nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Close to the Vatican, walking distance. The staff was very accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
Room was decent, but we noticed lighting was a bit poor and the cleanliness of the room and tub was average. Hot tub had some dirt debris coming out from the jets and made us not want to use it at all. AC took awhile to cool the room too. Breakfast dining was great and so was the front desk service. Overall was okay but expected better for a 4 star hotel.
The hotel itself is clean and quiet. It is a little tired but the location is perfect for any Vatican City.
The staff were excellent, spoke perfect English and very helpful.
I had a room on the top floor and the only window was a velux on the very high roof, which was unreachable, which did make the room feel slightly dingy.
However for the price and the location it is definitely worth the slightly...
Supply of water was limited to one free bottle during your stay. Toiletries were few including toilet paper.
My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City

Very nice and cozy hotel walking distance to some of Rome’s key attractions, such as Trevi Fountain. Attentive staff and varied breakfast. The rooms are clean and modern. This hotel is one of the highlights of my most recent trip to Rome!
Clean room .....Good houskeeping.....helpfull staff .....even they didn't offer me a late check out !!! they told me that the Hotel was full !! in fact it wasn't !!! I checked all websites that night and in all of them was planty of available rooms !!!!
Breakfast is the best. Carmen makes a great cappuccino and is kind and welcoming. She is a superb hostess. I loved my stay at this charming hotel.
Property was Great. Cots were a little uncomfortable for the kids but doable. Refrigerator was very small and limited, very hard to add own stuff inside.
Only 2 small complimentary water for a family of 4, was directed to a vending machine for more. thought that was a little cheap.
This was a wonderful hotel—we arrived from a cruise very early in the morning. Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. They helped us arrange a transport to the airport and were just generally helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, new and spacious. Breakfast was very nice also!
Really nice property staff that were really attentive and helpful. Super close to all of the sights. As well as delicious food

Very well located, 5 minute walk to the train/ subway. Friendly staff. Breakfast was reasonable.
Very safe location with great staff. Sound proof is not great, you can hear people from the other rooms talking but if you put earplug you are set.
Service is exceptional, super friendly and have a lot of good recommendations/information for you. The location is fine, but it’s kind of far (10 min walk) from the main station. The 492 bus brings you pretty close to this spot though, which is really handy. Taking off a star because 1) we didn’t get a duvet, just a sheet. Which is fine if you don’t use the AC, but when it’s 96 that’s not an option...
Location is superb. But the unexpected stairs inside the hotel made my experience there a little bitter. People with knee pain should refrain from staying here. The rooms are good, but the very small irregular quadrilateral shower area was another cause of worry. A tall person cannot bent to wash his legs standing in this cubicle. One end is so small that a person cannot be fitted there and the other...
I couldn't resist writing my first hotel review. It's possible I stayed in the last available room, but this hotel is a complete scam. The room I stayed in had only a small window, which opened onto a courtyard measuring a few square meters, effectively making it impossible to open. The room itself was quite large, but overall, it was far from what one would expect from a four-star hotel. For this...
Beautiful boutique hotel, friendly staff, clean and updated room. The location was perfect for our plans and close to many restaurants and the train station. We stayed with kids as well. The breakfast was delicious and convenient when we had a busy day planned. Would love to stay again if we return to Rome.

Great location, rooms where not big,,so a challenge with luggage,, old world charm.. bathroom was perfect.. lobby is small and offers a small gathering area,,, breakfast was excellent
The hotel room is small, but the location is good, so it's not too difficult to travel.
We had a 2 night stay here after a recent cruise. We were in room 114. Room wasn’t a bad size. Traditional decor. Bed was fairly hard. Shower room had decent shower. There was a coffee machine as well as a kettle. Tv safe hanging rail as opposed to wardrobe. Aircon worked ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok not great. The location of the hotel wasn’t bad and we found some nice restaurants...
Good location, short walk to No8 hop on hop off bus stop which is vlose to Trevi fountain.
Staff great, our room was a good size.
Very happy with this hotel
Overall, it doesn't feel good.
The room isn’t very spacious, but it is super clean. They also provided high-quality hygiene products, even including a lip balm. The location is within walking distance of the main attractions, and the receptionist was very kind and patient. For this price, I think it’s the best we could ask for — I would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff (both at reception and in a bar). Great location (right in the centre of Rome, but in a quiet area near to Villa Borghese). Easy to reach any point of interest both by taxi of public transport. Federico Prodon patisserie nearby is highly recommended.
We've got a beautiful room with a nice terrace which is lovely to spend the time at.
Beds were super comfortable; overall...
Clean rooms, great location, exceptional service. Would room there again.
The friendly, thoughtful, and cheerful staff added warmth to the historic ambiance of the decor.
The breakfast was delicious and appealed to Italian and international tastes, a bargain at 10 Euros that efficiently got us off to a busy day.
Because we had booked the hotel in advance, the cost was very reasonable for the large, comfortable room. The one drawback was that the bathroom was one step...
The room was spacious and bright, with a simple, elegant yet warm decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had the perfect firmness, making it incredibly comfortable and allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were high-quality.
I haven't lived here for 3 years. The elevators have been replaced with new ones this time. Highly recommended.
Room was clean and convenient, and the environment is quiet. Breakfast was good. I left my bag for some hours when checked-out. It's bit far from city center and main bus stations but there are many bus stations nearby the hotel. Staff was friendly and I had nice stay there

Meal we have is excellent. The breakfast buffet is really good and the servers are really accommodating. I had a great stay at the Garner Hotel! The room was clean, comfy, and modern, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from Cornelia Station (around 15–20 minutes by train to Termini). Daniele, Evan, Valerio, and the breakfast staff were all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they really made me feel at home. I’d definitely stay here again!
No the best location for seeing Rome, but an easy, 15 min walk from the train. Service was the best part of this stay. The room was strange… seemed upgraded, but the walls were paper thin, the light switches were everywhere, a few of them didnt seem to work anything. Bed was stiff. No microwave. Mini fridge had someones water in it, and two small things of butter. I couldnt say for sure that the sheets...
Lovely hotel, beautiful clean room, nice breakfast, lots of choice, friendly helpful staff. Near a bus stop for the 246 247 to get to Cornelia or Angelo Emo areas then all the sights are within a decent walk
A very nice hotel, but unfortunately the management is poor, especially at the front desk. This position is very important to the guest, the first impression of the hotel begins there. First, contrary to the norm, even though my arrival was guaranteed by credit card, the hotel charged me two weeks in advance for the first night. The receptionist told me at check-in that because I am a Diamond member...
I needed a hotel while waiting to go to the conference that was going to be held nearby the next day. Considering the 3 stars, it turned out to be a good choice and also offered a better service than the 4 stars where the conference was held. Room was terrific, staff was really great....Rooftop Bar for Breakfast and an occasional dinner was fantastic. Front desk and service staff super kind, helpful and engaging. The hotel Was very clean, staff were amazing. The roof top bar is very nice and quite reasonable. Location is walking distance to colloseum and Vatican (about 2 km). They were very helpful, assisting me with my luggage before check-in and again after check-out. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and I felt very comfortable during my stay.
The counter staff were really friendly and the best! But the towels smelled... the bedding smelled... I think the laundry staff needs to be replaced.
We stayed at the hotel for two nights, initially we booked a hotel with parking, the hotel coped with this task by 5. It takes 20-26 minutes to get to the metro at a fast pace, 6-7 stops to the center without transfers, but you walk to the metro along a very narrow, dirty path along the road. At first glance, the hotel is clean, but we were apparently unlucky with room 108, it is on the first floor...
We had a great experience at the Raganelli Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful especially the lady on the front desk, Paula.

Facilities: The toilet creaked when I sat on it, and the curtains wouldn't close. 😑
The shower stall was also very narrow, and I bumped my elbows several times while showering.
Environment: The soundproofing was also poor. Facing the street, the noise of cars was noticeable at night. The only positive point was that it was close to the Colosseum.
Cleanliness: Although I only had hard water in Italy...
The front desk staff was warm and attentive, and their attitude was very good. They also arranged for us to check in early for free. Located in the heart of Rome, the train station and scenic spots are all within walking distance, and there's a subway station right at the door. I chose this hotel as I was staying in Rome for one night as a stopover. Traveling alone was a bit worrying, but the front desk staff were very helpful and explained everything to me.

Good location and very close to metro station. The room is quiet and have most amenities except the curtain was fixed and was unable to be closed. I had to use some clothing pegs to clip them so it’s not too bright at 5am. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall considering the price they are charging I think it’s a good hotel to stay at.
The hotel is old, with renovated rooms.
The single rooms are small. They are close to the elevator.
Everything was clean. It has an electric kettle, tea, and coffee, like all 3- and 4-star hotels in Italy.

Another great stay. Have been here 6 times in recent years. Checked in late and was given a very small room. Went down and talked to the front staff, was moved to a bigger room the next day. See you next June.
Hotel Gianicolo is the perfect mix of elegance and tranquility. Perched above Rome, it offers breathtaking city views and easy access to Trastevere and the Vatican. The staff were warm and attentive, the rooms spotless and charming, and the breakfast delicious. The peaceful garden and pool made it the ideal retreat after a day exploring the city. I’ll definitely stay here again! 🇮🇹✨

Nice Hotel, well-decorated & friendly staff.
the staff was very helpful, room was clean but a little dated. Overall good
The hotel is located outside of ZTL (Zone for the Lonely Planet) and has a parking lot right in front, with plenty of spaces, making it convenient for drivers. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away.
The breakfast was quite good, featuring bread, cucumber, homemade ham sandwiches, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. There was also plenty of fruit, cut into pieces, making it easy...
Room clean but basic, air con didn't cool room enough.
In the suburbs of Rome, facilities and equipment are aging.
Decent hotel, but needs updates. Showers are extreme small the beds need updates as it was not the most comfortable and the pillow was very flat..
Few thing walkable, but thw weather did not allow for a lot of walking for us.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
