Food and service great! I was with my family - all was fine - from pizza to cous cous, from fish to children’s plates and a large park around the restaurant without being “stressed” while waiting the food (very short cycle)

Great family they even shared there personal BBQ dishes with us. The restaurant have great food, rooms clean and quiet. Will visit again. Thanks for the great time.

The family run hotel/restaurant could not have looked after us better. The food wa# exceptionally and we cannot 2ait to revisit.

I stayed because my wife was in the hospital and I needed somewhere nearby. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. There was a little balcony to sit outside with a sea view

The staff were amazing and so helpful to me. Big thanks to Giuseppe Daniella and Antonella. They went beyond expectations to assist me in many ways. There is a car park at the back and an elevator to all floors

Location of Melqart is good, being very close to the port of Scciaca. There is free parking at front of hotel, or paid secured parking at the rear. Room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable

Lots of restaurants and cafes up in the town. A must is the nearby fish restaurant. You certainly keep fit walking up and down into town of an evening. Lots of sights of interest within driving distance

This is a small hotel that thinks big. The staff at the front desk was concerned and positive. Easy breakfast and a short walk to the dock. Close to very nice restaurants and reasonable prices

Cost around $170 Canadian dollars; a lot for a basic room, but the cost reflected the location close to the beach (which we didn’t use), pool and proximity to the restaurants and town central square

Very clean and easy to find - on the main seaside road. Within walking distance of the main square which was quite colourful and lively in the evening. Beautiful beach nearby (walkable)

What a wonderful place to stay! We (family of 4 ) stayed for 5 days to visit family. we had a large room with a sea view. At night we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset

Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and tasty! My kids never missed it! We took time to relax at the pool and the beach. Everyone who works there was so kind and helpful! We will back when we visit again!

Our room is nice too have a pool and sea view with teresa for 2. I love it! Breakfast is normal buffett but good food also. They have free parking which is very convenient

It was off season so maybe during the summer it would be different

Perhaps it being off season everything was minimalistic but it would have been nice to feel that some effort was put into our stay

Wonderful Hotel Our stay at Za' Maria was beautiful. The hotel is quite out-dated but made up for this by being kept so clean. I couldn't find one single fault there. The staff were wonderful and friendly

Great hotel with lovely sea views tucked away from the noisy part of town. Breakfast was superb and staff were incredibly helpful. The Shuttle service to the beach was so useful as it’s a 10 minute or so drive.

The room was super nice with AC and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast buffet was great and diverse with a view of the sea. It is possible to rent bikes to get around for 5€

Located only a few hundred meters from the harbour and a shuttle service is provided

We often saw many tourists dragging their luggage through town to reach their hotel as many streets are not easily accessible. Also the hotel is a very short distance to the two main piazzas in town

The staff here is amazingly helpful to assist us in getting around. We were able to rent bikes from that front desk and have a designated place to park the bikes overnight

He gave us a rental agreement with the amount written on it. Later on, with help from the hotel staff, we found out that the contract (which was in Italian) actually said payment was due when we returned the bikes

Nice place near both airport and harbour. Great view from the terrace whilst having breakfast. Pools are very nice. Rooms with a nice sea view and very clean

Really nice place to stay ! Rooms are decent in size and very bright with big windows and a balcony to enjoy nice views. Staff is friendly and feels more like a funny and warm family

If the great location was not enough- the real stand-out was the wonderful hosts and the amazing breakfast. This breakfast had a great selection of homemade cakes along with savory items like Tuna and Olives

The hotel is situated so that it is easy traveling distance to the Marsala region as well as Agrigento. The town of Sciacca is lovely with some pretty impressive restaurants

My husband and I stayed at this small hotel in late February and it exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the water

I work up in the morning to the smell of cakes coming out of the oven. The room was spacious with a large armoire to store clothes etc. The bathroom had very nice tile and also was very large

The stop for regional bus lines is within reasonable walking distance, and a stop for the city bus service is near the hotel. A very good seafood restaurant is about a minute walk from the hotel

We had an amazing time in monreal and at the resort. We regret that we didn’t allocate more of our visit to Sicily but we are already planning to return in the future. The staff was very kind and helpful

With so much to see and do on Favignana one really needs a longer stay! Strongly suggest learning as much Italian as possible if you don’t already speak the language

We had a lovely stay at Il Mulino! The hotel is located just outside the port/central area in a calm & quiet area but still walking distance from all the restaurants & shops

This hotel was in a location that allowed us to dine locally (excellent pizza and pasta right across the street), go to the beach, and then use public transportation or our rental car to go to Etna, the Aeolian islands, and shopping in Taoromina

Would not hesitate to stay here again. Not directly on the beach, but only a very short walk. I received a lovely warm welcome, and the room was just lovely

Coralie was super friendly, helpful and a great host. The hotel is 2 mins from the beach and opposite a great Pizza restaurant which is always busy with locals. A wonderful stay!

The best part of our stay here was the staff, especially the owner of hotel, who helped us many times - with food, attraction and public transport recommendations. She was so, so nice and helpful (as all staff here)

The hotel is located in a lovely town with nice views, very close to Taormina and 2 minutes walk to the local train station or bus station. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was cleaning it everyday

I did not partake in the breakfasts during my stay, but I did see the buffet, and it looked like they provided a very nice continental breakfast. Everyone there was so friendly and nice

A stunning boutique hotel with beautiful staff and incredible views over Scopello! Right in the main town and only a short stroll to the incredible beaches! Exceptional value too

It's a shame the hotel restaurant is closed in September, we would have loved to have dinner there. We had breakfast, but it wasn't worth the price. Overall, I highly recommend it

The hotel has the best location in all of Scopello. It's right in the center, just steps from the main square. Beautiful views from the restaurant and some rooms

Cozy village stay in wonderful area! Really lovely place! A bit worn, but very clean and convenient in the center of the village. The breakfast area outside is a dream! Can very much recommend a stay here.

This is very nice familiy hotel. Breakfast is more than enough, you have everything that you need. It is near beach and restorants. Near hotel is bus station via dalmazia where you can go and be in Taormina in 20 minutes

We spent four nights in the Aparthotel Kalaskico instead of three, as originally planned, because of a strike at Catania Airport! We were satisfied with the accommodation, our room on the third floor (second level above ground), facing the Ionian Sea was spacious and comfortable with a terrace

It was May, before the beginning of the summer season so we could not swim in the sea

The best thing about it was we were across the beach . Very noisy especially the clubs on Friday and Saturday . You hear everything in the room . The music shuts down at 3

The breakfast area on the ground floor was just large enough to accommodate the members of our group. This tiny hotel is at the southern end of the bay of Giardini Naxos in a quiet little alley

modest and basic structure, dated furniture, small bathroom. There are the essentials even if the use of the kitchen requires a separate cost (a condition never seen before)

This is the second time in two months that I have stayed in this B&B for work purposes, Lavinia and Damiano are wonderful people always available for anything you need, unfortunately you can't give more than 5 stars, I would have gladly given them 10!

But that is part of the beauty of the place. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The negative points are the poor WiFi and cappuccino. Wandering down the alleys behind the square is an experience not to be missed

One of the most romantic and interesting places we stayed. The antique atmosphere is amazing. Breakfast is great and eating it in the small square which is the so called lobby of the hotel is really nice

The care of the structure inside a historic center expresses the love for the territory, unfortunately not followed in the surrounding area, perhaps more interest is needed from the local administration

Very beautiful B&B in the heart of Licata. Very charming house, clean room and bathroom, nice balcony and really delicious breakfast with house made Casata-cake (was soo delicious)

Must see: salt pans in Marsala and Trapani, Trapani salt museum, SAN Vito lo Capo and some of the beaches on the way. Maybe if time some of the belvederes and grottos around as well

Fantastic location, with swimming pool, beach, and restaurant. The place fills you with its relaxing atmosphere and helps you enjoy your holiday. I was happily surprised by the very high quality of food during all supper

Lovely large accommodation buffet breakfast and dinner. Little bit out of the way but a beach and pool, walkable to few local shops and on a bus route

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and even extended it by a night, without issue. The grounds are gorgeous and we especially loved the pool area. It was perfect for our little children, ages 2 and 4

Great stay! Spacious and clean room with drinks and snacks in mini bar free of charge. Good shower and comfortable bed. Underground car park was safe and spacious with elevator leading to the room

✅️✅️👍👍 LOCATION: I personally love the fact that it was a little far from the Centrum, so the noises and traffic is not bad at all. ✅️✅️👍👍 The only downfall is there is no bus stop nearby

Breakfast was amazing with a lot of food choices from drinks, cereals, breads, meata and fruits. Room service are very nice people and always welcome you with a smile

Luckily We rented a car so no issue at all. Otherwise there was 1 night that I really need some drinks so We took taxi instead

Ideally located to shine in the region, also very close to many restaurants and a beautiful golden sand beach, you only have to choose the program of your day to make your trip to Avola a successful experience

All very nice, small hotel clean and well organized, new internal structure and clean bathrooms, shame about the breakfast, never booked the night before what to eat, and I must say that bread and croissants were not fresh at all

Fantastic - we moved here for a couple of nights after a bit of a disaster a little south. Great rooms, fantastic welcome. Gutted we didn’t go to the restaurant next door as ran out of time

5/5 The hotel is very comfortable clean .The location is central and one of the best. Very nice Breakfast . Coffee and tea machines are available 24/7. Very friendly and kind stuff . No elevator. Good size rooms .

The location was great close to the train and bus station, with plenty of cafes and restaurants would definitely go back

There wasn't a Do Not Disturb sign provided so my room was serviced but in this day and age most places now suggest that the guest request fresh towels if they want them otherwise the hotel will assume you are happy to use the same ones

I had a few misunderstandings and miscommunication with the hotel but we dealt with those. Possibly it will surprise Rosy to hear I would stay there again!! But the position was great for me and my room was lovely

but the hotel has 2 locations one is at 85 and one at 113 and the reception is at 113. Quite important to know that! There is no safe in the room. maybe Opera Relais could consider providing them

There are a couple of things I want to pass on to other prospective guests. we think this was booking com fault that I didn't get full info re checking in

The hotel is quite difficult to reach by car (Google maps will send you to an alley where it is impossible to turn or maneuver), so it is best to leave the car in the nearby Piazza Federico di Svevia and arrange for a very convenient valet with the hotel

We spent a night at this beautiful hotel and loved it! The hotel is located in a pedestrianized part of the island, just a 2 minute walk from where you can get dropped off by car or taxi

Only detracting factors are that the room was a bit dark (the hotel is in a narrow alley), and that the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom is a bit inconvenient at night

Beautiful rooms and excellent quality products! An easy walk to the center of Ortigia itself, as well as to the Castello Maniace (which is a must visit in itself)

Dont order toast with ham and cheese at pool. It isliterally just that…no taste, condiments or plating!

I recommend this last solution, also because there is no surcharge. On one occasion we had lunch by the pool with four courses of fish

We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable for the whole family. The pool is a great place to cool off and the kids had so much fun there

Let's start with location, steps from the beach with great views, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants for every one's taste, Then we have to mention how nice the rooms are, very modern clean and quiet with the best A/C in Sicily! The morning breakfast lays out like a feast fit for a weary traveler! With great specialty coffee's to kick start your day

The hotel provided for free beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids. The room was cleaned daily, and snacks, packaged juice, bottled water, teabags were renewed in our room each time with no extra charge

We saved much money due to the beach equipment that we could borrow at the hotel. The breakfast was not much varied but it was ok, the bakery was good. In general, a good b&b with service-minded personnel

We were able to use this as a base to visit Palermo, Cefalu, and Monreale. Don't pass up the opportunity to check out this quaint little town of Mondello as well, nice beaches with surrounding views

Three night stay Overall good hotel. We felt safe and nice common area. Chairs, umbrella and towels are available to take to the beach.

Next morning we complained to the receptionist and he moved us to another room , much quieter, with a sea view. Very good room at no extra cost
