Excellent location, large and clean rooms, helpful staff, reasonable and simple breakfast (nothing more than that, you should add vegetables)

The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor so we put a towel on the floor. The toilet push button was very finicky The rooms were dated The breakfast was very good Excellent location The staff were very helpful

I visited Calampiso resort with my family and had a good time. There's a big room for improvement, the hotel needs renovation, but the beach, food and evening programme was great

A beautiful place in the middle of nowhere! Though tired and in need of a lot of tlc, this is a lovely resort. Don't expect 4 star accommodation, especially in the majority of self catering apartments

However the staff are brilliant. When we came 20 years ago no one spoke English. Now most of the staff are quite fluent. This is an Italian family resort. Don't expect multi linguistical menus etc

The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and therefore I recommend this hotel for family vacations to you

They could use electric vehicles for staff to get about as the motorised ones are too noisy. Employ staff that took responsibility and the reception at least wear a shirt that advertised her employer not another resort

The food was amazing, had we gone with our children we would have struggled a bit(they are rather fussy), but the two of us enjoyed everything! Our only little annoyance, was the pool- lovely and clean but just a touch cold! Would have been better for us if it was slightly warmer, however we understand it's a naturally heated pool so it's not going to be warm all year

It seemed like an all-inclusive resort for families staying for extended periods. I didn't know that before, but it was an interesting experience. Oh, and there's a private beach right in front

When I made the reservation, I wondered if breakfast and dinner were included. Was this an all-inclusive resort? I didn't quite understand, but it was. Snacks, drinks, and a dinner buffet were included

We went as a belated wedding anniversary, we were treated really well. We got a cake and fruit platter on arrival to the room!! The hotel was fantastic, really clean and looked really good

Of course, we went out to eat at the restaurant, but it was nice to be able to come back and enjoy a glass of wine, a beer, and some fruit in the hotel restaurant

It was a nice stay, we had a relaxed time in this hotel. All stuff is very friendly and ready to help you. Will consider this structure for my next trip.

Good internet, smart TVs, newly renovated suite with private plunge whirlpool. Area around the hotel somewhat depressing and dilapidated with several abandoned buildings, etc.

Good stay for a night The hotel was nice looking, had decent AC, a nice pool, and access to a beach club right across the busy street. The street noise was kinda loud overnight, and the bed and pillow was hard.

The pool was really nice but the sunbed cushions a little tired and music played quite loud but that could be to drown out the noise from the traffic as the hotel is on a busy road

The hotel is alittle outsider of center . It's quiet place with swimming pool , Tennis ... , friendly and helpful staff from reception to restaurant 😀 . Private parking and Beach just cross the street .

Enjoyed the stay. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Location is close to the airport and has beach access. Service was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit hard.

The hotel is in a fairly good location, beach across the street. Despite the fact that it is located by the quite busy street, it was very quiet and peaceful

Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the service was outstanding

Hotel at beginning of bay with good views over and towards Taormina & mountains. Rooms simple, nicely furnished & spotlessly clean with mini fridge for water. Clean towels every day, bed linen changed regularly

A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available

We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying two. We found the room to be quiet and comfortable. The view is spectacular and while we didn’t use the pool it was available and we sunned ourselves near it

It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view

The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea

Its on the beach front which has a ***** of many restaurants to choose from. There is a lovely marina and a small historical park moments away. You do have to pay for sunbeds

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in June 2025. The location is perfect, just across the beach and few minutes away from the bus stop. The beach was nice, water was wonderful. Umbrellas and sunbeds had extra charge

In the first week of October we stayed at this lovely hotel. We had a twin room with a sea view. Clean and tidy with an ensuite shower. TV and small fridge with drinks. Breakfast was in my opinion great

Our room was a little small, but spotless clean and with a fresh smell (no mold), housekeeping came every day, cleaned and supplied with towels and toiletries. The balcony was very nice overlooking the beach

But the restaurant on the beach provides food which is good and generous in proportion. The staff do not smile that much- grumpy lol. There are strips of beach where you can bathe without charge

I had scrambled eggs and local sausage, yoghurt and fruit and a little treat of sweet bakes every day with coffee and fruit juice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Very good restaurant, the chef and staff are there to take care of you. We had a good stay, with a friendly team. We were able to enjoy the bar and the indoor swimming pool

l've been here for a week and I've been having a great time. The room is spacious and clean. The pools and the beaches are wonderful and the evening are always fun because of the music

Amenities were lacking, no free bottled water was provided. Breakfast was good, hot items, fruit, good selection. Dinner buffet was so so, pool bar has excellent pizza.

It was large, clean and had a BALCONY with views of the ocean! Breakfast was included in the base price and it was a full breakfast with every breakfast food you can imagine! Bacon, eggs, potatoes, fresh squeezed OJ, pastries, breads, yogurt, coldcuts, etc

Beautiful place to stay for a long weekend of doing nothing. Spacious rooms, delicious buffet restaurant and quick access to either pool or the nice beach of Letojanni

etc! We added the dinner option and it was unbelievable also! Nightly, they had pasta station with like 5 kinds of pasta, salad bar, Antipasti bar, meat station (with 4 different meat choices), dessert station with at least 8 pastries nightly AND gelato

Room was a little dated , very small tv but overall a great value that included breakfast, I would stay here again

The heat worked well (which was important in December). We stayed in the jacuzzi room - which was discounted because we booked at the last minute during the off-season

The hotel is located on the highest hillside, next to a public parking lot, which makes it convenient to drive here by yourself, but it is difficult to get a parking space immediately in the peak season

Stayed for 4 nights in a jacuzzi room with garden. Really nice clean room, great service. Because it was low season the bar and restaurant were not open but it’s just a short walk into town

The room had a strong musty smell, which was a bad experience. It's very close to the town center but far from the sea.

The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre

The hotel is walking distance to main road that has restaurants and churches. Breakfast was very good and the service was great.

The Location at the sea is beautiful. We got a big room on discount because we booked last minute via booking. The room was clean but there were ants (don't leave food around!!)

We asked to be seated on a free table in the outer table row at the sea but the server said we couldn't sit there because she didn't want to clean the table

The front desk staff was super friendly (especially Julia), gave us kind suggestions for our trip and advice to get around the island

Unfortunately relaxing at the pool was impossibe because they were always blasting loud music (like ANACONDA by M Nicki Minaj) on the speakers at the pool

On top of that, the service was pure luxury. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for, and the little details made all the difference. Everything felt five-star and more

I sincerelly reccomend Hotel Delle Palme in Letojanni. Beautiful area and views, close to the sea. Delicous food at the hotel's restaurant. I'm looking forward to coming there again soon

I can sincerely recommend this hotel — it has a perfect location, just a three-minute walk from the beach. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help

The room was spacious, with an even larger balcony offering a stunning sea view. On the top floor, there’s also a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful view

The same goes to dinner and usually you wait for 45 min - 1h to start getting your food. The pool is quite small but okay, the views from the top are fantastic

Although lots of reviews say that the food is bad, I don’t think it is the worst but you just have to not be scared to try something different, as especially for English and American tourists it is quite different to burgers and chips that you might get some other place

Overall it is a well priced hotel for the experience in a great area

At other times, the only option was the beach bar, which usually had long lines. This was quite inconvenient and could definitely be improved

Also, the beach is far away (approximately 15 minutes by car) and hotel does not provide beach towels

I was very happy with the hotel, it was clean, nice rooms, and the animation team is fantastic and they do a very good job, they organize fun games and they are very lovely

I recommend everyone to take a short walk to the left of the beach, past the port area, to reach another wonderful beach of Pozzallo in front of the ruins of a wonderful castle

Excellent structure, huge and well-kept, arranged around a huge and meticulously maintained park, all overlooking a dream beach

, available all day and you could also fill your own bottle/flask, I liked that it was written not to fill directly from the dispenser but via jug for hygiene reasons!! On the beach and at the pool there are sunbeds and umbrellas available, of course for September they were crowded, but I don't know if with the full house in August the same would be true

But every staff did outmost to fix the lingual barrier Some drinks were not included, but these were at reasinable pricing. Great Beach/ area for relaxing, swimming or being active

I FIRST OF ALL say that it is not a tourist village but a club, so we did not pay the entertainment card, and it is a good saving of money, the entertainment was there, very soft and few entertainers, but being the penultimate week before the closure I think it is normal, however the good guys, they tried to involve as many as possible, for the rooms I recommend the highest floor, you do not hear any...

I would like to especially thank the staff in the restaurant, headed by the professional "Padre" and his colleagues, for the service and excellent food, as well as the opportunity to have an early breakfast before leaving

We fell in love with Pantelleria on our first visit 3 years ago and even though the journey from Slovakia is more complicated (which is not the hotel's fault :-) ), we will definitely come back here in the future

We enjoyed our stay and the big balcony outside our room. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very nice and helpful. We had some difficulty accessing internet in the room.

We had to cancel our trip to Palermo and stay there an extra 4 days. The entire staff treated us so well. Asking how we were doing every time they saw us. Definitely felt like family to us

Breakfast was the best so far. Breakfast staff & cleaning staff were so kind. Reception many different we’re soo kind. We had a dental emergency while staying there

A lady at the front reception (I think she was the owner) called a local dentist and explained my husband’s pain. We were able to see the dentist immediately

Only thing is that the bed is hard and as normally down i Europe they don't have mattress toppers. Breakfast had a lot of cakes and unhealthy things. The juice was so sweet we could not drink it
