Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet room, in a wonderful location! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is helpful in every way. Take the time to enjoy a sunset drink on the rooftop (all the way up!) for an incredible view. Lots to enjoy while wandering the neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

This is a very well-located accommodation, with a magnificent view of the city from the 5th floor. The cleanliness of the rooms is great. The staff are very helpful. Small hotel very close to the Santa Maria Novella station, about 15 minutes walk from the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral and 5 minutes walk from the central market. The cleanliness is average, the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast is a bit poor. There are some adjustments that should be made to the maintenance of the rooms.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a nearby supermarket. While the spacious size is a plus, perhaps because it's so large, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. The sofa, bed, and floor were dusty. If you touched them with your hand, something powdery would constantly get on them or get on your skin. I used large towels on the bed and sofa, and wore slippers on the floor.

Fabulous apartment so close to the Duomo, just 5 mins walks. We loved it and it felt so homely. There is lots of stairs to walk up in the building but don't let that put you off. It is very close to the train station and the transportation is convenient. There is a vegetable market next to it, the fruits are quite fresh and the prices are affordable. We took a taxi when we went out, and tried the subway when we came back, and found it was also very good.
