Really recommend this place if your going to ski on the cheaper side! Wonderfully nice staff who went the extra mile for me by making dinner later than the cut off! It's bit old, but you didn't travel to hakuba for the hotel did you?! Perfect place for a dudes snowboarding trip!

Old hotel, seemed like no one lived there, but over the course of my stay it got busy. Neat and clean rooms, basic amenities included in room with daily housekeeping. Close to hakuba station and the shops in the vicinity. Has a shuttle bus to the ski lifts nearby but if u miss the shuttle it's a painful walk if snowing

Amazing place, perfect indoor and outdoor Onsens, great bar plus friendly and accommodating staff all around. Shuttles to and from all ski resorts. Slightly dated hotel and rooms, but very clean and spotless. Highly recommended !

Very old and dingy hotel. Rooms and facilities are not very clean far far away from Japanese standard. If you visit Japan often, you must feel disappointed here.
Onsen is small and the public shower room is not very comfortable. There are only two basins.
Overall, I came Japan over 10 times. This is the most disappointing hotel I have been.

This building no longer classifies as a hotel. It is beyond run down. Happy to have the tatami room, so at least there is no dirty furniture. Staff are nice, but a futile job in these incredibly ugly, dilapidated interiors.
