I was having a lot of trouble in the smoking room that I had accidentally booked and they were super accommodating in helping me find another room.

For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year. This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. A comfortable stay. It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring. You can even spot monkeys from the tropical botanical garden right from the accommodation, which was amusing! :)

I highly recommend this hotel! The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located right next to a tropical botanical garden where you can even watch monkeys enjoying the hot springs. Plus, it's close to the airport!

The room's location is excellent, just a 5-7 minute walk from Hakodate Station, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's not too far from the Red Brick Warehouses and Mount Hakodate, just a few bus stops away.

The room is tiny. There's a desk where you can put some stuff. It's definitely too small for two people, but at least it has two chairs. For this price, having breakfast included is a plus. It's one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

My stay this time was far from smooth. I booked a 17 sqm room, but upon arrival, the hotel said it wasn't available and offered a 13-15 sqm room instead, with no refund for the downgrade – absolutely unheard of! I've only ever known hotels to offer free upgrades when the booked room isn't available, never a downgrade without a refund. Everything is good about this hotel, except the room is small especially the attached bathroom. It can sleep two persons but if both are 180cm tall, you probably have to navigate slowly. But none of us is that big, so it works for us, we booked 2 rooms for a family of four. Breakfast is nice. The hotel provides parking for a very reasonable fee of 500 Yen a day.

The price was good value for the money I think. Clean attentive staff and cheap on site parking for 550 yen per night. This is a business hotel so for foreigners look for the breakfast tickets in foyer which allows you to choose which time you'd like to eat. Make sure to grab one at check in.

Quick overnight stay. Onsite parking not available if you are a little late so you will be directed to park near JR Obihiro. One of the newer rooms I've stayed in in Japan and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

I came to Kitami City, Hokkaido on a business trip. The hotel is located in the center of town, so it's convenient for going out for drinks. It's comfortable with a hot spring and sauna.

Apparently women can choose between breakfast or an anime tea set, but I was given the anime tea set without being asked. I later asked the front desk and they changed it to breakfast. Breakfast is 1,000 yen, so if you don't want the anime tea set, breakfast is better. Other than that, the location was good and the breakfast was delicious.

Parking is available in the multi-storey car park opposite. After 9pm, the elevator closest to the hotel stops working, and the elevator far from the hotel is working, so it was a bit difficult for me to move around with luggage as I was unfamiliar with the area. I've stayed here several times. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's manageable. This hotel is super conveniently located right across from the Otaru Canal and just a few hundred meters walk from Otaru Station. You can walk to all the nearby attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast spread is also very generous. I didn’t have high expectations due to the reasonable price. We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a very early morning flight, and for the free airport shuttle service. The bathroom was surprisingly large, clean, and very comfortable.

Due two of my family members have more than two cases, we have to take cab to the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service for guests to and from the airport and JR station. I found the shuttle schedule and booked my seat easily on the hotel's official website, which was very convenient. The hotel's buffet breakfast was also quite extensive.
