Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained.Staff were exteremely polite and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect,close to major attractions and transport.Highly recommended for anyone visiting!!

It’s a great small town where cheap for yakiniku, and not long queue to those popular places like torri (sushi restaurant), phamarcy, nearby drinking place with great atmosphere.

Quick overnight stay. Onsite parking not available if you are a little late so you will be directed to park near JR Obihiro. One of the newer rooms I've stayed in in Japan and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.

The hotel staff is friendly. The pillows are too low, but they can provide pillows. They also provide free breakfast and fresh juice. The parking lot is very convenient and you can park at the door of the hotel. There is a separate air conditioner in the room.

I'm glad that it's close to the station and offers free breakfast. It's a shame that there aren't many amenities, but it's enough for just staying overnight. The staff are very helpful.

If you're looking for a business hotel in Kitami, this is definitely the place. The rooms are old, but they're well-kept and very relaxing. The large public bath is also clean and not crowded, so you can relax and enjoy the food. The Chinese restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is delicious. As this is a popular hotel, early reservations are essential.

Guests think the free hot springs and sauna are a great service, and this hotel is the only choice for business trips to Kitami. It would be even better if you could use the sauna in the morning as well.

I use this hotel every month. Thank you for your continued kindness. It's close to bars, there's a hot spring, and the rooms are not too bright, so they're very relaxing. In an age where LED lights are the norm, the orange light is very soothing. Even when I get home late at night, they're always so kind, so I'd like to use this hotel again. My stay this time was far from smooth. I booked a 17 sqm room, but upon arrival, the hotel said it wasn't available and offered a 13-15 sqm room instead, with no refund for the downgrade – absolutely unheard of! The price was good value for the money I think. Clean attentive staff and cheap on site parking for 550 yen per night. This is a business hotel so for foreigners look for the breakfast tickets in foyer which allows you to choose which time you'd like to eat. Make sure to grab one at check in.

It was a rare APA hotel with a Japanese-style room. As it was a Japanese-style room, the room was spacious. I was on a business trip for a week and had a lot of luggage, so the spaciousness was very good.

The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. Convenient to the station, Hemaibashi, Suehirocho. The room was clean and spacious and I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me.

This is essentially a remote, small town with not many locals or tourists. There's a lot of snow, practically non-stop. It's a good choice for those who enjoy solitude or want to see a snowy landscape. The hotel's location is very convenient.

This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.

It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.

This hotel is super easy to find! It's right there as soon as you exit Nakajima-koen Station (Exit 2). There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location. It's only 2-3 stops from Sapporo Station and Odori via the Namboku subway line, so access is excellent. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

I have stayed many times, but for the first time I knew the room could be so spacious, and looking back at the fire escape picture, it turned out to be the largest room on the entire floor. Great, great, great, great. This hotel is really good. My friend and I stayed at this hotel. The price of this hotel is very cheap in Japan. It is also close to JR.
