It was a great stay at the hotel even though it is not very near to the main tourist area. Overall very pleasant experience with all the facilities provided and small gifts in the suite room. Will definitely go back again for next visit to Hakodate..

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, and what truly makes our stay special every single time is the incredible hospitality of the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Soto. He is the only one who consistently remembers us and treats us with such genuine respect and kindness. He makes us feel like family. We are leaving for the USA next week, but we will definitely be back soon because of him.

The hotel was excellent and very affordable. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good. The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience.

This hotel has an amazing location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. For the price, getting such a great location and breakfast is truly excellent. No wonder so many tour groups stay here! On the day we stayed, there were groups from Taiwan, China, and Thailand. I didn't get many photos.

The hotel is new and the location is great, just across the street from Asahikawa Station. There's also a Komeda cafe about a two-minute walk away, which is much less crowded than the one in Sapporo. I even found a glass mug there that was sold out in Sapporo! It's a good alternative for breakfast if you don't book the hotel's. I was very impressed with this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the train station and a shopping mall. The staff were very helpful. There are lots of tourist information at the lobby which they can provide you. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Overall, the hotel was great for a 4-5 days stay. Not as luxurious as the Hyatt over at Hanazono but it does its job.

The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was. And dinner was 260 per person!

Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel. Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.

They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.

The hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor one on the rooftop – it's an amazing experience when it's snowing! The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the ski slopes.

Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.

Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room. The public bath is great. We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet. That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.

The room and meals were excellent, but the building was so cold that I caught a cold. The room was far from the baths and restaurant, so I got chilled while walking there. I would definitely want to avoid going during the colder months.

I stayed at a ryokan with a private hot spring in the room. I used the public bath as well, but I especially liked the private hot spring. All the staff were friendly, and it was even better that the front desk remembered my face.

The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino . The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby. The hotel keeps our luggage for one night and after we back from Noboribetsu we check in again for another 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay here.

A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable. The only downside is that it's quite a distance from the JR station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. Plus, the surrounding area is full of host clubs, which isn't ideal when traveling with children.

The location is a bit far from the subway station, but acceptable. It can be tiring if you're dragging luggage. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. The location is good, not far from the main commercial district. Sapporo city itself isn't that big, so there's no need to choose a hotel near Sapporo Station unless it's during the snowy season. Facilities: The overall design is simple and elegant, and the room is quite spacious. The only thing that's a bit hard to comment on is the placement of the sink; everything else is fine.

This was the hotel I regretted booking the most on this Japan trip. The location wasn’t very convenient it’s quite a walk to the station if you’re dragging luggage, and it’s also a bit far from the shopping streets. The worst part was that housekeeping only came once every three or four days, including basic things like making the bed. That made the stay quite uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located near JR Chitose Station, just two stops from New Chitose Airport (CTS). It is less than a minute's walk to the hotel. Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing. Even though 'JR' is in the hotel's name, it's not actually that close to the JR station – about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel. If convenience for getting around is a top priority for you, I wouldn't really recommend this place, especially if you're hauling luggage in snowy weather.
