Hokkaido, Hakodate, Yunokawa 3-9-20 🧭 Map
It was a great stay at the hotel even though it is not very near to the main tourist area. Overall very pleasant experience with all the facilities provided and small gifts in the suite room. Will definitely go back again for next visit to Hakodate..
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, and what truly makes our stay special every single time is the incredible hospitality of the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Soto.
He is the only one who consistently remembers us and treats us with such genuine respect and kindness. He makes us feel like family. We are leaving for the USA next week, but we will definitely be back soon because of him.
One of the best hotel we ever stayed in Japan. Buffet dinner was superb..scallop and unlimited snow crab provided by hotel. Onsen is top especially the outdoor pool which overlooking the sea. Must stay if anyone plan to go Hakodate
The price was really good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hot springs on the top floor were also very relaxing.
The hotel was excellent and very affordable. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good. The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience.
The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the beach. Directly opposite is the Tropical Botanical Garden, and from the room, you can even spot monkeys in the garden. The hot spring views are absolutely fantastic, and soaking in them on a snowy day was an incredible experience!!!!!!

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the JR station exit. The superior triple room was quite small; it was hard to even open one suitcase, let alone three. The breakfast quality was average, and guests had to cook their own noodles. I saw some guests coughing while preparing their food and not wearing masks. There were Chinese staff at the front desk; though they weren't overly...

This hotel has an amazing location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. For the price, getting such a great location and breakfast is truly excellent. No wonder so many tour groups stay here! On the day we stayed, there were groups from Taiwan, China, and Thailand. I didn't get many photos.
Car park has more space and easy to access to hotel. Hotel location nearly Aeon department store also has Starbucks coffee shop In front of dept
The hotel is new and the location is great, just across the street from Asahikawa Station. There's also a Komeda cafe about a two-minute walk away, which is much less crowded than the one in Sapporo. I even found a glass mug there that was sold out in Sapporo! It's a good alternative for breakfast if you don't book the hotel's.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the train station and a shopping mall. The staff were very helpful. There are lots of tourist information at the lobby which they can provide you. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is varied and delicious. The onsen is clean, and the lobby offers good drinks.

Overall, the hotel was great for a 4-5 days stay. Not as luxurious as the Hyatt over at Hanazono but it does its job.
The room was very spacious, and the outdoor onsen's night view was absolutely stunning. Snowflakes were falling overhead while the hot spring pool steamed, creating a truly blissful moment. The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free. Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose...
The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was. And dinner was 260 per person!
Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel. It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend, 10/10

Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.
Definitely the best hotel i stay in Hokkaido, the washing machine works well, free ice cream & ramen, private onsen
They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.
Great location walking distance from furano station. Love the amenities provided. Great onsen private room, free ice cream, probiotics drinks and late night ramen, breakfast. Nice view from hotel room. Love the hairdryer and skincare products provided in the onsen!
Very recommended hotel in furano, private onsen is the best. All staffs are nice. Free ramen, ice cream , probiotic drink
The hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor one on the rooftop – it's an amazing experience when it's snowing! The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. My only minor complaint is that it's a bit far from the ski slopes.

Locations near to Sapporo station
Room such big for two luggage
The hotel's location is really convenient. I stayed here for 2 nights straight, then went to Asahikawa, and came back to Sapporo and stayed here again. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo.
Cross Hotel Sapporo has a good location. Close to JR Station, very convenience and nearby have Family Mart.
Located 10 mins walk from the Sapporo station. Easy to get to touristy places. Overseeing the TV station from the room.
The public bath is great.
We got a room on the cross floor, that comes with living room, meal counter and separate bath and toilet.
That also gives us access to the lounge with very remarkable drinks and light bites.
The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station, and there are three convenience stores within 100 meters, making its location quite good. The room size is decent, and the facilities are relatively new. The staff are enthusiastic, and cleaning is prompt.
It's so dirty in the elevator, the carpet and the button. I think maybe there would be someone clean it later but it's still dirty in my whole stay there. The front staff is not friendly and show any welcome at all, even when i come for check in or ask for help. The room and meals were excellent, but the building was so cold that I caught a cold. The room was far from the baths and restaurant, so I got chilled while walking there. I would definitely want to avoid going during the colder months.
I stayed at a ryokan with a private hot spring in the room.
I used the public bath as well, but I especially liked the private hot spring. All the staff were friendly, and it was even better that the front desk remembered my face.
Excellent value for money, the room was great, highly recommended, breakfast and dinner were just enough to fill you up, it's an old hotel.
The check-in wait time was a bit long, about an hour. My family and I often stay at hot spring hotels, and there was one time in the past when we had a long line and it took a long time to check in, but I don't think it's unavoidable. There were no free tables at dinner time, so we wandered around for a while. It was disappointing that many of the buffet items were empty. I think the service was good...
I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was a nice, quiet room where I could relax. The open-air bath was also excellent, so I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was that the dinner buffet, although divided into time slots, did not limit the number of people allowed in the venue. The dishes and food were not ready in time, and the food was almost gone, so it was hard to tell what was...

The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino . The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby. The hotel keeps our luggage for one night and after we back from Noboribetsu we check in again for another 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay here.
The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The facilities were good and everything was well organized.
A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable. The only downside is that it's quite a distance from the JR station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. Plus, the surrounding area is full of host clubs, which isn't ideal when traveling with children.
Spacious hotel, but only stay for 1 night due to other hotel no room early flight and no chance to have their breakfast serve. Slight far away from the train station.
The best hotel in Susukino, is always my go to option when I’m there
The location is a bit far from the subway station, but acceptable. It can be tiring if you're dragging luggage. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. There were hairs on the floor in the room. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very spacious, which I absolutely loved. There are also many dining options downstairs, and it's not far to walk to Nakajima Park. Very good overall

The location is good, not far from the main commercial district. Sapporo city itself isn't that big, so there's no need to choose a hotel near Sapporo Station unless it's during the snowy season.
Facilities: The overall design is simple and elegant, and the room is quite spacious. The only thing that's a bit hard to comment on is the placement of the sink; everything else is fine.
Very good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast with 2 options to choose from. Clean and well maintained room.
The hotel’s location was great, in between Sapporo and Odori station. Was easy to get to places we wanted to go and around the main visiting places as well.
This was the hotel I regretted booking the most on this Japan trip. The location wasn’t very convenient it’s quite a walk to the station if you’re dragging luggage, and it’s also a bit far from the shopping streets. The worst part was that housekeeping only came once every three or four days, including basic things like making the bed. That made the stay quite uncomfortable.
This hotel is very near to both JR Sapporo and Sapporo subway station, within 10 min walking distance.
Also, it is easy to walk to Tanikokuji / Susukino street, as well as Odori park.
In terms of facilities, beds are good for 2 people, and well equipped with fridge, hot shower, etc. And it also have public laundry machines, vending machines, book lounge, last but not least the most significant one...
stayed at JR Inn Sapporo Kita 2 Jo from 13–17 February 2026, and I had a wonderful experience. Hotel is fairly new and clean with spacious rooms, well designed. There is a lounge on level 2 and public large bath! Breakfast doesn’t have too many choices but Is of top quality and delicious .
The hotel is newly decorated and quite new now. The location is good and closed to Sapporo JR station.
However, the room is a bit small for three luggages.
I have to give a big shout-out to the hotel's service! The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The location was convenient, yet quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. It was a very satisfying stay!

Hokkaido, Chitose, 6-chōme-4-4 Suehiro 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located near JR Chitose Station, just two stops from New Chitose Airport (CTS). It is less than a minute's walk to the hotel. The room size is modest, as is typical for the price point(i booked early), but the bathroom is more spacious than average. A selection of pillows is available in the lobby for guests to choose from. Guests are required to use the self-check-in machine
We arrived late in Chitose, so decided to stay a night here before driving out tomorrow morning. The room is clean and comfortable, making for a restful stopover. All amenities are conveniently nearby—7‑11, Aeon, and the famous Garaku ramen—plus it’s within walking distance to the JR station. Free parking is available, and it’s easy to get around from here.
The hotel and its rooms are brand new. Although the bed isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. The upside of a smaller bed is that it frees up more floor space. In a room of the same size, I had more room to walk around and easily fit my 26-inch suitcase without it getting in the way. It was very clean and comfortable, I really liked it.

Very convenient location, super near to Jr station, room view is quite good as well. Convenience store like 7-11, family mart, Lawson are just walking distance. Inside the hotel there are alot amenities and facilities like public bath, reading corner, etc. However the room slightly dirty as I saw some long hairs (which is obviously not mine), little shredded paper on the floor.
The hotel is right next to the train station with a direct train from New Chitose Airport. There are convenient stores around the hotel and it is also within walking distance to an AEON Mall with food court and supermarket. The hotel has a guest lounge at the 2nd level right next to the Onsen. It serves as a good social space if you are visiting as a group.

Lobby and rooms are really spacious and clean. Toiletries were mostly provided, water pressure and heating is good. Hospitality was great as well. Located only less then 10mins away from Otaru Stn and accessible to otaru canal. Convenience store just right outside the hotel.
Authant hotel is a very classic n posh hotel in Otaru. Only 8 mins walk from otaru station. Room is spacious, clean n amenities provided are top class. Also Onsen is really nice. Highly recommended if anyone plan to visit Ptaru and stay for a night or 2
The hotel is a 10min walk from the train station so it was hard to get there in snowy and icy conditions. The room was small and comfortable but clean.
Very close to Otaru Canal and Otaru Station, with plenty of food options nearby. It's also incredibly close to Tenguyama Ropeway Station! Everything was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. A fantastic stay overall!
The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The Western breakfast was just okay and not really worth the price. The staff, however, were excellent – very friendly and proactive in opening doors and helping with luggage. The back entrance only has stairs, which was a real pain with all the luggage.

Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing. There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night.
The room isn't huge, but it's big enough to fit two 28-inch suitcases. The sink is outside the bathroom. The hot spring pool downstairs is tiny and I wouldn't recommend it – it didn't seem very clean and had a lot of hair in it. The hotel's location is decent, quite close to Exit 24 of Sapporo Station, and there's a convenience store nearby. There's also a good set-menu restaurant right next door....
Even though 'JR' is in the hotel's name, it's not actually that close to the JR station – about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel. If convenience for getting around is a top priority for you, I wouldn't really recommend this place, especially if you're hauling luggage in snowy weather.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Sapporo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room itself is quite spacious for this type of hotel, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases. Highly recommend this hotel in Asahikawa! The value for money is incredible. The room was much bigger than I expected, and the window view and service were absolutely amazing! Plus, it has a large bathroom. It's right next to the JR station and Aeon mall, and the Kita-Saitō Park behind the JR station alone is enough to explore for three days. The location is incredibly convenient!!!
The location is fantastic, right above JR station. It only takes 5 minutes to get from my room to the platform. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Plus, there's a public bath on the 5th floor, which is incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring.
The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese. It's super easy to get anywhere from here, and the room design is great too. Highly recommend!
Very much enjoyed this hotel. Very convenient located beside the JR. The lounge area was great with free coffee and tea. The service was pleasant. Everything was very clean. The wifi was very fast. Room was nice, everything felt new. The bidet had a blow dryer as well!
Excellent! For this price, staying at such a hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable! It's right next to the JR station, and there's an Aeon downstairs! The room was very clean and tidy.

This 5-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ski slopes. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. There are both public and private onsen, which can be booked for free. The breakfast is good and high-quality. If you visit during the low season, you can get a discount of up to half the usual price. There's a parking fee of 2000 yen per day.
Fantastic hotel and staff. You will not regret booking this place.
Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. It was clean and tidy. The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope...

Hokkaido, Kitami, 4-7 Odori-nishi 🧭 Map
Very good breakfast and has a Japanese bath. Close to Kitami train station and Lawson. Bed slightly hard but didn’t bother me. Very decent.
The large hot spring bath is convenient and easy to use.
However, it would be better if there was a sauna.
It's about a 10-minute walk from Kitami JR Station. The facilities are a bit old. The natural hot spring is very comfortable, but the space is a bit small. The breakfast is very average, especially the long queue to eat, which is very troublesome
It was very good. I will use it again.
It is a little smaller than the average Route Inn and the facilities are a little old. The location is great, a three-minute walk from Kitami station and department stores, and there is a convenience store diagonally opposite. The flat parking lot is large. Breakfast was pretty standard. If you don't clean the room, you will get free drinks.
I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.
