The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again
Clean & compact with free welcome drinks + snack. However some front office staffs not as friendly towards foreign travelers. Only 1 person amenities in the room despite we booked for 2 person.
The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.
The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast attendant explained everything to me in detail, and the breakfast was delicious. I ended up eating too much.

Hokkaido, Hakodate, 1 Chome1-7 Ichinowatari 🧭 Map
Conveniently located. It was the reason I choose this hotel. Went Hakodate for a meal
We stayed here last minute due to some transport cancellations. The location was fantastic, right next to the station. Room was basic but very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath while the snow fell.
This hotel is right next to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto JR Station, making it perfect for a layover when traveling by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakodate. It's a business hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent, and they even have a hot spring bath.
The room was clean and tidy, a good experience overall.
This is an excellent option if you need an overnight stay between train rides or picking up a rental car near Hakodate. Easy train access to Hakodate city if you want to visit. Very nice onsen facilities and the rooms themselves are pretty big! WIll definitely stay here again if I'm taking trains between Honshu and Hokkaido.
New and next to station, staff are nice and responsive to email requests.

Hotel Grand Terrace Obihiro, Obihiro1 / 30

Hokkaido, Obihiro, 11-2, Minami, Nishi 1- Jo 🧭 Map
Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup.
Correspondence of the front desk, explanation were good, too. The surrounding location is good and I would like to use it again.
Economy business hotel with a little bit extra service. Spacious bathroom, public bath onsen spa, laundry area, etc. Hearty breakfast was also great and especially Natto soy bean from local town Otofuke.
Standard business hotel but wait, what’s that? Fantastic extras. Really lovely. Ochazuke (authentic oriental porridge) Mugi-cha (ancient Brian tea), excellent bicycle parking, lovely spacious lounge. Much better than those noisy, overly designed, flashy, stinky boutique hotels. Don’t fix what’s not broken. The Japanese really knew what was what in 1970.
How seriously do you take yourself? When you look into the mirror, what do you see? When I looked into the rather large mirror on the wall of my room at the Grand, I laughed. Because I was tan and healthy.
Hotel is old. Room is small and crammed. Same goes for toilet. Front desk could not quite speak English. Tried to ask for clothes hanger on the phone from our room but the staff could not understand and did not bother to understand, just silence at the other end! Needless to say, service was poor. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

We are frequently stay this hotel no matter which part of Japan as it’s always opposite of the train station 🚉 Very convenient for us go anywhere when need to use the train service 😊 We will always book the spacious room although need top up bit $. This is a new, clean, comfortable bed & cosy hotel for us. Free parking 🅿️ is 👍🏻 By driving nearby many restaurants & shop too. Will stay again when...
The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from JR Abashiri Station. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, though there is a Sukiya restaurant directly opposite. The triple room was quite spacious and clean, with plenty of room to open three suitcases comfortably. We had a view of the Abashiri River from the window. The bathroom was very small, and there was a major drawback...
Excellent location just opposite of JR Abashiri and a Sukiya. Express check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Free coffee and tea at common area whole day. Clean room and provide all facilities needed. Will choose this hotel again if visiting Abashiri again in the future.
The location is great, right outside the JR station. It's super convenient to get to the airport or attractions as there's a bus stop right across the street. The room was clean, and the price was really good. You can even grab makeup remover, facial cleanser, and skincare samples at the front desk. The downside is that breakfast was just so-so, nothing special. Also, there's only one elevator for...
The location is great, right across from the JR station. The room was reasonably spacious for two adults and one child. We arrived at noon, and when we got our room key and went up, we found the room was still being cleaned. We were told it wouldn't be ready until after 3 PM. You have to buy disposable slippers at the front desk. On the first floor, there's a water dispenser, ice machine, and microwave...
The location of the hotel is just superb, right opposite Abashiri Station. Then the service and the food are satisfactory, highly recommended to stay her

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator...
The room size was decent. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite handy. They don't allow early check-in, not even by an hour, unless you pay an extra fee. It's hotel policy, so I understand.
The breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly :
The hotel is not far from the subway, so the location is quite convenient. The double bed in the room was a decent size. However, the cleanliness of the toilet needs improvement. They only clean the room once every three nights, and basic room hygiene shouldn't be overlooked.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was spotless and well-equipped, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and professional; they were always quick to help with any issues, which made us feel completely at home. We'll definitely choose...

a very little warm room, but they do provide quiet a variety of free drinks while check in which is a plus point
Great deal. Spacious and many parking available. Clean and very convenient! Not far from restaurant street but without the noise.
Hotel location is pretty good, surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. However, carpark is kind of funny and you will need to cross the street. Overall, I will give it a 2.8 as the hotel seems to be a little old and need refurbishment.

Key is a very cute touch. Employees were friendly and accommodating.
Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.
Polite and English speaking front desk staff. Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan. Renovation needed. Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns: 1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat. I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. 2. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. 3. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped...
I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was very simple; by 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left to eat. The overall environment was quite good. The room key was very unique.

Decent accomodation option, good price, and the breakfast was great. A little out of town but they have shuttles. The beds however were really small, smaller than a single bed..
For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. It's very quiet. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. There's no onsen (hot spring), but you can use the onsen at the sister hotel, Vale. A noticeable problem is the poor soundproofing. The walls are okay, but the doors aren't soundproof.
We went during summer, so there wasn’t much to do around (not saying that it’s a bad thing). Hotel was clean, but you have to drive to get to this hotel. Toilet was big and spacious. Air conditioning had some issues on the first day but it somehow was fixed by the second night. It shouldn’t be an issue for most people since people only come here during winter.

Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good! But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot. Customer service is very good. Breakfast is average. 4 star hotel
The room is small thought the hotel is quite new and modern. Live the breakfast, has many options. The location is a bit far but hotel provides shuttle service.

The greeting at the front desk was welcoming and warm and the location is in good proximity to restaurants while being one block from the busy main stretch. However, room is noticeably dated with scuffs, mold, and a less than comfy mattress. OK on a budget, but in the future I will seek more modern comfort.
Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Good Service: Good Facilities: Good Thumbs up!
The accommodation is inexpensive, a bit of a walk but not too far. The breakfast is delicious.
The stay was fantastic! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and parking was convenient. The best part was the happy hour, which was incredibly cost-effective. All three services were impeccable and a huge plus. I highly recommend it to all travelers!
It's an older business hotel, but the location is quite convenient. They also offer paid parking at 800 JPY per day with unlimited in/out privileges. Most staff were friendly and welcoming, except for one manager-like figure (in a black suit, rarely at the front desk) who seemed rather unwelcoming and didn't smile. Location, hot springs – excellent!
It's a shame that there is no open-air bath, but the spring water is of excellent quality and warms the body. The breakfast is also delicious, so I stay here every time.
Breakfast is a set meal, but after I sat down and ordered, I was left alone for over 20 minutes, and when I told them I'd had enough and wanted to leave, they came right away. It wasn't very crowded, so maybe they were busy clearing away other tables? If it takes that long, it's messing up my plans, so I wish they'd offer a buffet instead. It's a shame.
The bath is a moor hot spring, and although the tub isn't very large, it left my skin feeling smooth and silky, which was great. I had the impression that there weren't many amenities. The breakfast didn't seem to be very filling. It was a bit difficult to find a parking space, and the next morning, when I left the hotel and headed to the parking lot, the road in front of the hotel entrance had poor...
The free-flowing moor hot spring was great. The hot spring is quite hot, but as soon as you get in, it feels slippery and comfortable. There is a fee for motorcycle parking, but it's indoors, which is great.

The hotel looks a bit old inside but it's been recently refurbished. Since I wanted to make the most of Rebun, I decided to book for 5 nights. I had no other choice but to reserve a bedroom with breakfast and dinner included. Also, the price for one person was the same as for 2. So in the end it was very pricey. This is one of the more upscale hotels on the island, very close to the harbor and the observation deck trail, offering a great spot for photographing Mount Rishiri across the water.
A very comfortable Japanese-style inn. The rooms are spacious, with sofas in addition to tatami mats. The restaurant faces Rishiri Island. Today I stayed at the Rebun Kanko Hotel Sakuryo, located near the ferry terminal on Rebun Island. The hotel is extremely clean. It was also very well-maintained, which was great. The location is near the pier, so you can see the boats as soon as you disembark. The buffet breakfast and dinner are of good quality. There are many narrow streets in Rei-man and Birishiri, so drive carefully, but overall it's a good place. 👍

they are asking for tourist tax 700 yen which didn’t notice before check out . That was disappointing
Great access to ski slopes. But rooms are very dated and you can’t cool room since the hotel has switched all air cons to heat only as of today 29 September - our room is 26 degrees and hard to sleep. Also pool staff need to try and be more helpful to guests rather than behaving like municipal pool attendants.

The hotel is located by the lake, and the sunset views from the rooms are a major selling point. The beach is right outside the room, creating a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed juice, and the restaurant is beautiful. Freshly toasted eggs are also available.

Everything about the hotel was extremely good and overall the service was good, except the last day at breakfast the staff were not as helpful. Our room was spacious with great views and it was a good hotel as a base for touring, my only issue was the breakfast finished at 8:30 - that is too early when on holiday!!
I visited in early June and stayed for 2 nights. It turned from sunny to cloudy that day. Unfortunately, I didn't see the sunset. The lake view was beautiful. It was very hot in the room that day. The hotel is old but its still clean. I can tell its going out of business. The food is fine but not many options.
