The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, right outside JR Chitose Station. Across from the JR station, there's an Aeon mall with McDonald's, KFC, Saizeriya, and Yoshinoya, making dining very convenient. Overall, the hotel offers average value for money. If you're not catching an early flight, I'd recommend staying in Sapporo instead.

All amenities, room, and facility are OK. They has a small Onsen tub. I stayed here to plan to get to the airport in the morning fast. It is only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport and very close to Chitose station in 1 mins walk. Pretty expensive during snow festival tho.

The hotel's location is super convenient, especially for hot springs. After a relaxing soak, you can head to the manga room, which has a great selection of popular titles.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the JR Chitose station. There is a 7- Eleven nearby. It is also walkable to AEON. The room is spacious. Definitely my fav hotel. Only 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport.

I think this is the best option if you want to find a hotel in Obihiro. The staff were helpful, very nice. The location is just the best.

Even though the rooms were labeled as non-smoking the was a smell of smoke in the room. I suppose this is coming over the AC to the rooms. We changed rooms three times until we considered it bearable. The breakfast was not held in the normal breakfast location but a huge meeting/ball room. As such, the atmosphere was not the greatest. The quality of the food was great though.

Hotel Nikko has great customer service at their front desk. Very helpful when we were checking on the Typhoon Mari status as we were driving from Obihiro to Sapporo. The breakfast selections are very extensive and complete . Close to the train station too.

The hotel is a 10min walk from the train station so it was hard to get there in snowy and icy conditions. The room was small and comfortable but clean.

Very close to Otaru Canal and Otaru Station, with plenty of food options nearby. It's also incredibly close to Tenguyama Ropeway Station! Everything was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. A fantastic stay overall!

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The Western breakfast was just okay and not really worth the price. The staff, however, were excellent – very friendly and proactive in opening doors and helping with luggage. The back entrance only has stairs, which was a real pain with all the luggage.

I stayed in a room with a great view. The room was comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, Taoyuan. However, the shop closed early, so I wasn't able to look around for souvenirs, which was a shame.

Because our itinerary was too rushed the previous day, Tomakomai became our transit point. We also planned to go to the Shiraro Beef Festival the next day. Looking at the map, Tomakomai was the perfect place. It's a landmark traditional hotel. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with a nice view.

Highly recommend this hotel in Asahikawa! The value for money is incredible. The room was much bigger than I expected, and the window view and service were absolutely amazing! The location is fantastic, right above JR station. It only takes 5 minutes to get from my room to the platform. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Plus, there's a public bath on the 5th floor, which is incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring.

The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese. It's super easy to get anywhere from here, and the room design is great too. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed this hotel. Very convenient located beside the JR. The lounge area was great with free coffee and tea. The service was pleasant. Everything was very clean. The wifi was very fast. Room was nice, everything felt new. The bidet had a blow dryer as well!

The room was very clean. Toiletries and skincare products are available downstairs. The convenience store is very close to the hotel, less than 100 meters away. It's also not far from the TV Tower and the Big Buddha.

This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. The hotel room was a bit small, but the hot spring was fantastic. The location right in Tanukikoji 6 was super convenient. Location is average as a whole, 500m ish walking distance to the train station which is perfectly fine except when it's winter. Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. It's really beautiful, and the location is quite convenient. However, there wasn't enough snow for skiing, so we couldn't ski anywhere. The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and we had to drive to another ski resort (3.5 hours round trip). But trip.com was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.

Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year. The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath.

Perfect location for one night stay, just a little bit confuse when check it, i went to the 2nd floor (beside domestic departure) and found entrance for a lift to 3rd floor lobby. Breakfast is provided and if extra time, u can visit the onsen on 4th floor which are quite far away from the hotel. Pls take note that the domestic terminal will close after 11:30pm and u cannot walk around in the terminal

Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need. Good for just staying for skii trips or short visit in Sapporo.

This was a nice hotel. It seemed a little old fashioned on decor but more modern than many western hotels. Room was spacious (twin room). Pillows in room were a little hard with some sort of grain in them (may have good postural pillows, though) BUT there is a pillow menu in the hotel lobby if you wish to change your pillows. The hotel is a little out of the way, though.
