Although it's only 600 meters from Sapporo Station, the paths were covered in ice shards, making it very difficult to pull luggage, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by. However, it was a shame that the front desk service varied significantly depending on the staff member. Some were very polite, while others provided only minimal service without even making eye contact....

The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus. If I ever come back to Sapporo, I'd definitely stay here again.

Location is average as a whole, 500m ish walking distance to the train station which is perfectly fine except when it's winter. The good thing however is the breakfast, free ramen at night, free ice cream, free probiotic drink in the morning. Room is also fairly reasonably large compared to Tokyo rooms.

Enjoyed my stay at Lifort Hotel Sapporo for 5 nights. The hotel has a 4-star feel, and while the facilities are slightly older, the stay was still comfortable. The hotel location is great, right near Nakajima Park. You can take a stroll there during the day. The hotel is great, and the window view is beautiful, overlooking Nakajima Park and half of the city. The hotel has a laundry room, microwave, and ice machine. You can also request daily cleaning, and the amenities are very comprehensive, including facial cleanser, moisturizer, makeup remover, razor, cotton swabs, comb, and more. The room is also very warm. I can't find any flaws.

I always try to stay at Dormy Inn when in Japan as I rarely have any bad surprises and usually are well maintained & clean. Onsen and late night ramen are nice

This hotel has a great location very near the Sapporo Clock Tower and TV Tower where most of the tour groups meet up. It has also a nearby Lawson & Family Mart which is just a few steps away from the hotel. The Fairfield by Marriott Sapporo offers excellent value for money. The decor is simple and in a Japanese style, and the room was, as expected, very tidy and clean. While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, which might be inconvenient on a snowy day, overall it's a good choice!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, it felt like a luxurious Japanese feast. The hotel's back exit opens right onto Tanukikoji, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. If you're sensitive to smoke, definitely avoid the smoking rooms. Even the air purifier was steeped in secondhand smoke. However, the hotel's overall facilities are good 👍. There's a massage chair and various multiplayer card games available, as well as a play area for children.

This hotel is a good alternative to Chitose Airport Hotel. They offer FREE shuttle services to and from the airport. If you wish to stay the night, due to weather or early flight out, this is a good alternative. Price is reasonable. From CTS to the hotel, shuttle service begins at 5pm on an hourly basis.
