Hokkaido, Sapporo, 6-1-9 Kita-6-jyo-nisi kita-ku 🧭 Map
This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around.
Breakfast was also very good.
Good location. With Japanese public bath. Serve free ice cream. Nice breakfast.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need. The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor...
Walkable to sapporo station, family mart nearby, able to store luggage before check in time.
The location is within easy walking distance of major attractions, subway lines, and great restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, fantastic night's sleep every single night. Best of all, the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!
When I first entered the hotel room, my initial impression wasn't great; some of the furniture looked a bit old. However, after staying for two weeks, I grew to love it more and more. Firstly, Japanese hotels excel in service; everyone, from the top management to the housekeepers, is Japanese. This is a stark contrast to my experiences in Osaka where many staff were Vietnamese, in Nagoya with many...

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive; there are many amenities on the first floor, and you can even borrow snow-playing tools from the front desk.
Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good; everything is cleaned thoroughly.
Environment: The environment is pretty nice, with several convenience stores nearby.
Service: The service is quite good.
Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat). The room was quite spacious. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Nakajima Park and the subway station, and it's also very close to Susukino. Bottled water was provided in the...
This was our first night's transit hotel, and while it didn't have a hot spring bath, it was right across from Nakajima Park. Seeing such a beautiful view right after landing completely melted away the chill. I booked a double room; it was a bit small but very clean. The toiletries were good quality, and breakfast was decent.
I booked a single room and found it to be a decent size with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication a breeze. On the first floor, there's a lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a self-service counter for essentials like razors. Further down a corridor, you'll find the laundry room with dryers, which was very convenient. My room was...
The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, very close to Nakajima Park. It was perfect for going downstairs to play in the snow when it snowed heavily. All in all, it was fantastic. The room was tidy and clean, and the service was good.
Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather.
Not only she assisted cleaning...

Hokkaido, Niseko, 11-4 Niseko Hirafu 1-jo 3-chome 🧭 Map
This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants. Service was impeccable. They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see...
This hotel has stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, and a high degree of privacy. The onsen is excellent. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.
It is always very nice to stay here. It is a Ski in - Ski our property with fantastic ski valet.
This 5-star hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the ski slopes. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. There are both public and private onsen, which can be booked for free. The breakfast is good and high-quality. If you visit during the low season, you can get a discount of up to half the usual price. There's a parking fee of 2000 yen per day.
Fantastic hotel and staff. You will not regret booking this place.
Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. It was clean and tidy. The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope...

This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs. Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold. I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this...
It was a decent room, small but comfortable beds. Good location in susukino, and yet quiet enough to have a good sleep.
The breakfast was very poor, just boiled eggs and some cold and hard toasts and pastries. You can have something better for the same price in any cafe around.
The staff was not the most friendly either, the first guy I met when I arrived was very helpful and lovely but the ladies...
Although it's only 600 meters from Sapporo Station, the paths were covered in ice shards, making it very difficult to pull luggage, so we ended up taking taxis everywhere. The single room was tiny; it was hard to move around with two suitcases open. The most frustrating part was that the Wi-Fi was practically unusable. Breakfast only consisted of bread and soup curry, which I wouldn't recommend buying...
If you enjoy walking, this location is absolutely fantastic! Most nearby tourist attractions are within walking distance, and it was great that the bus stop and Sapporo Station were also close by.
However, it was a shame that the front desk service varied significantly depending on the staff member. Some were very polite, while others provided only minimal service without even making eye contact....
The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus. If I ever come back to Sapporo, I'd definitely stay here again.
The room was a bit small, but well-maintained and clean. However, the location was super convenient, very close to Sapporo Station. It's only a 3-minute walk from the subway exit, making it perfect for solo travelers or those taking the JR to other destinations.

room small but ok. tv need to pay and the tv got ********** as children is not suitable.
I think almost all my stays at Dormy Inns in Japan has been great.
Location is average as a whole, 500m ish walking distance to the train station which is perfectly fine except when it's winter.
The good thing however is the breakfast, free ramen at night, free ice cream, free probiotic drink in the morning. Room is also fairly reasonably large compared to Tokyo rooms.
Short walk away from the station, great value for money. Room is small but not cramped.
There is onsen and free ice cream. There was also complimentary late night ramen but this might be limited time
The room was tiny. There's free multi-story parking. We got stuck in Hokkaido for a night because our flight was canceled due to a heavy snowfall in Sapporo on Jan 25th. All the hotels near Chitose were fully booked, so we ended up finding this place an hour's drive (80 km) away. The hotel also has an onsen. The front desk recommended Ippei Yakitori, but it was just so-so. The main issue was how incredibly...
Good hotel and onsen. We enjoyed our stayed there. There is a lot of complimentary like ice cream, yakult after onsen. And at night there is free ramen. Kids really happy. Definitely will come back someday

I always try to stay at Dormy Inn when in Japan as I rarely have any bad surprises and usually are well maintained & clean. Onsen and late night ramen are nice
There is a good hot spring and sauna. They serve a ramen noodle for free at night.
They have a good spring in the facility. Delicious Ramen is available during night time about 2hrs. Good services
Great for short stay. Theres complimentary ice-cream, yogurt drink and ramen.
Convenient and nearby main street has many local delicacy. Great stay overall.

Rooms were very clean and neat and I like it.It even prepare a toothbrush and other necessary things for bath. There were also breakfast but we didn't go for it as we need to fasting.Overall it was very nice place!
There are four APA hotels in Sapporo, so it took me a bit to locate this one. The TKP is perfectly located between Odori Park and Sapporo Station which made walking around and exploring easy. The rooms were small with little room for anything besides a double bed and desk along the wall. Unfortunately the room I stayed in had mysterious streaking stains inside the toilet and was unbearably hot. I was...
I’ve stayed in countless hotels in Japan, and many APA hotels.
The main things I care about when rating a hotel: location, cleanliness, cost-to-performance, and compatibility for non-smokers.
I don’t put much value in room size because Japanese hotels tend to be smaller, and I use hotels for just sleeping, not for lounging.
Location: 8/10
Cleanliness: 7/10
Cost-to-performance: 6/10
Non-smoker compatibility...
Pretty good hotel , Lobby is on 6th floor, the staff are nice , good service and helpful, here is not far from Sapporo station around 500 meters by walk, and from airport bus stops around 200 meters by walk , bus stops to Sapporo beer museum, I stayed 17 th and 21th of December, it was snowing, it was difficult to walk because the floor was slippery , opposite with hotel has 7-11 , and Yayoi is...
1. The front desk personnel were very helpful. She even helped us book taxis since we had a flight to catch and it was peak hour.
2. The room was a typical APA room—minimalist—but the amenities were great, especially the toiletries and the coffee, tea, and water.
It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get around. There's a convenience store right in front, which is convenient for shopping at night.

Key is a very cute touch. Employees were friendly and accommodating.
Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.
Polite and English speaking front desk staff.
Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan.
Renovation needed.
Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room.
However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns:
1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat. I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe.
2. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them.
3. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped...
I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was very simple; by 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left to eat. The overall environment was quite good. The room key was very unique.

"Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite). Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0.5–1km from Susukino. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. A no-frills hotel. Note that this hotel is NOT connected to the station. Rooms are small. Amenities are to be taken from the first floor. Room has one window but since it's very close to the tracks, they have a thick sliding door to block out the sound.
This hotel is super close to the JR station exit, making the location really convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly well-designed. I was able to open both a 24-inch and a 30-inch suitcase comfortably. It has everything you need, a small space but fully equipped! Staying one night in Sapporo, the hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Sapporo JR Station. It's suitable for a layover before heading to Asahikawa or catching a flight from New Chitose. The room size is on the smaller side, so I'd recommend not booking the smallest room available.

Our family booked a non-smoking quadruple room for 2 nights. It had one large bed and two single beds, and the space was sufficient. The room was also very clean. The only thing we found a bit unusual was that the bathroom was located at the very back of the room instead of near the entrance. Every evening, adults received a complimentary beer. The hotel is conveniently located right off a pedestrian...
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, it felt like a luxurious Japanese feast. The hotel's back exit opens right onto Tanukikoji, making it incredibly convenient for shopping. The only minor drawback was the slightly small bathroom for the room type I booked, but other than that, everything was perfect. The hotel also feels very new.
Guys , this hotel is super convenient location! You can enjoy free beer daily every night! The pork bowl rice served during breakfast is so yummy. Amenities are provided so don’t waste your luggage space bringing them from your country! Focus on shopping when staying in this hotel!
Everything in this hotel was excellent, the location is right across donki in the covered shopping area, the breakfast also many options and very good, it's our 3rd time here and definitely will book here again.
The location is quite good. If you walk past the ground floor restaurant from the hotel lobby, you'll find the back entrance, which leads directly to Tanukikoji 4 – very convenient. Firstly, the service was great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel booking platform I used stated the room size was 32 square meters. The main building for check-in is really close to JR station. Just exit, go straight, turn left after you see Lawson, and then another left at the intersection. It's about 400 meters. The hotel is spread out in several areas. After check-in, the staff told us our villa was another 10-minute walk away. Luckily, there's a shuttle service both ways. It meant we were quite a distance from the onsen, but...
There's a delicious soup curry restaurant right downstairs in the main building, but if your room happens to be directly above the kitchen, it can get quite smelly. The location is very convenient for transportation, being close to the JR station.
Everything is perfect for that price. Lovely staff that I've known for ten years now. Arigato gozaimasu.🙏🏼
The location is great, but the hotel is a bit old and dusty in many areas. What's more, the hotel accommodation and the reception are in separate buildings, and so are the hot springs. The hotel is a bit far from Hakodate Station and the main city attractions, but the room was quite clean and the price was very reasonable. I accidentally lost my key card and had to pay a 2000 yen replacement fee, but overall it was a good stay.

Kudos to this hotel. My stay there was amazing. The hotel is close to streetcar station, but during winter it still pretty challenging to pull your luggage. Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.
Definitely the best hotel i stay in Hokkaido, the washing machine works well, free ice cream & ramen, private onsen
They offer public and private onsen for free. You need to queue for your turn to use the private onsen. One ppl can use up to 50min. 10-11pm, they offer late noodle at the canteen. Noodle taste good.
Great location walking distance from furano station. Love the amenities provided. Great onsen private room, free ice cream, probiotics drinks and late night ramen, breakfast. Nice view from hotel room. Love the hairdryer and skincare products provided in the onsen!

The location is excellent.
It was close to a large shopping mall, which was nice.
The breakfast was excellent.
Parking was convenient.
The rooms were quiet and warm.
It's a friendly hotel.
I've stayed here several times because it's close to the station and reasonably priced.
The parking attendants and front desk staff are very friendly.
Aeon is within walking distance, and I ended up parking my car in an affiliated parking lot, which was much cheaper than in town.
The large public bath isn't very large, but it's very relaxing to soak in.
This time, there were no Chinese tourists...
Since it was my first solo trip in a while and I wasn't in a place I'd been to often, I searched for a hotel near the station where I wouldn't get lost and stayed here!
It was a little far from the city center, so I had to walk a bit, but it was quiet and peaceful at night.
The hotel's amenities only listed "towels," so I asked through chat if they had bath towels and was told they didn't.
However...
It's alright. It's close to Asahikawa subway station, so transportation is convenient. There's a bus to Asahikawa Airport near the subway station. You can choose your own time slot for breakfast to avoid the crowds. The facilities are all decent.
I stayed for two nights and didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so it’s hard to comment on the service, but at the very least, there was nothing negative. The room was clean, and although the furnishings and facilities are a bit dated, they were still well functional and didn’t cause any discomfort. The location of hotel is excellent.
My main complaint would be the very poor sound insulation...

The hotel keeps our luggage for one night and after we back from Noboribetsu we check in again for another 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay here.
The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price. The facilities were good and everything was well organized.
A decent hotel, impeccably clean, and quite spacious. We booked two double beds for our family of three, and the price was also very reasonable. The only downside is that it's quite a distance from the JR station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. Plus, the surrounding area is full of host clubs, which isn't ideal when traveling with children.
Spacious hotel, but only stay for 1 night due to other hotel no room early flight and no chance to have their breakfast serve. Slight far away from the train station.
The best hotel in Susukino, is always my go to option when I’m there
The location is a bit far from the subway station, but acceptable. It can be tiring if you're dragging luggage. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. There were hairs on the floor in the room. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very spacious, which I absolutely loved. There are also many dining options downstairs, and it's not far to walk to Nakajima Park. Very good overall

Definitely will come again and again!!
Great location - close to Odori, Susukino and Tanukijoki Arcade. Easy to get to with the airport bus.
Room is clean, and bathtub is nice to use after a long day of walking. Breakfast is very full in the morning - head there early, or go to Family Mart around the corner
overall ok. but a bit far from sapporo station. Room entrance is small.
Good location and clean, highly recommend choose this hotel.
Check in after my road trip ended.
Greet by a ********* staff, overall is friendly and good.
Guide us how to get into station by walking underground!/underroof for faster access.
The room is considered spacious in Japan for 3pax family.
Bathroom is quite spacious as well.
The location is a near to odori but not so near. But considered convenient, surround by convenient stores and restaurant...
Extremely satisfied! The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. They even have Chinese-speaking staff. I absolutely loved the bathroom design; it felt just like soaking in a hot spring. It's very close to Tanukikoji, and the surrounding area is lively. It was so nice to walk back to the hotel after dinner to digest. The cleanliness was also top-notch. All in all, I'm incredibly happy with my...
