The room is big and clean. Service is good. I wish the wifi speed is faster, and more wall outlet available. Only one wall outlet on the desk is not enough.

staff were every kind. We could deposit our baggage 1 night since we stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else 1 night and came back to stayed one more night. However we saw they provided free milk for guess in the fridge but we have never got it for 3 nights

The hotel is a bit far from the Kushiro JR line. Although there are shopping malls nearby, most of the restaurants were already closed by the evening of my arrival, and there weren't many people around. The hotel has some history, and the room facilities inevitably show signs of use. The breakfast restaurant is on the top floor with a fantastic view!

The hotel is right by the Otaru Canal, and you can see the canal from your room. It also has its own hot spring, and the toiletries are from Pola. The Japanese-style breakfast has pretty much everything you'd expect, though the room itself is a bit small.

Well , apart from the station , a jump from the station there’s not much around the hotel . But , the top floor Onsen is 5 Star . Absolutely excellent will even outside area . Worth booking for this alone . Top notch hotel , and the reception are patient and friendly.

Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Check before you visit. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff are helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step. Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!

It's very close to Obihiro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available downstairs at the hotel, which is convenient. The rooms are standard Japanese-style and generally new. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, and both are quite tasty.

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. There was a parking lot on-site, so I was able to quickly leave my car at night. The hot springs were very relaxing, so I enjoyed them both in the morning and at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Obihiro.

We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid. Overall we love it and will definitely visit again.

The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub . The hotel room was a bit small, but the hot spring was fantastic. The location right in Tanukikoji 6 was super convenient. After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen.

The only seat in the room was a small wooden bench with no cushion and i did miss the soothing ambience of late night tv after a long day of exploring. I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere. And even though the hotel doesn’t have a TV in the room, but you get a vinyl record player instead, so you can enjoy listening to music. 🎶🏙️

The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed. In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great. This was my first time staying here. It was close to downtown so I had no trouble finding dinner. The room I stayed in this time only had a shower, no bathtub. I had no major complaints and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
