Room was rather clean, however the room was kinda small for 3 +1 family. Nonetheless the location was fantastic.

The staff at the restaurant are not polite enough, but so far is satisfactory. It was a bit stinky on the 2nd floor.

The hotel location was great! It's can be accessed directly from the tanukikoji shopping street. Room space was big, we able to open 2 luggages at the same time. The free bath and welcome drinks were so good. We would definitely choose this hotel again when we go Hokkaido next round.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but I was honestly very disappointed. The soundproofing was terrible — I could hear every noise throughout the night and couldn’t sleep at all. We booked two rooms for a family of four. First, the location is strategic, they have a back door leading straight to Tanukikoji shopping street. Second, the service is attentive. They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best. Will return! 5/5.

Great location - close to Odori, Susukino and Tanukijoki Arcade. Easy to get to with the airport bus. Room is clean, and bathtub is nice to use after a long day of walking. Breakfast is very full in the morning - head there early, or go to Family Mart around the corner

The hotel is right by the Otaru Canal, and you can see the canal from your room. It also has its own hot spring, and the toiletries are from Pola. The Japanese-style breakfast has pretty much everything you'd expect, though the room itself is a bit small.

We were impressed by the service and location of the hotel. We had stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel last trip and were still impressed by its simple yet modern style. The cleanliness was outstanding, which made our stay truly relaxing.

Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Check before you visit. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff are helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step. Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!

It's very close to Obihiro Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available downstairs at the hotel, which is convenient. The rooms are standard Japanese-style and generally new. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, and both are quite tasty.

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. There was a parking lot on-site, so I was able to quickly leave my car at night. The hot springs were very relaxing, so I enjoyed them both in the morning and at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Obihiro.

Love the e free cocktails every evening of our stay. The hotel is easily visible along main road for first timer. Accessible and is center the shopping and restaurants. Wish they can clean and tidy the room everyday and not just replacing towels. At the basement of the hotel is an access to underground mall and mega donki which I truly admire. No stress.

The location is excellent. However, the hotel does not have an in-house onsen, and the breakfast selection is quite limited with few choices. Nevertheless, I would definitely book this hotel again, as the location is perfect.

I booked a Dormy Inn chain hotel, and the room was quite spacious. The rooftop hot spring was excellent, and they even had a sauna and ice cream. It was also pretty quiet at night. Oh, and after 9:30 PM, they offer complimentary cold noodles as a late-night snack, which is a nice touch.

We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid. Overall we love it and will definitely visit again.

The hotel room was a bit small, but the hot spring was fantastic. The location right in Tanukikoji 6 was super convenient. After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen.

Really nice hotel but room design was a little cold. The only seat in the room was a small wooden bench with no cushion and i did miss the soothing ambience of late night tv after a long day of exploring. I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere. And even though the hotel doesn’t have a TV in the room, but you get a vinyl record player instead, so you can enjoy listening to music. 🎶🏙️

It is an old hotel, but the service is good, the space is spacious, suitable for the whole family, there are many kinds of hot spring pools, and the meals are cheap and delicious. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed. In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great. However, it might be a bit difficult to move around with a carrier, so please note. There were also many Genghis Khan restaurants right next door. I'll attach a photo as well.

We enjoyed our stay there in the family room for family of 4. Spacious, clean and well maintained bathroom. I had sound sleep with the bed provided. The Hotel was kind enough to send my phone forgotten in the room with a courier service. Train station is within 5-7 mins walking distance and it is convenient to explore Sapporo from here.
