Very good location, friendly staff and very good cleaning service.
Location is good. It is close to the central area. Room is spacious enough for 2. Although you cannot open 2 luggages at the same time. There’s a mini fridge and a kettle. Free coffee and tea. Also you can borrow hair curler and iron on the front desk. They also offer other things you can borrow like nail cutter and others. They change towels everyday. But room cleaning is not allowed until your 4th...
Is a simple hotel and location is near one shopping mall If the staff attitude can be improve abut will be nice
The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities and comfortable bedding. The location is convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and responsive. Overall, it was a great experience – quiet, hygienic, and good value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
Location is good, but our room very smelly. I book non smoking room but room very smelly.
The location is super convenient, just 110 meters from Hosui-Susukino Station, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast buffet is a must-try; it's incredibly diverse, with a seafood rice bowl (kaisendon) available every day. It's absolutely amazing value for money, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo!

Hokkaido, Sapporo, 4 Chyome 11-1, Kita 8 Jonishi 🧭 Map
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little...
This hotel is in a great location. The convenience store was just at opposite of the road. The staffs were friendly and the room was clean. They provided pyjamas daily. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall.
The triple room was a bit cramped, but with some clever rearranging, it worked out great. The bathroom's odor extraction and dehumidifying features were surprisingly powerful, and I have no idea how they managed it since there's no visible switch or noise. Every day, I'd head to the second-floor hot spring bath; it was so relaxing and never crowded. Just remember to bring your room key to scan for...
This hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, and there's a Seicomart (convenience store) right next door. It's only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which has a shopping mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!
The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.
Guests staying at the hotel have complimentary access to the large public bath. Facilities: There's a smoking room, and free self-service tea and coffee are available. Cleanliness: Multiple cleaning options are provided, and the service is very thorough. Location: It's also very convenient, just a 5-8 minute walk from JR Sapporo Station.

Hokkaido, Niseko, Aza Iwaobetsu Kutchan co 🧭 Map
This season offers great value for money, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers since you can access the slopes directly from the hotel's first floor. The breakfast spread is fantastic, with Japanese, Chinese, and Western options. Our room overlooked the ski resort and Mount Yotei, providing a stunning view every morning. We'll definitely be staying here again.
Great hotel, with ski locker and ski in ski out facilities. Wide range if great restaurants to choose from except some restaurants are closed from April.
The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children. This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable...
Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Ski in ski out. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzis. Equipped gym. Private onsens available in certain room types. Bit of a indoor bug infestation problem and general staff need more training, given hotel rate class...
Will definitely stay again! Super suitable for family trips.
The hotel is very good nice real nice room nice food. I try almost all the restaurant in the hotel because I spend 8 night there and my family plays ski and snowboard almost every day. We love the environment around there. It’s so cool if you had a chance we will go back again soon.

Location is very good 👍🏻 right in the city of Sapporo. Many restaurant & shop by walking distance. Breakfast also great with many varieties. Very spacious & quiet room. Will stay again when back to Sapporo 😊 Lobby Lawson convenient shop is open 24hr, easy us anytime need food & drink just step down can get 👍🏻
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Location is very convenient and food surrounding. Easy to move around city area.
The room felt very dusty and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. There were pee stained when we checked into the room. Had to call the staff up. Although the compensated with 2 canned drinks but it’s just hurrying to see such stains especially we are females. Hygiene to us is very important.
5-10 minutes walk to eateries and shops and subway, next to hotel is Lawson convenient store. Staff efficient and provides fast service. I find the downside is you can only shower inside bathtub which is inconvenient to small kids and elderly, and you cant eat and drink in hotel lobby so cabt chill in lobby with families, and there is no Type C charger so you must use travel adapter. I stayed here for the first day and the last three days of my Hokkaido trip. The room was quite spacious, and the location was very convenient for transportation. Excellent stay in Sapporo with great service. The staff speak fluent English and were very helpful. The room was very clean and well arranged. For the location, you can walk through the hotel’s path to Nagajimakoen Station Exit 1—it’s not as far as Google Maps suggests, and there’s also an elevator nearby, which is super convenient. The bathroom was big. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay
This hotel surrounding with greenery, I especially love it’s snow scenery in winter. Extremely beautiful!
The staff were friendly and attentive. There were also complimentary desserts and drinks for the room type that we booked. The furnishing is dated but it was still a comfortable stay. There was a range of nice toiletries provided. Offers 2 options of breakfast with freshly baked croissants
The Hotel location is very best located in the Park and very delicious breakfast and very near to the train station
Overall, it's pretty good. The path from the subway station to the lobby is beautiful, with cedar trees, lights, and music, creating a very romantic winter atmosphere. The Japanese breakfast at the hotel is also good, but there were too many Chinese tourists.
There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll. That same path is right across from Subway Exit...

Good value for money hotel. Onsen small but appreciated, breakfast for free was a nice addition. Staff friendly and helpful. A few minutes walk from the station. Recommended.
Nice hotel. Near chitose JR station & with onsen. Hotel walking distance to Aeon Mall . We use the hotel shuttle to the airport.
good location. clean and comfortable room. free shuttle to airport. will book again if come this way
I have stayed both of my trip in this hotel last year and this year. 1. There is a izakaya (居酒屋) opposite and its taste good. The Q is long but worth it. 2. Quite an old hotel that needs a renovation. Rooms are typical Japanese size (not big). Airconditioning that like most older Japanese hotels are a/c in summer and heat in winter and cannot be changed. Wow! Absolutely loved the accessibility, and how easy it was to get from there to the malls, the station, or even avoid a few of the road crossings if you're walking further away than the underground stretches. Breakfast is fantastic but make sure you show up a little early if you plan on having the buffet - I waited about 10 mins and the spread and quality was worth it. Didn't try the set menu on...
The place is kind the out dated, we got a king size room but i doesn’t feel king size its too small. The exhaust fan is broken , the room is kind the dark its hard to look for your things. Thing i love is the lobby its really nice is there is underground going to the mall and train station since its cold outside that alternate route is great. Also there is a convenient store on the first floor great...
The hotel is a bit old, but the staff on 2/F is excellent. It must be a top notch hotel when it opened 50 years ago with the cool revolving restaurant at the top. A big positive surprise for us is the Japanese breakfast. We had the choices of set meal, sashimi rice, and beef rice, which we chose the set meal which was great. Superior value for a room at this price point. The Japanese restaurant also...
The location, (so close to the train) and all the shopping can't be beat. Rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds and good amenities. My only complaint is how hot our room is. So close to Station, shopping and Sapporo activities.
Building is a bit old, as you can see rome wear and tear here and there. Despite that, very clean and orderly. Amenities (soap, shampoo, razor, skin care) are good. Location, location, location. The hotel is just a few steps away from the train station, next to a mall with excellent food court.
Excellent location just opposite aeon Ice sculpture just beside the hotel during ice festival Paid parking nearby or in aeon
The hotel was just across the street from Asahikawa station and AEON, which was super convenient. Breakfast was really enjoyable and worth the add-on to the room price. Although room was a bit small, it was quaint and cozy. It was snowing the day after we arrived. The park behind the train station was really pretty!
Good location, room size is ok. Opposite there is a Aeon and JR station linked. Recommended for short stay
Unbeatable location just opposite JR Ashahikawa and directly opposite Aeon. Room lighting is dimmed, and size is rather small with 2 single beds. Central controlled air conditioner, and the window can only be opened a small gap so can be rather stuffy. Great buffet breakfast. Overall a 4/5.
The hotel is a bit old, but it's very convenient. There's an Aeon mall right across the street, which is great for food, drinks, and shopping. The room is quite small, but parking next door is only 800 yen per day.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Nakajima Park. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon checking in. There's also a convenience store nearby, which was really handy for grabbing snacks and water.
Must give a shout-out to the service here! The staff's warmth and attentiveness exceeded my expectations. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, made me feel right at home. The location is also a major highlight of this hotel, being exceptionally convenient for tourists. It was a thoroughly pleasant stay.
This hotel is super close to Nakajima-Koen subway station, Exit 3, just about a 3-minute walk. Nakajima Park is right downstairs, which was really convenient for our kids to play in the snow. Near train station and bus terminal, very convenient. Hotel a bit old, outdoor onsen is good.
All three of us stayed in cabin Obihiro. We were really pleasantly surprised by the value of the hotel, boasting an onsen that was way better than we expected. Staff were helpful and good to us and everything was simple and easy!
Our room is probably called Family room, with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. The room was pretty big for Japan size and kept clean. The furniture is old but it never bother us. The sento facility was the highlight for us. There's a Seico kombini across the road. We'll stay here again if opportunity arises.
I stayed overnight in Obihiro on my way back from a trip to Shihoro. There's a moor hot spring, and I warmed up in it twice. The breakfast buffet had a great view and was delicious! I'm glad I stayed here. The hotel arranged for my suitcase to be sent by courier, and I took the morning bus back to New Chitose Airport. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
It's very close to Obihiro Station and has a hot spring, which was great. The hot spring was spacious and the open-air bath was nice. The food was also excellent, and I highly recommend it.
Food is great. Instructions are clear. Very relaxing.

If you're sensitive to smoke, definitely avoid the smoking rooms. Even the air purifier was steeped in secondhand smoke. However, the hotel's overall facilities are good 👍. There's a massage chair and various multiplayer card games available, as well as a play area for children.

Room was big enough. Location was convenient. Just a stone throw away from Nakajima Station. Love Nakajima Park during the winter, where the kids enjoyed playing with snow, sledding and cross country skiing. Hotel provided free sled for use too.
The breakfast is very good. The location is convenient, close to the main road and public transportation. Hotel services are very good. Onsen is perfect. I love this hotel .

The hotel's parking lot had limited spaces, so I parked in a nearby parking lot. Other than that, I didn't experience any inconvenience and it was very comfortable! I was happy to receive a free beer when I declined cleaning during my extended stay!
I used it for business purposes. The location was easy to rent, which was great.
Located near Goryokaku Park, it's a convenient location for sightseeing. There's also the Hakodate Shio Ramen restaurant "Ajisai" and the hamburger restaurant "Lucky Pierrot" nearby, which was very convenient.
It was nice not having to worry about parking. Next time, I'd like to try their breakfast. Also, it would have been nice to have a room with a good view of Goryokaku.

It was a great stay at the hotel even though it is not very near to the main tourist area. Overall very pleasant experience with all the facilities provided and small gifts in the suite room. Will definitely go back again for next visit to Hakodate..
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, and what truly makes our stay special every single time is the incredible hospitality of the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Soto. He is the only one who consistently remembers us and treats us with such genuine respect and kindness. He makes us feel like family. The hotel was excellent and very affordable. Both dinner and breakfast were quite good. The open-air hot spring on the rooftop offered stunning sea views, and with snowflakes falling on my face while I was soaking, it truly felt like an authentic Hokkaido experience.
The location is excellent, very close to both the airport and the beach. Directly opposite is the Tropical Botanical Garden, and from the room, you can even spot monkeys in the garden. The hot spring views are absolutely fantastic, and soaking in them on a snowy day was an incredible experience!!!!!!
