Great hotel, very nice rooms. There is nothing they cannot help you with. Excelent breakfast and very nice and cheap spa.

Would be good to have a car to drive around, spacious room with a nice view.

Very good buffet with International selection and also local Okinawan food. Rooms are spacious and hv balcony with ocean view. Front desk very professional esp Mr Yoshida who is very helpful and speaks good English

It’s a pity we have to shorten our stay due to driving license issue and could not rent a car. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Pillow is a bit small and soft

On site breakfast was also great with two options - both showcasing Okinawa delicacies with great quality. The on site shop also sells almost every major Okinawan specialty along with convenience store necessities

The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc

Because a state of emergency was declared, the cocktail time available to gold members was non-alcoholic, but we enjoyed the one-plate hors d'oeuvres

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

Still a big fan of Hilton. Great location and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. A huge thank you to Ctrip for relaying my requests to the hotel in advance.

The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach

In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach

Very conveniently located within minutes of Hakata station. Service was efficient and warm. Room was above average size for Fukuoka and very well cleaned. Didn't get to the restaurants however they looked very nice

Kind staff that understand me with even though I know 0 Japanese and coming from Canada the staff are really the best. They go way way beyond my expectations of what a hotel staff are supposed to do

The room was great and was prepared exactly as we asked for and the room service was also so fast and clean

The train station is also connected via the elevator so it was very convenient too. Being with a baby the only thing missing was laundry but all else was great and the closest laundry was 1km away

All the front desk staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, only about a 3–5 minute walk. Ichiran Ramen is also nearby, which made it very convenient

There's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the resort! There's also a free resort shuttle bus within the hotel! The environment is nice, but the pool is a bit small! There's a line for breakfast every day, and the breakfast variety is average

The hotel only provides daily towel changes; there's no room cleaning service. The breakfast is plentiful, with children's meals included, which is a thoughtful touch. Plus, there's no need to wait in line

This is considered a relatively good hotel in Miyako Island. The surrounding area is incomparable to those in China. It is best to make reservations in advance for meals, as the restaurants open every day are different.

There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient

There are no special facilities, it is cleaned very well, and it doesn't feel very old. Of course, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, which still reflects the sense of age

Reservations are generally required for the resort's restaurants, so ask the front desk for assistance. The front desk service was excellent!

It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Tenjin shopping district and Tenjin Underground Mall. There's also a convenience store very close by

What's more, it's very close to the subway station and has an elevator, which made moving my luggage around super easy! It was a bit of a splurge for one person, but it would be absolutely perfect for two

Plus, each floor has its own glass door, so security is excellent. Cleanliness: It's very clean; they tidy up daily and change the sheets and duvet covers every two days. Service: The service is great

I popped into my room around noon, and it happened to be when they were about to clean it. As soon as I entered, I received a call from housekeeping asking when would be a good time for them to clean

The hotel is a 20-minute walk (1. 6 km) from Hakata Station, or a 70 RMB taxi ride if you use Didi. Overall, it's quite convenient. The hotel itself is very new, and the staff offers smiling service

Ice machine on the first floor was nice. Breakfast offered very few food selections. Paper plate and plastic utensils was a bit turn off. Other than that, the hotel was very nice

This was the second hotel we stayed at in Okinawa, and we were there for three nights. Since it was February, the outdoor facilities like the pool weren't open

**Entertainment:** It has its own beach (though not very big) and two pools – one saltwater and one regular swimming pool, which is great

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service and well furnished clean room. Breakfast has a good spread too. The carpark is a few mins walk away from the main hotel which they offer shuttle service. Enjoyed my 2N stay.

Location: It's inside a shopping mall, quite small though. Hygiene: Similar to business hotels in Japan, pretty clean. However, the facilities are very old, and there's only one power outlet, which is super inconvenient.

The hotel was highly accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. It’s also a walkable distance to the hakata station. You may also easily find the parking slot next to the hotel.

Great location, but the hotel facilities are really old. It was scorching hot inside the room in March, and the AC wasn't working, so we had to open the window for air. Being right next to Canal City was incredibly noisy

Great stay at Canal City Washington Hotel! Perfect location right next to Canal City Hakata with lots of food and shopping nearby, and walkable to Hakata Station

The hotel located in the hill, which driving or taxi is the only way heading. There is a convenience store in the hotel, proving snack and necessities.  The staff are polite with good command of english

I admit I might have had some preconceived notions about the Hilton brand since it was my first time, but this experience showed me what the 'Hilton' brand truly stands for! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!

The hotel's location isn't far from Shuri Castle, offering great views. The breakfast is excellent and meets the standards of a 4-star hotel

Just be careful with navigation; there's another DoubleTree by Hilton in Naha – don't ask me how I know that!

Much better then expected! In spite of the swimming pool been refurbished, the food and the kindness of the staff compensates and deserve a 5 stars! The chef of the hotel is very skilled! The breakfast buffet is the best I had till now in Japan with unexpected options such as peanut tofu, burguer bar, tacos, make yourself soba’s … the bar tender at the lounge makes perfect margaritas! the Chinese restaurant...

The two most outstanding things about this place is: 1) there service (everyone) and 2) the amazing breakfast buffet (well worth it). The location is convenient to everything: Kokusai-Dori (10-15 minute walk), airport

Fantastic hotel off the touristy area but in a convenient location. Hotel is currently under renovations and the new rooms are spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread is one of the nicest I have had anywhere

Also, there is a 7-11 inside which is very convenient! If I stay in Naha again, I will definitely pick this place

A reputable hotel but too old amenities, run-down design and aircon isn't working well with consistent noises.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel ambiance is elegant and quiet, with no noise disturbances whatsoever. The room facilities are complete and very well-maintained, and the bathroom amenities are high quality

The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult

Conveniently located at one end of the shopping street, kokusai dori. Automated parking (¥1800/day), very easy and convenient. Laundry machines usually fully occupied during evening hours.

Clean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain.

Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.

The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep

The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants

It is more spacious than most hotels in major cities. And it is also within walking distance to restaurants and major attractions in Kokura. And they also provide a self-service luggage storage

This is my third stay, and I'm very satisfied! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above Kokura Station, with direct access from the station concourse to the hotel – so convenient

When we checked in, there was a chunk of hair strands on the hotel towel. Was a little shocked, and informed the receptionist and there wasn’t any service recovery

This was my first trip to Kyushu, and I started in Kokura. I was tired from traveling, so I picked the hotel closest to the station. It was clean and tidy, right above the station

It was super convenient for my husband and I as we were taking a break in the middle of our journey from Osaka to Oita. Just a couple minutes walk from the train station

The variety of dishes is genuinely much richer, and they even make omelets to order. However, take my advice and avoid the Grape mixed fruit juice; it's too bitter

The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us to park. (He said there are 6 big car parking space only) and they are first come first serve

How come!! On the last night, we finally got the parking since when we came back still have some parking space. But the staff asked us a lot of questions and some of them seems don’t allow us to park

While I asked if I can park behide the car in front of the hotel (see the attached picture as there was one black car) the staff said No and only can park One car there

However, the space in front of the hotel which the staff said can only park one car, I saw there were Two cars on the third night, Three cars on the fourth day

So we had to find the other parking space by ourselves. Surely, the other nights we also could not get the parking

The staff really unhelpful and we are very disappointed!!

The hotel is located in Kirishima, making it convenient to drive to Kagoshima and Sakurajima. The lobby has a great design, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive

The hot water was the most comfortable. If you complain, it is difficult to understand how to get to the public bath. It is difficult to understand how to get to the room you are staying in

the main building lobby is very good, buffet dinner is good, even gets free parking,

First, we loved the onsen and its services, where we soaked in three pools of different temperatures, sweated in a sauna, then alternately cooled ourselves in cold baths

Second, room services were excellent despite its furnishings seemed to be run down a bit. Third, its location is central to travel most places of interest, which spreads out in Kagoshima Prefecture

The room was quite spacious, and equipped with a full range of amenities, including a smart toilet, a mini-fridge, and a safe. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. Opening the window offered a view of the Pacific Ocean

It's well-equipped and even has a large shop on the ground floor. While it's a bit of a walk from the station, it's conveniently close to the beach, and Naminoue Shrine is also within easy walking distance

Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day

I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village

Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing

The pools are nice and the hot springs are ok. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to many places by car. There are also various animals such as dogs, monkeys and an owl to view or pet

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden

Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.

The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which was great. There are also many good dining options nearby.

To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient

They do offer free luggage storage. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a better schedule than traditional Japanese hotels – highly recommend! The picture is of the buffet lunch on the first floor

The cost of hotels in central Hakata is very high compared even to Tokyo because there is a lack of rooms in a growing city which is a hub for neighbour asian tourists

This hotel is right outside Hakata Station, super close and easy to spot, which is incredibly convenient! If you need a room, it's a good idea to book early; I felt that 600-700 yen was already a good price

  The hotel only provides 2 free bottles of water when we checked in. There’s no daily supply of water throughout the stay. Although hot water is available at the hotel lobby, there’s no cold water dispenser

The hotel’s location was great, with easy access to Hakata station via an exit just outside the side entrance of the hotel. However the side entrance closes early

This causes inconvenience during one of the rainy days when we were back late cos we have to walked to the main entrance where there’s no sheltered pathway

That’s the explanation why such a bad hotel that is cheaper than others - but still expensive - and has an excellent situation can survive
