I love how it’s near a lot of great places like food, the train station, the mall, church, the barber shop and all other great places to sight see. Always accommodating all needs and they are quick to get things done

I absolutely love to hear it was beautiful and very fancy. People did speak English and they were very willing to help me out with anything I needed whether that be directions room details anything 

Been a frequent since July of last year. I use this place as a getaway and recharge

Great location. easily accessible within walking distance.

Though the rooms are not clean daily, they provide clean towels and amenities daily. We did not need that many towels so left it untouched in the carrier, cleaner however did not remove it

So we ended up with a big pile of towels which I think is a waste of resources

The room is small, Japanese business man hotel size, but perfectly adequate. The breakfast offered is traditional Japanese and very delicious. All the staff, reception and restaurant, are very friendly and helpful

Also close to the river which has a nice footpath along it; ideal for a good run or walk. There is on site parking run by a couple of very friendly, efficient and helpful guys

As always with APA, a safe bet for a good hotel. Location is brilliant; less than 5 minutes from the railway station and within walking distance of many of the sights in town

Great price for the stay, no odor on the non-smoking rooms levels. Amenities provided are great, they surely know how to make you feel at home. Would definitely go back.

The size of the room, bed and restroom is similar to those of major budget hotels in Japan, with an accpetable cleanliness level. The room is well sound-proved so there are no worries with the proximity to the airport

It is fascinating that there is an adjustable air vent below the window for drawing fresh air into the room. The free breakfast is on self-serving basis with simple, yet decent dishes and beverages

It is heart warming that there are also a small store at the left of the lobby, which offers a lot of daily consumables and instant food at reasonable prices

There is a 3-level car park with a plenty of private car parking lots for hotel guest for free, which can drive in and out freely at any time

The lobby staff is friendly, competent, fluent in English and welcomes foreign tourists. The register and check-out process is silky smooth

It only takes a 15-minute drive from Fukuoka Airport and a 30-muinute drive from Tenjin to the hotel respectively

Since the air conditioning units remote was in Japanese language , had bit of a trouble in getting the AC started. However this was immediately resolved by the staff at the front desk and the AC cooling was very good

every thing was good condition. and you can enjoy for onsen on 1st floor with free.

The Hotel is located very close to the Wakamatsu Railway station. The area around the hotel is a very quiet area with few shops around. I arrived the hotel at around 2200 and by then all the shops around was closed

I stayed at Hotel Route Inn Kitakyushu and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who want easy access to transportation and nearby dining options

Still, they tried their best to assist with any requests. Overall, it’s a practical and affordable choice for anyone visiting Kitakyushu, especially if you’re looking for convenience and comfort without luxury

I also appreciated the on-site public bath, which added a touch of relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff were polite and helpful, though communication in English was limited at times

AMAZING STAFF AND PERFECT LOCATION FOR THE KUMAMOTO CASTLE. The room is in decent size and spotless cleaness, which we do appreciate with. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and supermarket.

Although the hotel is a bit old, however, location, cleanliness and hotel services have made up the lost. It’s a highly recommended hotel to stay after all

Had a very good stay in this hotel. I got a room that was probably renovated recently(not all rooms are renovated!). Everything looks brand new and modern. The room is spacious with a large toilet split into 3 sections

As it is not near the JR station, you need to take a tram to get there. But it is near the castle and the arcade where there are many stalls to shop. Service is excellent. The bed is quite comfortable too.

Location of this hotel is very convenient! With great Castle view! Room is spacious and clean! Staff are helpful and nice, even met one speak Cantonese👍 Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and of course will stay here on my next trip!👍👍👍

There aren't any restaurants in the hotel so be prepared to buy food back from a nearby convenience shop. No pool no cafe. Nothing.

The ambience is nice, a far drive to reach the hotel. We had the buffet dinner, authentic Japanese food and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel room is clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and polite

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

We booked a Japanese room and it is quite small. The staff helped to lay the futons and your beds are set up for you quickly in the evening in less than 5 minutes

The room however is a bit small and very limited space left after the beds are set up. The breakfast spread was quite good with Jap and western choices

The location is excellent, right in Chinatown, and there are buses going everywhere. It's just a one-minute walk if you turn right out of the hotel. I hadn't booked a hotel and wanted to challenge myself and test Trip

When I asked at the hotel, it was 330 RMB per night. I had seen it online for 180 RMB, and by the time I checked out, it was a little over 230 RMB, which is still much cheaper than booking directly

The room is clean and spacious and the staff is nice. The location is super convenient that closed to the China Street for dinning and we can go shopping at the street near the hotel.

This is the largest hotel I've stayed at in Japan, even bigger than ones costing 1300 yen. If you're coming to Japan, you absolutely must stay at this hotel in Nagasaki

The staff was super nice! The hotel room was spacious and I had a nice view. It was near China town and also Dejima was at walking distance. In fact, I could go to most places I wanted by walking (I do love walking)

The bathroom was incredibly spacious! My child loved spending ages soaking in the bathtub every day. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from where the airport bus drops you off

It takes about 30 minutes to get up the hill, and the full view of Sakurajima suddenly appears before your eyes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite old-money

I booked a room with a view of Sakurajima, and it was like a painting; I could see the volcano and sunrise just by opening the curtains

An absolutely perfect hotel! There's a shuttle bus every half hour to the station and the Tenmonkan shopping area. Plus, you can buy a cute pass for a one-day tour right at the front desk, which is super convenient

The hot spring bath area was quite large overall, but the outdoor section felt a bit small. Breakfast was very crowded, with many locals staying there

Every single item was precious and luxurious. There was an indoor heated pool for the kids, and an outdoor hot spring pool for the adults

Breakfast with a sea view was absolutely fantastic, and dinner included hairy crabs. The sea view room had a large balcony with a small bar, which I also really liked.

However, the room rate is not cheap. However, from the viewpoint of taking the family taking, this hotel is still recommended

I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless

Perfectly safe to walk anywhere and 7/11 as well as Lawson is right across the street. If you go to Nishimuta store 5-10 minutes away there is delicious soft serve matcha ice cream in the green tea shop for only 190¥

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby bus routes

Hotel is on the mountain with very good view of the whole harbour! Breakfast included was very good with plenty choices of food! Staff are very helpful and car park provided is reasonable! Down side of this hotel are the condition if the whole hotel was too old and out of maintenance, I been here 8 years ago while the decoration and interior are still the same old fashioned design from maybe 2 decades...

The inn itself is a bit dated, but its main appeal is the excellent value for money, and the rooms offer night views of Nagasaki city

Hotel is quite old especially the bathroom.my kids dont like their shower.extra fee for car parking.

However, the views of Nagasaki from the hotel are simply breathtaking! The rooms are traditional tatami style, and they use physical keys instead of card keys

The air conditioning is ancient! It's hard to control the water temperature in the bath! The room is too far away! The price for the buffet was different from what was listed on the website! The staff who handled foreigners were good, though!

Nice hotel especially the Annex which is new and relatively quiet. Room with own hot bath and hotel provided bath salt so you can relax inside the room after a long day. They also provide small fireworks from evening

Good location , nice and clean hotel . Just that breakfast not so much of meat served but they serve welcome drink that was good with laundry services as well . Will recommend this hotel especially family with children .

Wonderful stay at Twin-Line Hotel Yanbaru Okinawa! The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and kitchenette, perfect for families or longer stays

The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Koki and Kise Beaches, and close to Busena Marine Park

Free drinks include beer in the evening as well. Breakfast variety is good with western & Japanese covered. Overall experience is good during our stay

For my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well

Amazing room for the price, very clean, nice pajamas. You can even have free onigiris and coffee if you wake up early. The closest station is about 10 min by foot and the airport is about 5 min by uber

The hotel location is good. The room is good. The internet signal in the room is poor. The parking area is limited. Make sure that you check-in early if you travel with a car.

This place are good for shopping and Travel at Kumamoto. Hotel are center shopping Street. You can walk around every time. This place not parking but you can walking to 24 hours Parking about 5 minutes.

The room is bigger than those we stay in Osaka or Hiroshima . Location is very good , and easy accessible to shops and trams. Will stay again if I ever go to Kumamoto again .

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just two to three hundred meters from the train station after a short ride on the tram from the JR station

Right outside the hotel, you'll find all sorts of restaurants, shopping malls, and drugstores. The hotel's toiletries are also excellent

Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are big by Japanese standard. Big car park with free parking behind it. Supermarket, drug store and Daiso are just around the corner.

It's an older hotel that's been renovated, but the furniture is still old, and the bedding comfort is just average; the duvet was too thick. The room size is quite large for Japan

Though the design & deco are not the same as those newly built or opened, it's considered as classic since all hardware has been well maintained with no signs of running down

The hotel is quite big and has a good surrounding. There are many of services provided in the hotel. Good breakfast with great service from staffs.

There is a sauna room in the pool, so you can go straight into the pool after working up a sweat! The outdoor bath was also very comfortable, although it cost 1,000 yen

We used the indoor pool which comes with a outdoor jacuzzi. Regrettably, the indoor pool was not available to use until after 9:00am in the morning, that was so inconvenient for hotel guests

If you're coming from Fukuoka Airport by public transport, you'll need to take the shuttle bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, then switch to the Kuko Line subway to Hakata, and finally transfer to the Nanakuma Line (green line) to Tenjin-Minami

Popular attractions like Tenjin shopping street and Ohori Park are within walking distance. The staff's service attitude was very good. The hotel's breakfast is primarily Japanese, but the Western pastries are also great

If you take the Kuko Line directly to Tenjin and walk to the hotel, it's quite a long trek. A taxi to the airport costs around 2200 yen. A highlight of this hotel is its hot spring bath, or public onsen

There are plenty of turtles at Wai Wai Beach right in front. No need to pay for a hopping tour. Just put on your swimsuit, go out, see the turtles, come back to the hotel, and wash up

There's plenty to eat at the breakfast buffet. No need to take the shuttle to another beach. There's ice in the laundry room on the first floor of the hotel

Tomoka is one of the most helpful staff members I've ever seen, not only did she told me everything about the hotel and getting around, but she also went above and beyond to help me solve an urgent problem

I praise myself for choosing this place! It was so good! The staff were all friendly, the room condition was good, and the view was great, so it was a perfect trip! The blue sea that I saw every morning was so beautiful!

You can get some ice to take with you, then go out to the beach and have a beer with the turtles. Then come back and wash your swimsuit in the laundry room

I had children staying, but there were no towels for them in the room. I guess it can't be helped about the pool, but there were a lot of floating things

The room also provided basic amenities like toothbrushes, body towels, and shampoo, but guests had to bring their own cotton balls and tea from the lobby on the first floor
