Having an open-air bath right in the room, where you can soak while enjoying the scenery, is incredibly relaxing. The hotel is within walking distance of several 'hell' attractions, which is super convenient

Plus, it came with its own small indoor and outdoor hot spring baths! We opted for Japanese cuisine for both breakfast and dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic—so rich, delicious, and nutritious

The location is conveniently located near to the Hell valley tourist spots. Pick up from the Beppu station was punctual and drop off after check out to station makes travel relaxing

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beppu! The views are absolutely stunning, with rooms nestled halfway up the mountain offering panoramic sea and cityscapes

From the moment you enter, several staff members greet you, guide you to the check-in area, and then escort you to your room for a room tour

Dinner and breakfast were good; perhaps not the absolute best 'one-night, two-meals' experience I've had in Japan, but still very decent

room size was typical for japan (in my limited experience), and layout was like the rest, but the little things were a bit nicer, like a little more space in the entryway and around bed, so easier to lay out our travel gear

The rooms are fairly luxurious, everything you need is there, the beds are incredibly comfy. Everything is very clean and the staff is nice. Although I dislike breakfast not being a standard part of the booking

However most of the eateries nearby the hotel are only open for dinner, hence if you are an early riser, it's better to go to Nagasaki station for breakfast. Staff are friendly but speak limited English

Rooms are small as most hotel rooms in this category! WiFi worked well in my room, but may not be the case everywhere in the building. Look for a room towards the harbor and mountain across the water

There is a small gap between bathtub and wall where the water can go, who knows how it looks down there. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station, but a bit farther to the city center

A clean and cheap hotel, with nice harbour view from my room. The in-room wifi is strong and stable. 15-20 min walk from Nagasaki train station 長崎駅, but the tram station is just 3 min away.

七回に宿泊。川側ではない景色が見える部屋で、ベッドはセミダブルだった。設備は、空気清浄機、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル、テレビ。冷蔵庫の中の果物と水は有料なので、気をつけて笑。小倉駅と西小倉駅のちょうど中間あたりの立地で、各駅から徒歩10分ちょっと。勝山公園に近いので、その公園で行われるイベントに参加する際は、とても良い場所。ホテル自体も綺麗で、スタッフの対応もかなり良し。荷物が多くなかったのに、キチンと部屋まで運んで頂き、設備紹介もきちんとしてくれてかなり気分良く過ごせた。結婚式などの会場にもなるようで、この快適さは納得だった。朝食やランチ、ディナーなどのコースもあり、次来たときは是非利用したいと思った。あと、チェックアウト時間が12時までだったのが助かった。

Room is large enough, breakfast is tasty

You can reach the hotel directly through the overpass from Kokura Station without having to walk on the road outside, which is very convenient. The scenery outside the hotel room window is also very good

Along the road there is the area surrounding Galaxy Railway 999, so you can take a stroll and take a look! I stayed in a Japanese-style room, and the mattress was ready as soon as I entered

This is a beautiful hotel! I would love to stay here, except I have to stay near Kokura Station. There's also a large park nearby where you can take a walk, and the location is great.

This hotel has been in Sasebo for a long time. It's very typical of a hotel built in the late 1970's and 80's. I had a very nice stay there and it's close to everything. The train station and downtown areas

The room has been renovated and looks nice, but when I dropped something on the floor, it got covered in dust, which was a real turn-off

Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the person at the front desk was very friendly. The building itself is old and has a Showa-era feel to it, but the room was well-cleaned

First off there was a problem with my booking but even with the English japanese language barrier the front desk staff went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved

The rooms albeit small to an American like myself are very cleanly kept and room service does an outstanding job making daily rounds to tidy the room to perfection

The restaurant inside the hotel is gorgeous and the food is amazing. Couple that with a clue spas and no wonder this hotel fills up fast

I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room in the main building for two nights and one night, with two meals included. The front desk was spacious, quiet, and had a pleasant atmosphere

Dinner, which I believe was a kaiseki meal, was served quickly, and the food seemed to rush us along with it, so it was over in less than an hour. I would have liked to have more time to enjoy the food and chat

It's a shame, as the food itself was delicious. The foreign waitresses were also hard at work. The large public bath was an indoor rock bath with rocks placed inside, and there was a 90°C sauna

Since there weren't many other bathers, I was able to enjoy a very relaxing soak. The water and spring quality were nothing special, so I think it would be enjoyable for everyone

The staff were courteous and helpful. There were two elevators, which I think was sufficient given the number of rooms, but they rarely arrived, suggesting they were older

The swimming pool is open during this season. The hotel has a free shuttle service to Ibusuki Station in the morning, leaving at 9 a. You need to make a reservation one day in advance

The phoenix tree and the garden is very well maintained and clean. We propably recommend this hotel. Hoping for our next visit soon😊

It was great to be able to have a sand bath here rather than needing to go out to another facilities. The onsen wasn't much, but ok. Car park was easily available. Also good to have extra toilets outside our bedroom

A great hotel for unwinding, complete with excellent facilities. The staff cultivates a personal and warm atmosphere. While the property has a somewhat old-fashioned feel, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

This is my absolute favorite hotel. I always appreciate the warm 'welcome back' I receive. With an age restriction of 13 and above, it's a wonderfully quiet and mature retreat

Location was great, the infrequent bus service, if you opt for public transport, drops you near the port if you arrived via domestic flight, or it will take you approx 5-10 minutes to get to the hotel if you travel by ship from Kagoshima

The onsite restaurant boasts a very good buffet breakfast and an extensive dinner menu. I would like to highlight the ladies at the frontdesk, their genuine hospitality and guidance about travel tips, bus schedule, etc

For hikers who rely on public transport, there is a bus that runs 4 times a day from the nearby port to Shiratari Unsuikyo. The hotel offers rental gear and you can order lunch boxes for the hike as well

we got the big room facing the bay. Onsen fee 450 yen, free 3 bottles water and 3 little packs of cracker (local snack) in the room. We need microwave to warm the food they bring one to the room free of charge

I have been here several times. It is one of my favorite get away spots. They have hot springs, a great international buffet, lovely rooms with great views. It is very modern and spacious

This is the best hotel on the main island of Okinawa. It is very close to Hoshino Cafe. Each room has its own private swimming pool. The breakfast is very rich, but the lunch and dinner are a bit monotonous

Best for couples in Okinawa, this pool villa style hotel is too rare on the island. Restaurant serves superb cuisine, but service must be improved if it is intended to be a fine dining experience.

Only in-house guests are allowed to enter (if friends come to the hotel to dine together, the hotel does not allow it), there are fewer restaurant options (only BBQ and French options for dinner), and the hotel has no private beach (there is also a beach next to it that you can bring your own equipment for snorkeling)

One of the few "villa" options on the island of Okinawa. High standards of service even by Japanese standards---with an attentive and quick butler service. Delicious food and villa is great for a quiet vacation.

If you can speak a little bit more Japanese, you will easily get 11 out of 10 for your own experience. Super friendly staffs and modern deco. I think we will recommend this resort to anyone going to the Okinawa

It is not easy to take a taxi at night. If you go out, the convenience store hotel will pick you up for free. In addition, knowing a lot, it is easy to be woken up at 5 o'clock in the morning

The size is OK, as of other Japan hotel. It was clean in general, but the AC outlet was not clean enough. The location is excellent though, plus its very cheap

This hotel has a very convenient location as it is right at the centre of the Kokusaidori, one of major tourist spots in Okinawa

It was a excellent stay in overall, but there were many ants outside the villa, and some ants inside the villa. However, the villa was precious and staff was so kind. We will definately come back.

This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p. m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks
