Because the ferry to Kagoshima was suspended, we made a last-minute reservation and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the market, with convenient shopping and dining nearby

The location is great, right on Kokusai Street. It's within a 10-minute walk from Miebashi Station on the Yui Rail, making it ideal for travel. The room was a little small, but clean and comfortable

The location is in Kokusai-dori, which is very convenient for shopping. If you buy too much, you can go upstairs to put your things down and continue shopping

Great views of the Saikaibashi bridge, and the whirlpools below. Walk the rose garden and continue with a stroll through the nearby fishing harbor to appreciate the spectacular natural surroundings

Great hotel for families. It has everything you need (small pool, kids corner, buffet, spacious rooms, garden...) I highly recommend it.

we got the big room facing the bay. Onsen fee 450 yen, free 3 bottles water and 3 little packs of cracker (local snack) in the room. We need microwave to warm the food they bring one to the room free of charge

I have been here several times. It is one of my favorite get away spots. They have hot springs, a great international buffet, lovely rooms with great views. It is very modern and spacious

Highly recommended. It offers good rooms and beds. Shower is nice. Plus they offer a hot spring. The lobby has free beer and other drinks and snacks. I will ho back many times.

Not a hotel, a resort! Absolutely perfect vacation stop. Entertainment in the evenings, amazing chefs and food prepared, and couldn't ask for a better atmosphere and lodging

I'm a smoker so it was good because there are only non-smoking rooms available these days. The breakfast was also delicious and I ate too much. The hotel staff were always smiling and helpful so I was very satisfied

I made a reservation from Rakuten Travel. I made a mistake in the schedule due to this mistake, but I noticed it early so there was no cancellation fee and the response to inquiries was polite

The biggest miscalculation was dinner, and I heard that it comes with a seafood bowl, but within the price of about 8,000 yen (including Rakuten coupon), I was prepared for a seafood bowl alone, but I usually set meals such as toriten and chawanmushi

I stayed here because I had to go to the ferry terminal early in the morning. It was very convenient, with Toyoken (a famous chicken tempura restaurant) nearby and a supermarket within walking distance

The bath is indoors, but it was very clean and nice. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV in the room

The breakfast selection was quite good. The only downside was that the hotel parking lot was across the street. It just so happened that it was raining heavily the day I arrived

This is the best hotel on the main island of Okinawa. It is very close to Hoshino Cafe. Each room has its own private swimming pool. The breakfast is very rich, but the lunch and dinner are a bit monotonous

Best for couples in Okinawa, this pool villa style hotel is too rare on the island. Restaurant serves superb cuisine, but service must be improved if it is intended to be a fine dining experience.

Only in-house guests are allowed to enter (if friends come to the hotel to dine together, the hotel does not allow it), there are fewer restaurant options (only BBQ and French options for dinner), and the hotel has no private beach (there is also a beach next to it that you can bring your own equipment for snorkeling)

One of the few "villa" options on the island of Okinawa. High standards of service even by Japanese standards---with an attentive and quick butler service. Delicious food and villa is great for a quiet vacation.

If you can speak a little bit more Japanese, you will easily get 11 out of 10 for your own experience. Super friendly staffs and modern deco. I think we will recommend this resort to anyone going to the Okinawa

It is not easy to take a taxi at night. If you go out, the convenience store hotel will pick you up for free. In addition, knowing a lot, it is easy to be woken up at 5 o'clock in the morning

But on the bright side, if it were a card key, you wouldn't be able to use electricity when you're out, right? Here, I could leave my devices charging and go out, and the power stayed on, which was great! I also saw reviews about poor soundproofing, but I didn't notice any issues with that

I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel and found this one, staying for 5 nights and 6 days. The location was absolutely perfect – it was a short walk to Tenjin city center, which I really appreciated

Despite that, I'd probably come back here if I visit Fukuoka again! I highly recommend it for solo travelers! The hotel key is a physical key, and you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out

Reviews mentioned the rooms were small, and I wondered how small they could be, but it genuinely was the smallest room I've ever had on a trip to Japan 😂

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast was good, the onigiri changes every day

The location is good, the room is comfortable and clean. No one is required to check in. I will stay here again if I go to Okinawa in the future. If you want to go to Okinawa, you can definitely stay here

It’s surrounded by shops and restaurants so very convenient - even a 711 at downstairs and a restaurant at basement. It allows auto check-in and check-out. The single room is a bit small but still cozy

The hotel is located on the busy Kokusai-dori Street, with 7-11 downstairs. The family room and living room are very spacious, and the price is very affordable. It is very cost-effective.

A modern hotel resort situated right at the top of a hill, as reflected in the its name. We were greeted warmly with a welcome cup of hot tea, warm hand towels and really good chocolates

The room is clean and of a comfortable size with birds occasionally flying and chirping about in the trees outside the windows, against the backdrop of the Fukuoka City

Very comfortable stay, highly recommended. The tatami Japanese-style room was lovely, the sunset view was amazing, and the room was huge.

The breakfast comes as a set and it is highly nutritious, and of high quality. I would highly recommend breakfast here

Hotel is on the mountain with very good view of the whole harbour! Breakfast included was very good with plenty choices of food! Staff are very helpful and car park provided is reasonable! Down side of this hotel are the condition if the whole hotel was too old and out of maintenance, I been here 8 years ago while the decoration and interior are still the same old fashioned design from maybe 2 decades...

The inn itself is a bit dated, but its main appeal is the excellent value for money, and the rooms offer night views of Nagasaki city

Hotel is quite old especially the bathroom.my kids dont like their shower.extra fee for car parking.

However, the views of Nagasaki from the hotel are simply breathtaking! The rooms are traditional tatami style, and they use physical keys instead of card keys

The air conditioning is ancient! It's hard to control the water temperature in the bath! The room is too far away! The price for the buffet was different from what was listed on the website! The staff who handled foreigners were good, though!

The welcome drink was unlimited, and the front desk staff was very polite and we had a pleasant stay. We also had a hearty breakfast buffet. It is also just a short walk from Kokusai Street, so it is very convenient

I booked a Japanese-style room because I was traveling alone, but it was on the second floor of the main building and was very clean and comfortable. The room facilities have been updated and are hygienic

I think most of the rooms in Okinawa are Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms are larger than single Western-style rooms and are great. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity

The room design is modern and very practical — everything feels thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space despite the room being a decent size. The hotel itself feels new and contemporary

Good service and amazing view! You can see the best sunset in Okinawa and watch the tides come in and out.

The hotel has free parking but spaces are limited. Staff is friendly and helpful.  Although room is not big, it is clean, cozy and comfortable. Toilet and shower area are separated in the room

Every single person at the front desk was smiling and adorable, very warm and kind to everyone ~ ^_^ The sea view from the room was superb; it was so peaceful to lie down and watch the sea

Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient

Clean and very friendly staff. Room is comfortable, and they offer alot of amenities, offer free water refill which help us alot since our family drink alot of water. it's next to a 711, for quick grab n go.

Small room, 2 separate cubicles for shower & bathroom & there is a high step just to enter it. Friendly staffs. Daily free flow beer & soft drinks during happy hour.

This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p. m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks

Nice Hotel place to stay on vacation trip.

We could have saved a lot of money had we stayed at an alternate hotel that did not brag to have a pool. Even though we arrived the first few days of October with blissful skies and sun we were still unable to enjoy it

When we explained our disappointment to staff they seemed clueless and unhelpful. They did however try to “help” by printing off an extensive list of other hotels that have swimming pools

There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within a few hundred meters of the hotel, which is very convenient. It offers a distant view of the Irabu Bridge, which is also a short bike ride away

- our primary reason for booking this place was because it had a pool, however the swimming pool is only open from April to September. This was not evident when we made the booking

This was the best value hotel of our trip. Everything about the hotel was great, justifying the price. One highlight was the receptionist who helped us book a restaurant in Japanese; the service was excellent

There are buses right outside the hotel that go to Shimoji Island or the airport

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the Tenmonkan shopping street, and there are electricity, buses and other transportation options at the door, making it convenient to travel

Although the room was spacious, there was little lighting and what few lights there were was very dim. I felt there were many areas that could be improved

The hot water heater was an old-fashioned unit bath type that couldn't be stopped, making it very difficult to adjust the temperature

The size of the TV did not match the size of the room. I couldn't see the TV at all from the bed

I like a lot this small hotel. The room was very comfy with a lot of amenities. Well located, nlvery close to Tenmonkan, and next to the ferry terminals, I will definitely stay here again when I come in Kagoshima

It’s pretty close to the busy area, the room is cool with an outdoor pool. The cons are the room don’t have much space if you have a big luggage.

For the price i paid i kinda feel guilty, small but beautiful room, the terrace bathtub was like a cherry on top of a cake🥰

We upgraded to a larger room on the 10th floor. It was roomy and bright. The internet would not allow more than one device. However, the connection speed was great. The breakfast was delicious.

It's very convenient, close to the remote island terminal, bus center, and downtown. The facilities are old, but the rooms were well-cleaned and clean. The bathroom was spacious and there was no inconvenience

I stayed for two nights, and although the room wasn't cleaned, there was a towel set hanging on the door handle when I returned home, and I was given a drink voucher. However, I wonder if the walls are thin

The hotel is very close to the city, which is super convenient for those without public transportation. A higher floor would certainly offer a better view, but I still found it wonderful

Excellent location near the pier with bus terminals. A little aged hotel but still maintained to be tidy. They provide a new set of towels if you put on the sign of “Do not disturb”. Good balcony with stunning view

The floor of the bathtub is a little blackened, making it difficult to fill with hot water and get in, so it would be better if it was a little cleaner

For my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well

Amazing room for the price, very clean, nice pajamas. You can even have free onigiris and coffee if you wake up early. The closest station is about 10 min by foot and the airport is about 5 min by uber

The hotel location is good. The room is good. The internet signal in the room is poor. The parking area is limited. Make sure that you check-in early if you travel with a car.

Great service even during the busy golden week. Comfortable bed and everything you need provided. Only complaint is that the laundry space is limited. Only two washers and two driers

I did check in early, about 215pm and had to wait till the proper 3pm checkin time till I could get a room, but the reception was friendly and helpful and offered to store luggage, and knew a helpful amount of English

Excellent location, comfortable and clean. Amazing eating and drinking all around. I drove into Kagoshima for the first time and confirmed address of non-hotel carpark with hotel being 2-8 Gofukumachi, Kagoshima City

I went straight to the car park before checkin ( from north there’s barriers on the road preventing access) had to do a loop around the block passing in front of the hotel, to come from the south

Typical APA, decent room though the TV entertainment wasn't free at this particular APA unfortunately. Not the best location for transport as I had to walk 20 min from kagoshimachuo with luggage

We stayed in the new wing for one night. Everything was within our expectation . Room typically small but it is clean. We were assigned a room on high floor so the view was good too .

It is recommended to stay for more than two days to visit the nearby attractions in Asakura, Hita and Yame City. There are many foreign employees working in the hotel, but their service attitude is mixed

The service and food were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were plentiful and delicious. We could relax and enjoy our traditional ryokan dinner in a private room

There is a hot spring bath that can be rented for 2000 yen per time, and the environment is beautiful. Although there is no private bath, overall the cost performance is very high

Apart from the remote location and average Wi-Fi, there are no disadvantages!! It was worth the two-hour bus ride. The food was exquisite and delicious when the sun was setting

Although it takes about an hour to drive here, many Hong Kong people choose this place. Most of the rooms are large and new, the breakfast and evening food are also very good, and the dinner style changes every day

The locations is rural but they provide free transfer from and to the JR station. The hot spring is over 40 degree celcius so it will be good to go in winter time.

You can only get there by car, the environment is beautiful, you can view the bridge from the swimming pool, and the room is super big! 

Highly recommend this resort! Got so much more than expected upon arrival, such as plenty of toiletries, slippers, and robes

In terms of location, it is far from Naha, and the nearest convenience store is about 15 minutes by car, but you can also think that it is because it is so far away that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounded by nature

In winter, there is a conservatory in the room that can be set to make the entire room warm
