Every single item was precious and luxurious. There was an indoor heated pool for the kids, and an outdoor hot spring pool for the adults
Surrounded by distant mountains, the swimming pool and the ocean seemed to be connected. The food was top-notch, and everything was top-notch
Great onsen with free ice cream and amazing thermal pool with stunning view.
This was a truly beautiful and wonderful hotel. The moment I entered the lobby, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking view. The harmony between the ocean view and the pristine white hotel was truly impressive
Breakfast with a sea view was absolutely fantastic, and dinner included hairy crabs. The sea view room had a large balcony with a small bar, which I also really liked.
However, the room rate is not cheap. However, from the viewpoint of taking the family taking, this hotel is still recommended
This feels more like a self-service business hotel, but its location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Miyazaki. The hotel offers great amenities like a microwave and laundry room, which are really handy
We stayed for three nights, and Miyazaki truly exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, tranquility, comfort, and pleasant climate. The people are warm and genuine, and things are affordable
Super convenient location, just by the Miyazaki JR station and bus terminal, and with a souvenir store and Lawson just below it. Very comfortable hotel, with pretty acceptable breakfast.
Very convenient hotel to stay at. Many amenities nearby and shopping mall. Good food around the area too.
Hotel even prepared a small surprise for our honeymoon.
We had breakfast at the hotel; the quality was average, but they had a wide variety of fresh vegetables, which helped us get our greens and fiber for the day
There are large parking spaces nearby and the bar and restaurant district is within easy walking distance. The lobby features a nice toy train
A great hotel for unwinding, complete with excellent facilities. The staff cultivates a personal and warm atmosphere. While the property has a somewhat old-fashioned feel, it doesn't detract from the overall experience.
This is my absolute favorite hotel. I always appreciate the warm 'welcome back' I receive. With an age restriction of 13 and above, it's a wonderfully quiet and mature retreat
I consider it a rare and valuable gem these days, as such serene, adult-oriented hotels are becoming increasingly scarce. The views from every room are simply stunning
I think the fine dining restaurant would be more convenient if they offered lighter course options. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel has friendly staff and beautiful environment. The outdoor swimming pool offers a beautiful view of blue sky and white clouds. The room is very clean and the breakfast has a variety of choices and is delicious
The beach walk and the view from the pool in the front yard were amazing! I also had a wonderful time gazing up at the starry sky while swaying in a hammock. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time
The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal
The hotel is clean and comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the security is very strict. 👍
On the first night, we walked-in to the hotel restaurant for dinner
Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures
As we did not make a reservation in advance, we thought we would have to go out and find a restaurant. In the end, the staff carefully arranged it for us and assisted us in ordering
I'm a smoker so it was good because there are only non-smoking rooms available these days. The breakfast was also delicious and I ate too much. The hotel staff were always smiling and helpful so I was very satisfied
I made a reservation from Rakuten Travel. I made a mistake in the schedule due to this mistake, but I noticed it early so there was no cancellation fee and the response to inquiries was polite
The biggest miscalculation was dinner, and I heard that it comes with a seafood bowl, but within the price of about 8,000 yen (including Rakuten coupon), I was prepared for a seafood bowl alone, but I usually set meals such as toriten and chawanmushi
I stayed here because I had to go to the ferry terminal early in the morning. It was very convenient, with Toyoken (a famous chicken tempura restaurant) nearby and a supermarket within walking distance
The bath is indoors, but it was very clean and nice. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV in the room
The breakfast selection was quite good. The only downside was that the hotel parking lot was across the street. It just so happened that it was raining heavily the day I arrived
Excellent location with magnificent view. Room is clean and spacious with private onsen tub. Dinner and breakfast are also of great value. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly
I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms
Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either
They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub
Love the private outdoor bath on the balcony! The food was good. We had both Western and Japanese dinners, but I'd go for the Japanese set if we only had one day
This hotel is excellent, offering incredible value for money. It's definitely the top choice on Mount Kirishima. The private hot springs are absolutely amazing!

The service was polite, the room was clean and very nice.
I was happy that the amenities were Diptyque!
It was a little disappointing that we had to queue for breakfast, but I guess that can't be helped💦
We were also able to see sea turtles, which the kids loved!
However, when we arrived, we were not shown to our room even though it was past check-in time, and we were made to wait in the lobby
The staff were polite, but there was too little verbal explanation, so I feel I would have enjoyed it more if they had given me a little more guidance on how to make the most of the service
The room is very spacious and bright. The resort offers Japanese and Western breakfasts, which you can choose freely. There is unlimited champagne, which is great.
Beautiful hotel, very good location with excellent beach and infrastructure, definitely will come here again, especially many thanks to the Umi Saga-San for help
When I asked a staff member if our room was ready yet, we were finally shown to our room. When we arrived, our luggage hadn't been brought to our room
Friendly staff with easy to access location. Good selection of breakfast. The pipes in the bathroom was little smelly. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
Near bus terminal and city centre, nice and quiet room, great value of money, especially during low season
Perfect location, 3 mins walking to bus terminal and Sakura machi planza. We stayed in triple room, with pretty good price and good speace of the room.
good location to public transport from airport and other provinces. located in walking street with lots of shopping and restaurant
It's a good place. Super close to the Arcade and many other things. Easy check in, no hassle. Friendly staff.
Hotel was nice near castle near tanga market and also have train and shopping mall in front of hotel
Hotel is on the mountain with very good view of the whole harbour! Breakfast included was very good with plenty choices of food! Staff are very helpful and car park provided is reasonable!
Down side of this hotel are the condition if the whole hotel was too old and out of maintenance, I been here 8 years ago while the decoration and interior are still the same old fashioned design from maybe 2 decades...
Nice Japanese style hotel
Clean and good service
Night view is great
The inn itself is a bit dated, but its main appeal is the excellent value for money, and the rooms offer night views of Nagasaki city
Hotel is quite old especially the bathroom.my kids dont like their shower.extra fee for car parking.
However, the views of Nagasaki from the hotel are simply breathtaking!
The rooms are traditional tatami style, and they use physical keys instead of card keys
The air conditioning is ancient! It's hard to control the water temperature in the bath! The room is too far away! The price for the buffet was different from what was listed on the website! The staff who handled foreigners were good, though!

We stayed in the villas, which were very nice, but the only flaw was the cleanliness, which could be improved. The bed linens and first towels smelled absolutely awful, which was unpleasant
There were a few stains on various older furniture. The service and staff were very good, and breakfast and dinner were excellent
It rained a lot, and some paths were flooded for days, meaning rubber sandals and shorts were essential. The cottage with a whirlpool tub on the terrace was lovely and spacious
The hotel is obviously quite old, and you can strongly feel its age when you check in, but it is well maintained!
The scenery should account for half of the vacation, because the scenery is excellent, facing the endless sea, but it rained heavily on the first night and the weather was not very good, which wasted this great advantage!
In terms of location, there are no restaurants, shopping, or even...
Stunning view! A little old building but with all amenities and services needed for a relaxing holiday!
Good breakfast.
Since it's on the 7th floor, the ocean views are clear and far away, and the room is quite spacious compared to other Japanese hotels, so I had no problems staying there for three days

One exit from the JR station leads directly to the Combox shopping mall (where the supermarket on the first floor offers 50% off at 7 PM and 20% off at 6 PM), and also to what seems to be the most bustling street in the area – probably a main thoroughfare
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but it matched the price. The surrounding area was clean and tidy, with a commercial street and shopping center, so finding food was never an issue
The hotel's location is excellent; you can see it right outside the JR station, which is incredibly convenient. The lobby also has information about Saga's attractions. The room was clean, and the view was quite good
At night, the trees lining the street outside are beautifully decorated with light strips. The JR station itself has plenty of great food options, so even if you're a bit late for lunch, there's no need to worry
If I had any issues during my stay, the hotel staff were patient listeners and actively helpful. The breakfast was also excellent; while not a huge variety, the taste was great, as seen in picture two
On the other side, just a 2-minute walk away at the intersection, is the Comfort Hotel. Although it's not large, and the rooms are small and compact in a Japanese style, they are very clean

We could have saved a lot of money had we stayed at an alternate hotel that did not brag to have a pool. Even though we arrived the first few days of October with blissful skies and sun we were still unable to enjoy it
When we explained our disappointment to staff they seemed clueless and unhelpful. They did however try to “help” by printing off an extensive list of other hotels that have swimming pools
There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within a few hundred meters of the hotel, which is very convenient. It offers a distant view of the Irabu Bridge, which is also a short bike ride away
- our primary reason for booking this place was because it had a pool, however the swimming pool is only open from April to September. This was not evident when we made the booking
This was the best value hotel of our trip. Everything about the hotel was great, justifying the price. One highlight was the receptionist who helped us book a restaurant in Japanese; the service was excellent
There are buses right outside the hotel that go to Shimoji Island or the airport
The swimming pool is very good. There are no children in the main club building, which is very suitable for adults to vacation
We came here with my family and we are all very satisfied. Although the hardware is a bit "retro" and not as digital as in China, I really like the island resort style here. The rooms and scenery are very beautiful
The hotel is excellent, with plenty of activities to do. The adjacent Busena Terrace is also open to all guests, and breakfast is available at various restaurants or in your room
Because it was the off-season and rainy season, there were very few guests, but all the staff were considerate and made for a very satisfying trip.
The facilities were new and clean.
And the sea was very clear.
The outdoor warm water spa is very comfortable. Service and facilities are excellent; there's a handwritten welcome card, and rooms are cleaned twice daily, always spotless
Many details demonstrate the hotel's thoughtful consideration for its guests. The only drawback is its inconvenient location, being relatively far from the city center
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Station, and there's a bus stop right outside. The hotel breakfast is decent and starts at 6:30 AM
Located within a few minutes walking distance from JR Miyazaki station, Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower offers an easy starting point for shopping and dining excursions in downtown Miyazaki
I am impressed by their memory foam pillow. I had a very good sleep.
Car parks get full easily but reception will divert you to the parking nearby
Facilities is a bit dated but you get what you pay.
Its unique architecture offers good city views and its nicely-appointed rooms provide a restful comfortable space to rest or relax in. The bed was extremely comfortable
The wireless internet was consistently fast day and evening. The front desk staff were polite and the electronic luggage check system made it as easy as a QR code
With a beautiful lobby and thoughtful layouts, many different room types are available, pushing this a bit beyond business-class expectations, and it delivers
Location is at Tenmnokan - very convenient!
Breakfast variety is great - value and delicious!
All staff are friendly and helpful - super!
For those who are driving, need to park at carpark beside hotel - not free
Restricted time to drive in front of hotel due to walking street
There is no parking at the hotel. We have to park at one of the carpark before unloading the luggage to the hotel. Upon check in then we were told where we should park to get a discount which is further and inconvenient
The staff were friendly and nice! I asked for their names, but they forgot them again ㅠㅠ When I did my laundry, I accidentally put it in the dryer, so I asked the reception for help, and they were quick and friendly
A great budget option that is proximal to the Kagoshima Ferry, the Shinkansen, and the local city tram. There's a parking lot and convenience store attached to the location
They have English, Chinese, and Korean support here as well. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of items and they're all fine, I would go for it again
Thank you!💓
The breakfast was also delicious. They even had local Kagoshima cuisine, so I was satisfied every morning
Everything was great, especially the young man at the reception was very helpful. The room was small but had all the amenities.
My bike was stored in the staff room. Great price, friendly service, and one of the better breakfast buffets I've had. Also we'll located to walk to the nighttime dining options
I couldn't ask for more
Sadly for me, the usual rates were jacked up quite a lot as I booked a Saturday that just happened to fall on the same day as the city's summer fireworks festival; as a result, I ended up paying 10,800 yen for a night that would normally cost about 6000 yen
What i didn't like is that you have to leave the key at the Front Desk when you go out which means you have to queue every time you come in or go out, it is very inconvenient and I hope they will do smth about it
Room may be on the tiniest side, but everything in it is very comfortable. Fantastic view over the mountaines
It was a shame that there was hair in the unit bath. The amenities were plentiful.
However, the bathroom was very small, and the bed sheets felt different from those typically used in hotels. Overall, it seems like a decent option if you are looking for a place to stay near the airport
Good experience, they have a good Izakaya on the ground food with good price. Be aware that is located in a neighbourhood with a lot of adult entertainment houses.
Staff are very kind, and things are clean.
This hotel offers good value for money and a great location – it's lively but quiet, and not far from Kokusai Dori. The service is excellent, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and clean
Please note that it is a different hotel from Hotel Rococo Matsuyama, so be sure to check the address carefully when visiting. I stayed in an executive room, and the room was fairly clean
I especially liked the breakfast, which was Japanese home-style cuisine. It is also close to Kokusai Street, and there are many convenience stores nearby
The beauty-enhancing hot spring water felt so good that I ended up soaking in it four times. The food was very stylish, delicious, and just the right amount
My feedback is on the family bath as we did not stay here. We landed this morning and stopped here to use family bath on route to Yufuin. Booked family bath 2,600yen for 90mins
I dropped in and enjoyed the hot spring. The building feels a little old, but the hot spring was great. The warm water contains three elements: sulfur, alkali, and carbon dioxide, so you can soak in it for a long time
And best of all, all the staff were very friendly!
The building may seem old, but it's kept clean and has a playful feel, so I had a really enjoyable time
It's a shame that the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the garden or rooftop, but we still enjoyed our 24-hour stay without getting bored
The hot spring is a little on the warm side, so if you don't mind that, I would definitely recommend this inn
After not being avle to get a taxi the Vice Manager of the hotel drove me in his personal vehicle and waited 45 minutes when the Dr came out. The hotel was also very clean and food was always incredible
Onsen gift shop staff service overall. Spacious rooms great view!!
The outdoor bath is small with the dinner menu too expensive compared to local restaurant but I would still recommend and come back to this hotel
I ended up with a sinus infection the day we arrived
After a horrible fever and 24 hours of worrying i would need to end my trip early, i decided to request assistance from the front desk in making an appointment with the local hospital
My friend stayed in an ocean view room and I stayed in a mountain view room, but personally I recommend the mountain view room because it has a great view of the majestic mountains of Yakushima
If you're a fan of anime and manga, you can check out Aruaru City – there are tons of shops!
Service: The front desk staff were very warm and attentive
Good location, nice garden, clean rooms, self-service amenities at the lobby, varied breakfast with many local specialities.
Still keep maintaining nice garden dispite located in the middle of the city.
Environment: Very quiet surroundings, a short walk to the JR station
It was a nice hotel!
Cozy and nice environment, good staff!!
I had a great dinner, I highly recommend this place
