The buffet was delicious! There were amenities at the entrance, which was very helpful! It's less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest station. It's quiet at night as there are no shops or other facilities nearby.

The customer service staff at the front desk were very kind, very attentive and explained the hotel's various services in detail. The rooms were also very clean, with ample space and free parking spaces

This was my first time staying at the Vessel Inn Hotel. The exterior is a little old, but the hotel room was spacious and well-cleaned. Early check-in was also a great help. Thank you.

Family friendly hotels with huge parking lot. Decent breakfast and welcome drinks with big room in Japan. Despite there are some 暴走族 in the midnight. Very price wise and service quality balance.

I stayed with three friends and was incredibly satisfied with this hotel! After a disappointing experience at a really dirty hotel in Tokyo, Vessel Hotel was a breath of fresh air

Not only was it dust-free, which is a given, but when I sat in the bathtub, there wasn't a speck of mold – it was spotless

There aren't any restaurants in the hotel so be prepared to buy food back from a nearby convenience shop. No pool no cafe. Nothing.

The ambience is nice, a far drive to reach the hotel. We had the buffet dinner, authentic Japanese food and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel room is clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and polite

Breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

We booked a Japanese room and it is quite small. The staff helped to lay the futons and your beds are set up for you quickly in the evening in less than 5 minutes

The room however is a bit small and very limited space left after the beds are set up. The breakfast spread was quite good with Jap and western choices

If room needed to be cleaned, you need to put the sign in front of your door. Clean and change towel isn't default - they mentioned this as norm in japan but other seems not to be

Room is big as compared with others. Clean too! Around 10 mins walk from oita station. There is a Aaf just behind the hotel! A Lawson is just downstairs! Some eateries near the place

I use this as a base to visit yufuin and Beppu! Will love to stay here again when I visit Oita

This hotel is located inside the Huis Ten Bosch, with easy access across the theme park via the shuttle bus, the room is spacious and with all the amenities needed

Both the cake and tea are coffee, the atmosphere, top marks (* ≧ ω ≦) It would be great if I could stay longer, but I can’t stay every time~ (laughs) The morning buffet and early morning canoeing are the best~ \ (^ - ^) / I definitely want to stay again for some anniversary (laughs) In the meantime, you can relax and enjoy tea while folding your fingers at the cafe

The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was decent. I couldn't book a Miffy-themed room. The standard single/twin room was available. A child plus one adult could squeeze into one bed

Art Hotel Kagoshima offers a very positive stay overall, largely thanks to its outstanding staff, who consistently went out of their way to assist and make guests feel welcome

I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless

Perfectly safe to walk anywhere and 7/11 as well as Lawson is right across the street. If you go to Nishimuta store 5-10 minutes away there is delicious soft serve matcha ice cream in the green tea shop for only 190¥

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby bus routes

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Hakata Station. The shopping mall inside Hakata Station has everything you could need, from pharmacies to great food options

Staff were really helpful - I asked the front desk for food recommendations and they offered some good choices at late night time. Rooms were clean with toiletries well provided

If you drink, you can probably get a seat here. That said, it wasn't noisy at night. There are vending machines and microwaves on the 5th and 10th floors. There's a washing machine on the 10th floor

Being able to choose my own pillow was also nice. For breakfast, the chicken rice was really delicious and there was a wide variety of side dishes, so I was very satisfied

Great hotel in an excellent location. Buses and trams just outside the door. Halfway between peace park and train station. Coffee shop inside the foyer and onsen in the hotel. Overall I would highly recommend it

Stayed here for a quick trip and the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Hakata Station. It made catching the Shinkansen and exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are compact but modern and very clean

At southern part of Kagoshima city, it's a bit far from downtown. But the adjacent Marine restaurant Compira Maru is very nice. Fresh sashimi and sushis of various marine delicacies are available at reasonable price.

The room was spacious enough and relatively comfortable The reception was working 24 hours but they hardly spoke any English but we got by just fine on our phones There’s free coffee in the lobby and free lounge wear.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the location and the washlet. It was about a 40-minute walk from the nearest station, so it was inconvenient for people without cars

The washlet took a long time to warm up. The restaurant on the first floor, Konpiramaru, was very delicious and recommended

If you're coming from Fukuoka Airport by public transport, you'll need to take the shuttle bus from the international terminal to the domestic terminal, then switch to the Kuko Line subway to Hakata, and finally transfer to the Nanakuma Line (green line) to Tenjin-Minami

Popular attractions like Tenjin shopping street and Ohori Park are within walking distance. The staff's service attitude was very good. The hotel's breakfast is primarily Japanese, but the Western pastries are also great

If you take the Kuko Line directly to Tenjin and walk to the hotel, it's quite a long trek. A taxi to the airport costs around 2200 yen. A highlight of this hotel is its hot spring bath, or public onsen

The room was as small as usual, but the location was great. The rooftop bath area was decent, a standard amenity, and quite clean, attracting many bathers. I didn't take any pictures, please excuse me

I was happy to stay in this hotel as it was in the middle shopping street n easily to find foods n souveirs. The best part is the coin washing machine n dryer. The only bad thing is pillow too soft n towel too short.

A very good memories staying in Richmond hotel Kinseicho, the staffs are very friendly, and it is convenient that there are laundry serivce(washing machine at the hotel) and free ice cube to take at 9th floor

Hotel is walking distance from Shiroyama park where you can do a hike to have an elevated view of the Kagoshima city beneath it. it is also close to Tennmonkan that has wide food choices and shopping

It is situated at the corner of the arcade quarters, so it is very comfortable to walk almost anywhere under the roof that protects you from both sun and rain

I had children staying, but there were no towels for them in the room. I guess it can't be helped about the pool, but there were a lot of floating things

The room also provided basic amenities like toothbrushes, body towels, and shampoo, but guests had to bring their own cotton balls and tea from the lobby on the first floor

The hotel is located near the Makishi station with 2 convenience store near by. Hotel offer ticket for welcome beer, the Orion band. You can redeem it in the bar near the lobby

From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well
