Hotels with pool in Kyushu

Although there’s a mini separate gender hot pool onsen to enjoy but it operates till 930pm, kind of early too. But I do see some using beyond 930pm so not sure if that’s the norm

The hotel’s service was top notch. The staff changed our room without any issues when we pointed out some issues with the bathroom. They also kept and sent my father’s electric shaver which he had forgotten in our room

I knew there was a hot spring, but I was surprised to find that welcome drinks, including alcohol, were free until 11pm. The service at check-in was also polite, and I was able to stay comfortably 😄

It was very informative and clear the staff put a lot of effort into this! The public bath was also a great addition especially after a long day of driving

As expected from a super hotel! The price was reasonable and the quality of the service was very good

I also love the handwritten pamphlet which introduced various tourist locations nearby

The room cleaning service and other programs held daily by the hotel itself, such as yoga, bath salt making, and sunset delight (champagne and cocktails provided), are attractive points that make you not bored if you have to stay at the hotel in bad weather! The breakfast was so delicious and the view was so great that I definitely plan to visit again if I go to Miyako again

The service was impeccable; an hour before heading to the airport, I realized I'd left my phone in a taxi, and the hotel manager immediately checked the security footage and contacted the driver to return it (I even gave the driver a thank-you fee)

The downside is that there's only one convenience store. Nearby restaurants close too early or you have to make a reservation. Other than that, it's the best for a family vacation. And they pick you up at the airport

I think choosing this hotel on Miyakojima for my honeymoon was the best choice :) The facilities, programs, and view were all perfect, and I was happy every time I opened my eyes

It's the best for families to come and play. It would be better if you prepare thoroughly before going. If you go to the nearby beach. It's the best compared to other places

Pros - great facilities including views, parking, good sized rooms, helpful and friendly staff, pool and onsen, ping pong room, huge buffet breakfast and dinner in a huge dining hall, kids activities, 7-11 convenience store short walk away, bath in the room

Great location, and easily located as it’s close to the Yui Rail. The walking distance to kokusai street is close too.

Nowadays, many hotels in Japan have weird systems like cleaning only once for a three-night stay, so I really appreciated the daily cleaning here. The location is also great, close to Kokusai Street

Very value for money! Room was a good size, amenities were sufficient. Linen change (per request) everyday and given new towels everyday

We stay for 5 nights, breakfast is delicious (a little bit salty) but menu is the same. It's very close to Pier if you plan for snorkeling or diving. There is free bicycle for rent. we ride to fish market in the morning

The hotel uses a car lift system, which was easy to navigate—just drive in, and the staff will assist with retrieving the car when needed. The room itself wasn’t very big but was sufficient for two people

However, the pillows were quite flat and hard, making them a bit uncomfortable. We requested extra pillows the next day, which helped. Unfortunately, our experience was slightly marred on the last day

It's very convenient for getting around; you can take bus 68 to Hakata, walk 12 minutes to a large supermarket, and Tenjin is also within walking distance. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit

Very lovely hotel, positioned great it's close to main places to go sight seeing, shopping and transport. Staff are friendly, though they struggled greatly with more complex English

This is a fantastic hotel right by the canal. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant design with strong color contrasts. Our 35-square-meter room was spacious and comfortable

All the staff genuinely cared about our stay. The full board for four days was great, and the snacks were delicious. The complimentary chocolates were from a famous brand, and the drip coffee in the room was excellent

The meal options do change; starting this year, you can order à la carte for lunch, but dinner and late-night snacks have become very simple, and you might not feel completely full

However, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff are mostly Nepalese or Indian, making communication very easy. This is also one of the few hotels in Japan where you can check out at 12 PM

I was very grateful to be able to eat with peace of mind because of this terrible corona. The view from the hotel was great (I was lucky that the weather was nice) and I was able to stay leisurely

A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience

You can overlook Kujukushima and Saikai National Park. Shuttle service from Sasebo Station every hour until late at night. The restaurant is also delicious. The hotel room has a small veranda

We stayed for 2 days. Since our child was older, we booked 2 rooms as there were no triple rooms. The hotel arranged 2 rooms next to each other, which was very considerate!

It’s a slower pace of life on Taketomi - that’s not a problem, and was exactly what we needed at the end of our trip - but there’s enough going on at the hotel and with the daily activities for you to be able to go exploring and still feel calm and relaxed

Hoshinoya Taketomi Island is truly a hidden gem, perfect for finding peace and completely unwinding. The environment is incredibly natural and the service is excellent; anything you need is promptly brought to your room

Located in a quiet area in the south of Taketomi about 25 minutes walk from the village. Large spacious Japanese cabin. Massive swimming pool with 24 hours access. The main issue was damp/condensation

We also enjoyed hiring bikes to explore the island, swimming in the pool and sampling the local Awamori cocktails in the lounge. Once it was dark, you could gaze up at the stars and see the Milky Way

It’s a shame that the closest beach to Hoshinoya gets a lot of plastic washed ashore on the water currents and the tides - if the hotel could work with the local authorities to clean that up (despite not being caused by the hotel) that would help preserve the island’s nature and habitat

Hoshinoya Taketomi has a welcoming feel, with well-appointed and spacious accommodation in a village style that enables you to feel part of the hotel community but whilst giving you the space from other guests to enjoy the calmness and serenity of the island and the Hoshnoya property

Very friendly and helpful staff, room service was daily and had an eco option for longer stays. I had a room for one person, it was just big enough to not feel too cramped

The best location! convenient to go around! the room is great love their pillow the most. However, there are two wings side the new renovate one (river wing) and another wing side (station wing) is the old one

we had 2 bed so both of us got free ice cream ! they also sell Okinawa Limited coke at vending machine. it really hard to find Overall, We had such a great time and we definitely come back again

When they said near to the train station, I didn’t imagine it would be THAT near. There’s a ton of convenience stores 5 minutes walk away too. Room was spacious!

The hotel is right beside the monorail 🚝 and near lots of bus 🚌 stops. Perfect location for exploring Okinawa. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby

The chair isn't a massage chair, but it reclines into a comfortable reclining position. The refrigerator doesn't freeze, only blowing cool air. The window only opens for ventilation

The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan

It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well

The highlight of my Fukuoka trip. It was quiet and relaxing, offered great value, had spacious rooms, and the staff were very friendly. After spending three days enjoying the park, we even extended our stay

The rooms are quite spacious and all offer sea views. It's located at Fukuoka's Uminonakamichi Station, with an aquarium and a large park nearby, perfect for a relaxing two-day stay at the hotel

A beach getaway that felt incredibly relaxing! It's conveniently located right next to an aquarium and a water park. Dinner at the Western restaurant was truly unforgettable

There's a shuttle bus service to and from Hakata Station; you might want to inquire about its pickup/drop-off point at Hakata Station before checking in

In addition, there is a hotel multi-storey car park next to the hotel (free for guests if there are spaces), so if you have a car and want to stay in the center of Naha, I think this is the perfect place

The customer service of the staff was very bright and polite. The hotel itself seems a little old, but it was clean, and the room we were shown to was a corner room, so it was spacious and comfortable

I chose this hotel because parking was free, the breakfast was a buffet, and the room rate was cheap. It's quiet because it's close to the airport and away from Kokusai Street

It may be good for travelers who travel by rental car. There are 5 parking spaces at the entrance, and compact cars will be directed to the hotel's multi-storey car park

Please note that the room key is key type and does not lock automatically. It seems like the system is to leave the key at the front desk when you go out

There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Now, for breakfast, I was very satisfied with rice, bread, and Okinawa soba. Especially the bitter gourd juice was very delicious

Excellent service with a full range of toiletries and skincare products. The healthy filtered sparkling water is said to have anti-inflammatory properties. Breakfast was healthy too.

My top choice for every stay in Kokura, offering free breakfast and a large public bath, and conveniently located.

Front desk and room cleaning are friendly and do a great job. Delicious buffet style breakfast included until 8:30 am sharp. Healthy and organic ingredients. Nice public bath alternates every 2 hours for man or woman

The location is perfect where it just abt 5min walk from the Kokura station. It is also located near to the Kokura castle and its riverwalk. There is also alot of restaurant nearby for dinner at the Kokura street

A beautiful hotel with large rooms and good service, the staff are happy to help wherever they can. A bus stop and a tram are nearby. A large mall is also within walking distance.

Neutral: There was a "2nd door" leading out the street, when you exited near the elevators (which I did, nearly every time); in between those two doors, you could look up and see sky. It was a bit ridiculous, every time

Positives: I hardly saw anyone but cleaning staff, which is a plus (for me). The bed was pretty darn comfortable. The electric outlet placement was "convenient enough. " Mini-fridge, clothes-refreshing spray, etc

The toilet and the shower were warm and inviting. The coin laundry cost me a total of 700 yen, took 2. 5hrs and got my clothes clean and nice-and-dry. Slow but steady! Keep the stays cheap and yes: I'll be back!

Room is not the best available but I can cope with that. Location is good and the staffs were very kind and helpful. We were looking for resteraunts and they offered calling to check if we can make a reservation

The shampoo and body soap provided seemed to be intended for use after swimming in the ocean, so I recommend bringing your own for everyday use. The rooftop offers a panoramic view of the ocean and harbor!

Upon entering, I noticed an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom, but after the air conditioning started working, the atmosphere improved significantly

One thing to keep in mind: if you arrive late, you will need to park in the second parking area, which is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. Highlight is the view from the rooms of the blue sea (partly a port ). You can keep the balcony windows slightly open and hear the ocean waves all night

The hotel is located bear the heart of 國際通屋台村（夜市） 3 Chome-11-17 Makishi, Naha with 10 minutes walk only and it is surrounded by many Japanese restaurants and the Family Mart and 7-11 convenient stores are just next to the hotel

Best stay in Naha, true 5 star experience. Rooms are large, the corner room I booked had 2 balconies, and shower room was amazing with great water pressure and a frosted window to outside for natural light

Best location, just off the busy area, but you have Lawson, 711 and family mart all super close to you. Lots of off main streets local restaurants. The room is huge! Very clean and comfortable

Had a little issue on check in, but staff was quick to change my room and give me the club lounge room I booked online. Club lounge was great, lots of liquor options and cold beers on tap

Only complaint was the 2 cleaning staff making up the room next door, smelt so badly of body odour, the whole hallway smelt horrible. Wouldn’t expect this in 5 star hotel in Japan

It was a very comfortable stay. If the room was a little bigger and had a queen or king size bed it would have been perfect!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour organized by a major travel agency. It's conveniently located near the remote island terminal, making it a reasonably priced hotel

The complimentary breakfast buffet is great, as are the free soft drinks (including ice cream) and free in-room VOD streaming

The delicious milk and soft cream are thanks to Yaeyama Genki Dairy, a local dairy company well-known on Ishigaki Island

The sea view room offers a beautiful scenery! The hotel's beach and pool are also stunning. However, they charge guests for using the beach chairs on the beach. The self-service laundry room is very convenient

It's a great option to choose between a breakfast buffet or a lunch buffet! The lunch was good, especially the pork shabu-shabu which left a deep impression! The hotel's brochure didn't mention the public bath, so it was a pleasant surprise when we found it

The hotel has an excellent location, facing the sea with a fantastic beach on one side, and a main road on the other, very close to a bus stop. There's a Family Mart convenience store just over a hundred meters away

The airport shuttle (blue line) goes directly to the hotel lobby entrance. It's a large hotel with various shops and a children's playground, typical of a resort

Before checking out, I informed the front desk that I needed to go to the airport, and they kindly arranged a shuttle bus for me

This hotel has such a romantic, old-style charm. The bedroom was incredibly spacious—we even managed to have a family supper for 8 people comfortably inside! The onsen is also very nice and relaxing

I had a great time because of the clean interior and comfortable bathroom. The open-air bath was especially nice and it was a good place to stay

So nice,  quiet, clean room  and has a good service for the customers.

A wonderful choice if you like a classic feel and plenty of room

The food was good both in the evening and in the morning, but the bathroom, toilet and washbasin were all in one place and there was a step between the bathroom and the hallway, so there is room for improvement.

I don't like this hotel in Beppu. It's too old.
