Really good value for money place to stay in Almaty, especially if you are just transiting through the city. Proximity to train station and airport is ideal
The room we had was spacious with all necessary amenities like mini fridge, microwave, kettle, dining table, sofa, space heater and AC. The place is clean, relatively quiet and well maintained
The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had Airport transfer both way arranged through the hotel - no issues at all
Everything is fine from the station, two steps away. Nearby are shops and restaurants. To the airport taxi 1200 tenge.
The room was quiet and very clean. The common areas were a bit ragged though, and the WiFi was nonfunctional. The staff spoke little English but were very friendly and helpful.

I was really tired, so I just lay down. The more I rested, the more I realized something was off. Later, I discovered the smell was coming from the bathroom, and it was so bad it made me dizzy and weak

First of all, the hotel owner is a young man from Xinjiang. He's a very nice guy, speaks Kazakh and Russian, and also Mandarin. Most importantly, he's a good person and doesn't rip you off

Basically owner hates tourist and love tourist money. Room is good and clean, toilet is extremely small. Location is far from city centre. Quiet but curtains are transparent, will get bright after 6am
Normally here is good but internet is bad . Breakfast is not good not bad. Bed's is old. Another staff is nice. Otel manager is like nice .

Run by Chinese owners, so communication is easy. The breakfast is simple but Chinese-style, with congee, eggs, and steamed buns. You can also order Chinese lunch and dinner, which is great for satisfying Chinese cravings
I like the stay and Adiva she is good cook. She is very accommodating though she cannot speak English. Google translate helped us to communicate with her. Highly recommended to our friends and family
The owner is Chinese, and the environment is decent, located in a villa in a wealthy neighborhood. Breakfast is quite fixed: steamed buns, shredded potatoes, and pickles, but it suits Chinese palates

Unfortunately, we were scammed by a taxi driver, and even though we still ended up paying a significant amount, the receptionist genuinely tried his best to help and communicate on our behalf
Everyone should stay here! It smells great, it's clean, a new hotel, housekeeping cleans daily, the staff are polite, and the breakfast is excellent
I personally prefer the upgraded room because it's larger, but overall, the quality of everything is superb! The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but the staff is always there to help with luggage

So clean, cozy and silent. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful
Since there were three of us, we booked an apartment with a sofa bed. It was a little difficult to find, but once you arrive at the complex entrance using the GPS, remember to ask the front desk to pick you up
The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by former Soviet-era buildings. There are restaurants, cafes, and bars right outside, offering a glimpse into Almaty's modernity
Finding the hotel and checking in can be difficult if you're unfamiliar with the area or don't have local assistance. Overall, the hotel is great and best suited for locals and travelers with local friends

This hotel has an OK environment. The network signal is not good, there is nothing to eat for breakfast, there is no elevator, it is a bit far from the city, but close to the airport, and there is a good barbecue nearby.

Let’s get one warning out of the way: do NOT take Blue Sky Taxi from the airport. They charge five to ten times the regular rate
The staff spoke English, smiled a lot, and always made sure we had what we needed – and we weren’t exactly the easiest guests! We were three guys, snowboarding all day at Shymbulak, and unwinding each night with bottles of vodka in the room

Great hotel location. The dining hall is good with a buffet spread. However, in the deluxe room, the window is drafty, the heater isn't working, and the TV has no signal. The entire room feels quite run-down.
The hotel is convenient. Short distance walk to a lot of places. The only thing i wished they had was an elevator so we can easily move the heavy luggage but the staff were super helpful in assisting with that
However, one of the night staff (name showed as Alisher on WhatsApp) kept messaging me about showing me the city and told me to prepare money, including more money if I wanted to go to clubs

Water dispensers is available on the floor. However, the rooms need to be refreshed. The towels need to be changed. When we checked in, one of the towels was not fresh
