Alua provided excellent recommendations for places to visit, making my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the first floor has a gym that's well-equipped for a basic workout, covering most of the essentials

I did have to move rooms as the room i was first put (312) had a very high window, it was cramped and the noise of the extraction units were quite loud, but once i had moved i was much happier, the staff were very helpful! Great Gym but it did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we used it

People kept watching us as if we werent supposed to be there

The first floor also houses the reception, where Alua works. She is fantastic—very knowledgeable about the area and fluent in English, which I found to be a rare and valuable skill in Almaty

Nice boutique hotel, the room was large, with large bathroom, minibar. Breakfast was not impressive at all, otherwise good location and nice room.

the breakfast is good, there're fruit, varies of cheese, varies of smoke ham (including horse meat), dessert, varies of drinks (2 kind of juice, milk, tea, coffee), eggs, breads, salad and they start the breakfast time at 7

for 3 people there are one king bed and sofa bed that good and big enough to sleep in. the room facility is complete and clean also. the toiletries, hairdryer, big and small towel and there's heater in toilet too

There is a fridge, a water heater, an air conditioner, and a heater. The breakfast is a bit weak, and you will find some of the food we don't know the name of and it is delicious. So I had a cake, salad, and croissant

A really warm, beautiful and safe place. The rooms are nice, not too small or too big. It has everything, except for the lack of a bidet in the bathroom

The only complaint is they only have 1 small elevator which can contain 2 persons and luggage at the same time

The location near to airport around 15minutes ride by yandex. Most important thing is the hotel have elevator. Easy to move huge luggage to the room. But we can hear people chit chat in front of our room

The lady at the front desk is very welcoming and can communicate in a little English. It is very close to the bus station and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot

There are no restaurants around, but there are small supermarkets and fruit shops next to the gas station, which makes it very convenient to get in and out

The mini-bar in the room was completely free, which was a lovely touch. We also tried the hotel's restaurant, Auyl, which is highly recommended online. The restaurant itself is beautiful

Once we saw the room, I honestly didn't want to leave and just wanted to relax there. To top it all off, they also allowed us a late check-out, which was incredibly helpful

Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. It even started snowing as we left, making the whole setting even more magical

A perfect place to stay in Almaty. Location is not far from many landmark such as the cathedral, green bazaar, and Kok Tobe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were also good

The room, which is advertised as non-smoking, is on a floor where the other rooms are smoke-filled, so the smell permeated through the 3-centimeter gap between the door and the floor

It's a suite. The room is actually not big, but the living room is huge and the bathroom is also large. Overall it feels good and clean. The breakfast is also acceptable in Almaty at this price.

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the city center, but other than that, there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, and the owner is very friendly.
